« Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area. »

« 為了追星來住的，真的體驗感很好，周邊吃的也方便，點外賣也可以送到房間，然後去哪裡打車都很方便。衞生間都是乾濕分離的，很符合我的心理需求。前台小姐姐們人都很好，我在攜程上訂的是大床房，衹有一張床，但是後面有朋友來，就換成了雙人床的房間，本來説是價錢不太一樣，但是前台姐姐還是幫免費升級了，真的感覺很好，下次再來橫店還會再住這裏。 »

很失望的一次入住！圖片和實際差距太大，房間比想象中小很多，傢俱老舊，牆角還有黴斑。説好的“山景房”，窗外卻被廣告牌完全遮擋。衞生間排水不暢，洗完澡滿地積水，毛巾也有股怪味。聯繫房東處理問題態度敷衍，完全不值這個價格。

經過一個月的努力，房間終於改造完成！把原本擁擠的格局重新規劃，增加了嵌入式衣櫃和書桌，收納空間翻倍。暖黃色燈光搭配綠植，氛圍感直接拉滿。最喜歡窗邊的懶人沙發，午後曬太陽、看書太愜意了，這才是理想中的小窩！ »

YYuki707This hotel is just amazing, super value for money, the style of the room is really unique, comfortable and give you a feeling of a home. The staff is super nice and doing their best to help. I tried the western breakfast which is bread and coffee as the Chinese one which I personally preferred but their were both really good, left it at our door at the selected time. The video projector in the room is also very good quality and perfect for a night movie in couple. I definitely will comeback to this hotel and recommend it.

Environnement: l'environnement est bon, la fenêtre est visible à l'extérieur du Palais de Wu, l'hôtel est à l'intérieur du Palais de Wu, la photo de la rivière Qingming, le canyon de rêve n'est pas loin
Service: service soigneux et complet, les employés sont proches, le premier étage de l'électroport est doté d'un conseil chaud et de l'eau minière, permettant aux clients de profiter à tout moment
Le petit déjeuner est aussi diversifié, très riche, nutritionnel aussi.

IInvitéL'expérience de cet hôtel de vacances est parfaite! L'ensemble du parc semble être un jardin soigneusement géré, un pas en avant, qui rend la personne totalement relaxée. La chambre est large et confortable et le paysage balcon est excellent. La piscine intérieure et le centre de jeux pour enfants sont très excellents et riches en activités. La maison des personnes âgées est très heureuse de jouer au golf 😃. IInvité房間空間很大，設備齊全，東西看着老舊但其實質量不錯，床也睡着舒服，位置就在城中心，出行吃東西都很方便，房價便宜性價比很高。最主要的是正對旅遊大廈，最近如果有追明星進出粧的朋友可以選這裏，方便觀察情況，但記得一定要選雙數房間哦。。
