Lire les commentaires avant notre arrivée et il était un peu incertain, mais je ne peux que penser que les personnes qui ont écrit ces commentaires négatifs restaient dans un hôtel différent ou qu'elles veulent garder le lieu exclusif pour eux. Veuillez ignorer les commentaires négatifs de l'hôtel était propre, le personnel du bar est brillant et l'équipe des enfants travaille leurs chaussures et ne se plaigne pas de la nourriture. Oui, il est un peu dehors, mais vous pouvez facilement prendre un camion à Alicante, un mini-bus à la plage et il y a quelques grands bars et restaurants 5 minutes de route.

Rien d'autre n'a été ouvert à la porte de la chambre, une odeur intense de tabac a été remarquée, qui s'est accrue en entrant et est devenue insupportable dans la salle de bain. Nous avons appelé la personne responsable (il n'y a personne dans la réception, tout est automatisé), en demandant un changement de chambre. Après avoir refusé par téléphone que quelqu'un a pu fumer là-bas, il est enfin venu à l'hébergement pour vérifier. Une fois, il a été excusé de dire que c'était un « problème de ventilation » et qu'il ne nous donnera pas d'autre chambre, ni une compensation financière, ni aucune autre alternative. Paradoxalement, la chambre était pleine de signaux d'interdiction de fumer sous une amende de 100 euros, mais personne ne voulait le vérifier. Nous demandons alors la fiche de plaintes, nous la refusons alors parce que nous n'avons pas la liste disponible dans l'établissement (et nous devons le faire), et nous devrions donc avertir la police de venir à notre aide. Grâce à la police, ils ont refusé à plusieurs reprises de se rendre à la demande de la feuille de route susmentionnée et sous avertissement de réclamation pour violation de la loi, ils ont été en mesure de recueillir la feuille de route. En outre, la qualité-prix du lieu n'est pas correspondant, étant un prix désorbité (100€), un lieu loin du centre, sans réception, sans possibilité de petit déjeuner, mal insonorisé (de l'écoute de toutes les chambres et de la corde) et avec la pollution lumineuse (les cortines ne couvraient pas la lumière et nous ne pouvions pas toucher à peine l'œil). Si après tout cela vous voulez rester là... bonne chance.

We arrived at the hotel after a friend drove us from Oliva, we were greeted by the most rude obnoxious reception staff, it was really shocking. We checked in, came back down a while later where they attempted to check us in again to a 2nd room (for yhe same amount of people) saying we had booked 2 rooms, we hadn't, they had already taken the charge for the 2nd room. They proceeded to blame *********** for the error. The following morning we attempted to speak to the manager. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness, I approached him very calmly, asking him to look at the proof we had but he wouldn't, he went on to print out the 2 reservations one we booked on the Friday, and one they had duplicated on the Sunday, he refused to listen or view anything we had and was waving me off dismissively. I realised I was getting nowhere so I walked away, at which point he muttered some rude comment, I just said, the same to you and continued to walk away. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but it isn't. The pool was grubby with bits floating in it. It was run on some days without a pool attendant or poolside hut (listed as a bar) the air conditioning was temperamental and barely worked in the room, was non existent in the lifts which were like smelly ovens, the facilities in the room were 2-3 star basic at best. It wasn't the cleanest but not the worst. The continental breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular but ok for a 3 star. The WiFi, supposedly available thoughout the hotel was not working most of the time, the lifts were out of service frequently. One night i got very little sleep as the lift was clunking all night, we were the first room as you came out of the lift. We notified the staff but nothing was done for several hours. How this hotel has gained a 4 star rating in places us unbelievable as it barely reaches 3 stars and that's being generous. All in all the attitude, lack of amenities and disgustingly rude staff spoiled our holiday completely.

Le service impecable, nous avons offert une chambre supérieure à notre réservation et nous sommes vraiment surpris et enchantés de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner buffet, rien de mal et le site en général nous aimons beaucoup. Il est idéal pour une évasion romantique ou un week-end avec des enfants, la position est parfaite pour visiter les gens autour ou pour se faire un bain sur des plages précieuses.Très recommandé.

Après avoir vécu une catastrophe avec Airbnb qui nous a planté devant la porte sans clés pour accéder au logement, avoir dû dormir 2:00 dans la voiture en attendant une solution, nous avons réussi à trouver une chambre à 1:00 . On sortait d’un mariage et on était fatigués. À cet hôtel nous avons réussi à trouver un lit douillet , propre et accueillant. Et notre cher Ivan nous a vraiment très bien accueilli, à l’écoute, et attentif à nos besoins. Vraiment Top!
