« J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour ici et cet endroit est devenu l'un de mes lieux de prédilection à Kunming. L'atmosphère y est calme et confortable. Le personnel était serviable et facile à contacter. La chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, avec un réfrigérateur, un lave-linge et un balcon, ce qui est très appréciable pour les longs séjours. L'emplacement est très pratique, à proximité des commerces et des transports en commun. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais un peu vieillotte, et le ménage n'est pas quotidien ; il est donc important de le savoir pour les longs séjours. Cependant, la propreté générale était bonne. Si je revenais à Kunming, je reviendrais avec plaisir dans cet hôtel. « Je dois dire que choisir les appartements Novotel plutôt qu'un hôtel pour notre voyage en famille était une excellente idée ! Voici mon avis : Service : C'est le premier point que je tiens à souligner. Le personnel est disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7, toujours prêt à aider et à répondre à toutes les demandes. À notre arrivée, l'un des ventilateurs d'extraction de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, mais après avoir prévenu la réception, il a été réparé le temps que nous partions dîner. L'appartement est équipé d'une plaque à induction pour réchauffer les plats, et après avoir prévenu la réception, on nous a immédiatement apporté une casserole, des bols, des baguettes et des cuillères. Le service était impeccable ! Équipements : Les équipements de l'appartement sont très récents. Le réfrigérateur, le lave-linge et la hotte sont de marque Haier, et les robinetteries de la salle de bain sont de Villeroy & Boch. Le choix des matériaux et du mobilier est également très judicieux ; les canapés, les fauteuils et les lits sont extrêmement confortables ! Propreté : Le personnel d'entretien nettoie rapidement et efficacement tous les jours. Les serviettes, la lessive, les produits de toilette et l'eau potable sont renouvelés rapidement, et on nous en apporte davantage si besoin ! Environnement : L'appartement est situé juste à côté de la sortie A de la station Fuhai (ligne 5 du métro), ce qui le rend très pratique, à l'abri du bruit et des embouteillages des zones touristiques : un emplacement idéal ! Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre familiale standard, mais nous avons eu la surprise d'être surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre loft ! Elle disposait de chambres séparées sur chaque étage et de deux salles de bain, ce que toute notre famille a adoré. Un grand merci pour cette merveilleuse surprise ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement aux familles avec enfants ; il est vraiment parfait pour les familles. Un grand bravo ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 »

« Stayed at Chengsu Hotel in Kunming for a transit stop, and the location was perfect for that purpose. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the railway station, making it very convenient for early or late train journeys. One thing I really liked was the neighborhood around the hotel. I arrived around 3 AM, and even at that hour the area still felt safe and relatively lively. In the morning, the neighborhood became very vibrant, with many local restaurants opening early. It was a nice area to walk around and grab breakfast before continuing the trip. Overall, this hotel is a great option for anyone looking for a convenient transit stay near Kunming Railway Station. »

« Séjour excellent ! Au début, on avait un peu peur, mais on s'est trompés ! C'est très pratique car il y a un grand centre commercial juste en dessous, avec plein de boutiques, de boulangeries et même un supermarché sympa. L'appartement était spacieux et confortable, assez grand pour nous cinq. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de frigo. Juste à côté de notre chambre, il y avait un centre de réflexologie, c'était agréable ! »
