I only had a brief 1-night stay at this hotel, but the reception staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and my breakfast was delicious and traditional. I could walk to Wenyang Street for dinner which was handy too!

We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

J'avais initialement réservé cet hôtel car il était bon marché, mais à mon arrivée, le nombre limité de places de parking a rendu la recherche d'une place extrêmement difficile, et j'ai fini par accrocher une voiture. Avant même de commencer mon voyage, j'avais déjà perdu de l'argent. J'ai donc rapidement changé d'hôtel pour celui-ci. Le parking souterrain privé était très pratique, l'hôtel était récemment rénové et le service était excellent. Ma mère s'est plainte à la réception le matin que l'eau du robinet n'était pas bonne, et lorsqu'elle est revenue le soir, elle a constaté qu'on lui avait offert plusieurs bouteilles d'eau minérale supplémentaires. L'emplacement est également idéal ; il est à quelques pas du palais Qin et il y a des restaurants au rez-de-chaussée. Je le recommande vivement !

A superb Shanghai theme hotel right next to Shanghai theme park. Very nice and comfortable stay. All items are in good working order. Hotel is nice to provide us with fresh fruits. The bellboy was very nice and friendly. He provided the best service to guide us how to go to the park. A very beautiful hotel that is new, well maintained and affordable. It's not near to any shops though so location is not so convenient if want to go out. This pic shows the view from the my hotel room. So scenic.

J'ai été très satisfaite de l'hôtel. Situé dans un cadre pittoresque, il offre des chambres au charme rétro. C'était la première fois que je séjournais dans un hôtel de ce type, et ce fut une agréable surprise. La propriétaire était incroyablement sympathique et serviable. J'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit. À 430 RMB, le prix était raisonnable pour le septième jour du Nouvel An lunaire. La chambre était un peu petite. Le seul bémol concernait le petit-déjeuner : un peu fade et servi dans une ambiance surpeuplée, ce qui le rendait un peu chaotique. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel mérite amplement sa note positive et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. L'activité d'habillage était gratuite, et le maquillage ainsi qu'une coiffe coûtaient 100 RMB, un prix tout à fait justifié.

Malay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly. The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us. Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

L'expérience générale est superbe! La position de l'hôtel est très pratique, le voyage est très proche du repas, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel! L'assainissement environnemental n'est pas dit, les coins sont très propres et sans odeur, la chambre est très agréable. Les produits de bain, l'eau chaude, le climatisation sont particulièrement utiles, la baignoire est sous pression, l'eau chaude seconde chaude. Le service est attentif et soigneusement, il y a une réponse à la demande très rapide, le rapport coût-efficacité global est très élevé, il vit confortable et tranquille, il a été rassemblé, il va rester ici la prochaine fois.

Malgré les équipements qui sont un peu datés, mon séjour à l'Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) était très agréable et je n'hésiterais pas à lui donner une bonne note. Le plus grand confort de l'hôtel est son emplacement invincible. Bien que les meubles soient plus anciens, l'ensemble de la propriété est très bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel, en particulier la réceptrice, a été très aimable et patiente, répondant à toutes nos questions et proposant des recommandations excellentes pour les attractions. Un autre bon touche était l'approvisionnement illimité d'eau bouteille fourni par l'hôtel. Pour les options de repas, nous avons trouvé plusieurs boutiques de noodles Halal Lanzhou à un rayon de 1.5km à 5 km. Si vous privilégiez des chambres modernes et luxueuses, cela ne vous est peut-être pas utile, mais si vous appréciez une position privilégiée, une propreté et un service très amicale, cet hôtel est une excellente option.

J'ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel idéalement situé juste en face du Palais Qin. Des travaux de rénovation sont en cours du 3e au 5e étage, ce qui explique les bruits de perceuse et de cognement au 7e étage (le 8e étant le plus haut). La réceptionniste n'a pas été très utile pour nous renseigner, notamment sur l'emplacement du magasin de proximité le plus proche ou des restaurants. Elle nous a indiqué un magasin assez éloigné alors qu'il y en avait un juste à côté de l'hôtel, de l'autre côté d'une ruelle. Il y avait de nombreux restaurants à proximité, mais elle n'a pu nous en recommander aucun. Elle nous a plutôt conseillé de prendre un VTC pour nous rendre rue Wansheng Sud. La laverie se trouve au 2e étage, qui était partiellement fermé pour travaux. Une femme de chambre utilisait la laverie pour son propre linge. Je l'ai croisée deux fois : une fois vers 17 h, alors que les deux machines étaient occupées, et j'ai attendu mon tour sur le canapé à l'extérieur de la laverie. Elle nous a demandé, à mes enfants et moi, de nous déplacer de l'autre côté du coin salon, comme si j'empiétais sur son espace. Puis, quand une machine à laver a sonné pour signaler la fin du cycle, elle m'a dit qu'elle lui appartenait alors que je transférais deux vêtements dans le sèche-linge pour pouvoir l'utiliser, après avoir attendu plus de dix minutes. Une autre fois, un matin vers 7 heures, j'ai croisé la même femme de ménage qui utilisait encore la laverie. Je me demande si le personnel de l'hôtel est autorisé à utiliser les installations à des fins personnelles. Globalement, l'emplacement me convient, mais rien d'exceptionnel pour une chaîne hôtelière internationale. Même les chaussons sont d'une finesse incomparable par rapport à ceux des autres hôtels où j'ai séjourné lors de mon voyage en Chine.
