Reserved a room here with Booking.com. Found out at check-out that the ”Total Price” that Booking.com quoted did not include taxes. Hmm....what does total mean? Other than that, the hotel itself doesn't normally provide wash cloths. We were lucky that our maid was able to find a couple. If you want a towel for the pool and the towel girl is busy giving a massage, you will have to track down a restaurant employee at the rooftop bar who will then find a towel for you. The fabric from one of the umbrellas over the poolside tables had partially blown off and remained like that exposing the metal ribs. It's a wonder that the wind did not lift it off completely and deposit it on the street 12 stories below. This condition remained like this for the remainder of our stay. All things considered, it is an older 3.5 star hotel. I would look for another place to stay if in the area again.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch a plane the next day, so I didn't have too much expectation. However, it is a comfortable and quiet place even though it is on a busy street and with a lot of guests during the Holy Week. The room has a big space for me to put my luggage and move around (ususally it is placed with unnecessary furniture). It doesn't use carpet which I feel very clean and fresh. Staff are very lovely and helpful, which excess the 3.5 hotel service. 2 things I would like to mention for improvement. The breakfast seating was a little chaotic. When I went back to my table after taking some more food, someone took over my table already. I think Hilton should be experience enough to have system to avoid it. Another thing is the hot chocolate. I ordered one cup at night in the restaurant. It was tasteless. I mean, it was a little sweet, thick and brown, that's it. There's no taste of chocolate at all. Next morning, I found that it's same as the one in the free breakfast. Shouldn't a better quality can be served for a cup of 6,000 cop hot chocolate in Hilton? Especially in Colombia where you can get good hot chocolate in local cafes. Anyways, it's a great stay, Breakfast area is small but it has a lot of choices and the food is fresh and delicious. Everywhere is super clean. There are also many restaurants around and it's easy to get food at night.

Réservez le chemin TRIP.COM et j'ai annulé 2 nuits, qui, quand j'ai arrivé à l'hôtel à midi, je voulais me forcer à annuler à nouveau parce que la plate-forme n'avait pas annulé. Bien que vous ayez les informations sur la réservation et, dans ce cas, que vous ayez avec moi le numéro de la réservation faite par le même hôtel, mais le transfert de la carte de crédit, il a été presque impossible de réclamer avec les personnes du bureau. Je ne pense pas que la gestion et les relations avec les plateformes soient de la responsabilité de l'hôte, donc si vous ne voulez pas une maux de tête, IL N'EST PAS UNE OPTION DE RESERVER À L'INTERNET. Il est important de noter que, après presque 2 heures de plainte (à midi de la nuit que j'ai arrivé), j'ai été laissé entrer un avertissement préalable sur le sujet du paiement avant de quitter ce dernier, c'est-à-dire si, Je suis peut-être envoyé à l'une des pires chambres de l'hôtel (ce que j'ai vérifié avec les muqueuses) la 413, pour punition???? pour réclamer quelque chose que je considère juste??? Enfin, il est vraiment dommage pour la chaîne d'hôtels qui se passe ces choses .....

C'est une maison avec un design dédié qui se démontre dans chaque détail depuis que vous arrivez à la réception. Ses hôtes sont toujours prêts à vous donner leur consentement prudent, reconnaissant vos besoins. ¡N'hésitez pas à le douter! Après avoir rencontré Casa Mendoza, je ne m'inquiétais plus de rechercher un hôtel à Bucareramanga. L'air de la chambre ne fait pas de bruit et le lit est très confortable. ¡Ah! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, comme si vous étiez chez vous.

La Triada peut être recommandée sans hésitation à quiconque veut ou doit être dans cette partie de Bucamaranga. Les chambres (#706) étaient immaculées, de bonne taille, calmes, sans bruit de rue, et confortables. L'un des ascenseurs, bien que petits, était très rapide. Les zones communes sont lumineuses, propres et ouvertes. Le style n'est pas un hôtel de nouvelle génération, mais plutôt traditionnel sans être en situation. Le menu vous permet de commander tout en toute confiance. Bien que le personnel parle en partie anglais, ils sont sans faute.
