The location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor. The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big. The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her. The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good. I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..

Les propriétaires sont très aimables et très hospitaliers, et ils sont aimables et utiles et nous ont donné un guide de stratégie alimentaire et d'attraction qui était très utile, car notre objectif à Hengdian était de visiter les grands studios de film. La propriété est située dans une zone proche et nous avons un petit problème avec le bureau de l'entrée frontale. Le bâtiment a été construit en 2023 et conçu par le même designer qui a fait le palais Qin. La chambre était très belle mais je trouve le lit trop rigide. Je suis habitué à un type de lit doux et couché à la maison et ne pouvais pas dormir bien pour les 3 nuits que nous sommes là. Le petit déjeuner de la maison est fourni chaque jour par 1 de la plus propre coucher de cuisinière. Ceci vaut certainement la peine de regarder si vous cherchez un hébergement à Hengdian et souhaitez avoir un sentiment plus localisé par rapport à un séjour standard.

We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

Il faut faire du voyage à l'hôtel! En tant que touriste qui voyagent dans le magasin de chaussures/exploration, la position ici est vraiment trop amicale pour conduire à la vallée du rêve 7.8 minutes. Pour aller au palais du roi et faire du char sur la rivière de Qingming, il est un prix initial. C'est un évangile pour ceux qui veulent aller plus tôt dans la zone de paysage chaque jour. La chambre est plus large que prévu, notre chambre de luxe est propre et lumineuse et l'effet d'isolement est bon (ce qui est trop rare à proximité de la ville de la vidéo). Les lits sont doux et les produits de lavage sont également très qualifiés. Les installations, bien que non très nouvelles, sont bien entretenues. Il n'est pas possible de voir qu'un hôtel h a été ouvert depuis plus d'une décennie et qu'il est le plus surprenant de voir le service de l'hôtel: la réception a vu nous demander si nous devions stocker avec notre bagage, Il a également recommandé aux gens locaux de se rendre dans un restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est nombreux et le goût est en ligne. Je suis revenu la nuit pour découvrir que la chambre d'hôte a livré des fruits, c'est vraiment intime. Je vois qu'il y a aussi des acteurs de théâtre qui vivent ici, et j'ai trouvé un endroit amiable dans l'ascenseur ～ La prochaine fois que vous arriverez au magasin de lapin, vous y habiterez! Recommandez à vos amis qui veulent être à la fois confortables et confortables.

Un superbe hôtel thématique Shanghai juste près du parc thématique Shanghai. Très agréable et confortable séjour. Toutes les choses sont en bonnes conditions de travail. L'hôtel est agréable de nous fournir des fruits frais. Le clown était très agréable et amiable. Il a offert le meilleur service pour nous guider à aller au parc. Un hôtel très beau qui est nouveau, bien entretenu et abordable. Il n'est pas proche de tout magasin, bien que la situation n'est pas si confortable si vous voulez sortir. Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. I stayed 3 nights at the hotel which has a superb location right across from the Qin Palace. The hotel is undergoing some upgrade renovations from level 3-5, therefore we could hear the drilling and knocking sound at Level 7 (highest is level 8). The lady at the reception counter wasn't very useful with giving information, i.e. nearest convenience store, where to eat. She pointed us to a convenience store that was far away when there was a convenience store located next to the hotel across an alley. There was plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but couldn't recommend any of it. Instead, she told us to take an e-hailing ride to the Wansheng South Street. The laundry facility is on level 2 which was one of the level partially closed due to renovations. One of the housekeeping staff was using the limited laundry facility for her own clothes. I bumped into her twice, once around 5pm when both washers were in use, and I waited at the seating area outsite the laundry room for my turn. She told my children and I to move over to another side of the seating area as if I was trespassing into her space. Then when one of the washer started beeping to signal that the washing was completed, she told me it was hers when I started transferring those clothes (only 2 pieces) to the dryer so I could use the washer after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Another time was on the morning at around 7am. I bumped into the same housekeeping staff and she was again using the laundry facillity. It makes me wonder if hotel staff are allowed to use the hotel facilities for their personal gain. Overall, I'm happy with the location, but nothing else to shout about considering that this is an international hotel chain. Even the bedroom slippers are so thin compared to other hotels that I've stayed during my trip to China.
