« Honnêtement, pour le prix, l'espace et la propreté sont vraiment bons. Je suis arrivée vers 2h du matin, j'étais épuisée et je voulais juste prendre une douche, mais il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. J'ai laissé couler longtemps, puis j'ai appelé la réception qui m'a dit qu'il fallait attendre environ 20 minutes après avoir inséré la carte dans le contacteur. J'ai attendu, mais toujours pas d'eau chaude. C'est là que j'ai réalisé qu'il fallait aussi allumer le chauffe-eau moi-même. Ce n'est pas un problème en soi, mais quand j'ai appelé la réception, on m'a juste dit que l'eau chaude arriverait après avoir mis la carte. Finalement, j'ai vu l'interrupteur, je l'ai allumé, et j'ai attendu encore 40 minutes. On m'a dit que la température serait de 60 degrés, mais après une heure, elle n'avait même pas atteint 40. C'est vraiment frustrant de ne pas pouvoir prendre de douche à cause du manque d'eau chaude. »

« Shanghai, une ville si vibrante ! Impossible de comprendre le dialecte local, c'était frustrant. J'avais lu beaucoup de commentaires avant de réserver, et j'étais un peu inquiète. Je pensais que la chambre ne serait pas si bien, mais une fois arrivée, même si l'escalier extérieur était vieux et donnait une impression désuète, c'était en fait très bien pour y séjourner. Ils changent tout à chaque nouveau client. L'immeuble est un peu vieux dans l'ensemble, mais l'appartement est lumineux et aéré. La chambre avec les deux lits de 1,8 m était orientée plein sud, et dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon endroit pour une famille. De plus, les gérants sont très consciencieux et répondent rapidement à toutes les questions. Globalement, c'est un hôtel correct, et le prix est très abordable. »

« Mon enfant passe son examen d'entrée au lycée dans un collège voisin, donc l'emplacement est très pratique. Nous habitons au 18e étage et notre chambre est très bruyante. Au début, nous pensions que c'était la climatisation, alors nous l'avons éteinte, mais le bruit persistait. En ouvrant la porte, nous avons vu les canalisations et le système d'évacuation des eaux de chaque côté, ainsi que de l'autre côté du couloir. (Voir photos).
