We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. Le personnel de la chambre a été très satisfait de mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était très long et le personnel du restaurant a maintenu la même attitude amicale. Le processus de check-out était sans soudure, et ils ont même fourni une bouteille d'eau considérable. 👍👍

L'expérience générale est superbe! La position de l'hôtel est très pratique, le voyage est très proche du repas, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel! L'assainissement environnemental n'est pas dit, les coins sont très propres et sans odeur, la chambre est très agréable. Les produits de bain, l'eau chaude, le climatisation sont particulièrement utiles, la baignoire est sous pression, l'eau chaude seconde chaude. Le service est attentif et soigneusement, il y a une réponse à la demande très rapide, le rapport coût-efficacité global est très élevé, il vit confortable et tranquille, il a été rassemblé, il va rester ici la prochaine fois.

Staying inside the theme park means you have unlimited access free of charge to visit the attractions. The theme park opens to the public at 2pm. As a hotel guest you can walk around the scenic area before the public crowd comes in. However, all shops only opens 2pm as well. It is very quiet after 9pm, you’ll need to take a taxi out to town if you want some nightlife.

The hotel is clean and easy to find. There are supermarket, convenient store and Molly Tea shop in the building village, which is good and convenient. The room is clean BUT there is no bath mat!!! That was so annoying. The staff at the hotel, they don’t speak English, so it is very difficult to communicate. We found one staff was nice. Some keep chatting themselves and ignoring us ( i mean some ..) Overall was okay ;)

Vivre avec des amis dans cet hôtel est une excellente expérience! Le service du personnel de la réception est enthousiaste, l'attitude est particulièrement bonne et les besoins répondront avec patience. À proximité de l'hôtel, il y a une rue de repas chaude, le feu est plein, les cartes spéciales et les amis sont remplies, très délicieuse! L'hôtel dispose d'un équipement complet, cette fois-ci est le type de chambre spéciale en Afrique du Sud, l'atmosphère est très décorée, le style est unique et a des points de mémoire, le voyage en général est pratique pour manger, très approprié pour accompagner les amis et vous reviendrez la prochaine fois!

The hotel is clean, spacious, and modern. The rooms are well designed, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, making the stay very pleasant. The location is excellent, as the hotel is close to Hengdian World Studios, which makes traveling very convenient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended for anyone visiting Hengdian.

酒店 地理位置佳，停車方便，環境也不錯，關鍵離明清宮很近，離廣州街香港街也近，值得推薦哦。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

À partir de 19 heures, Zhuzhou a décidé temporairement de séjourner dans le magasin de chaussures pendant quelques jours. J'ai contacté la sœur du propriétaire d'immeubles pour dire que 23h30 pouvait être logé. Je ne pensais pas que la sœur du propriétaire d'immeubles répondait rapidement et aiderait à trouver un parking en avance. Le tireur sortit avec ses bagages et ses bagages sont encore trop lourds. Il est tard, il a pluié, La sœur de la dame aide à trouver un établissement, à déposer des objets, vraiment très touché. La dame a également pris l'initiative de nous dire avec soin quels sont les rues de cuisine et les attractions touristiques à proximité. La plus importante est que ce prix est vraiment bon marché et le rapport coût-efficacité. À l'aune de la chambre est nouveau, La salle de bain est très propre. La disposition est simple et large, il y a un sens de relaxation chez moi, les lits sont tous aménagés pour les clients. La chambre n'a pas de goût, les dents, lave-feux, ventilateur, climatisation, etc. sont complets, et les élévateurs. Vous pouvez voir la montagne verte dans la fenêtre, L'humeur est aussi bonne. Il a également fourni quelques petits plats. Nous sommes revenus du palais de Ming Qing, trop fatigués, très fatigués de conduire, le propriétaire a également pris l'initiative de prêter notre voiture électrique pour manger, parce qu'il y a des raisons de voyage, il a été suspendu trois jours, puis il a eu l'occasion de revenir ici dans le magasin de chaussures, fortement recommandé. Félicitations!!!
