Where to start with this place? I stayed here for 2 nights. My booking through work state 1 standard twin room. I wish this is what I received.... ROOM I was located in room 115....please if you are allocated this room LEAVE! This must be the worst room in the hotel. Its located at the top of the staircase so you hear people walking up them at all times. The doors to other corridors are opened and slammed shut constantly. It overlooks the entrance and the main road so you cant open the window without loud street noise. I walked into the room and it was boiling hot, id suggest leaving the heating off for future guests. Its easier to heat a room than to cool it down. Opening the window also didnt help because its just constant noise. The room contains a ceiling fan which is fantastic at blowing around hot air. My ”twin room” contained 1 single bed. No sockets near the bed , the TV cant get a volume above 40 so its impossible to hear if you're hard of hearing like myself. And dont say its to cut down on disturbing neighbouring rooms because they're disturbed more by street noise. The bathroom whilst nicely decorated has its issues. The hot water decided to cut off after about 5 minutes running when i was topping up my bath. The tea and coffee making facilities had milk pots that were 4 days out of date resulting in a rather sour coffee. The bed was a single bed and rock hard too. which disturbed my sleep. But you wont get much of that anyways as over my 2 nights the fire alarm went off 3 times. twice at 5.30AM!!!!!!!! RESTAURANT My only positive of this place is that the food, what you can get of it, is superb. I had the burger and the fish. Both were superb and the chips were incredible. So kudos to the chef. The rest of the restaurant staff however. Awful, a girl with blonde hair. Absolutely the worst waitress Ive come across. I would stand waiting to be seated for 10 minutes before she came out of the ktichen after chatting to her mates. At one point a woman in a black dress ( I think she may have been a manager) had to get her to come and seat me and other guests. Service on the food is slow but its worth the wait. My worst experience with this waitress was when i asked for a menu for dessert. 10 mins later she brought me the menu. I then sat for 25 minutes waiting for her to return to take my dessert order but she just never bothered. Instead playing on her phone or leaving the restaurant to speak to her mates in the kitchen! My 2nd night I learned my lesson and asked her for the brownie when she collected my plate. 15 minutes later she returned to tell me there were no brownies. Does it take 15 minutes to check the fridge? Truly terrible service!! RECEPTION I cant praise or fault reception staff. My only poor experience was waiting for 10 minutes to speak to someone but I think they may have been manning the bar as well which of course isnt their fault. Bien, le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner anglais standard, la chaleur est élevée, il n'y a pas de changement. La chambre est OK, l'isolement sonore est insuffisant

C'était un séjour bon, mais pour nous, nous n'avons pas réalisé que nous avions réservé quand le football était sur et les fans lointains avaient très bien réservé l'hôtel et dire qu'il était bruyant était une sous-déclaration. Le personnel était assez aimable mais ne nous demandait pas si nous voulions petit déjeuner ou si nous avions été là avant, il semblait plutôt sous-standard et pas vraiment ce qui a investi dans ce qu'ils faisaient. Nous avions prévu d'utiliser la piscine mais certains enfants locaux ont épuisé et utilisé le rendre lourd et inutilisable pendant notre séjour ils étaient juste causer des problèmes et l'hôtel n'a pas agi. C'est le plus grand échec de l'hôtel ne fait pas preuve d'action que nous avions de hautes hôtes de la musique de la porte de la boucle, jouant de hautes fans de football qui sont fous jusqu'à 4h et rien n'a été fait à ce sujet. Les lits n'étaient pas si confortables que malheureusement, aucun d'entre nous n'avait dormi de bonnes nuits au-dessus du bruit par d'autres, les chambres n'avaient pas été prouvant le son. Pas de climatisation qui est folle aujourd'hui et d'âge et pas même un fan dans la chambre, quand nous avons demandé à quelqu'un que nous venions juste rire et nous avons dit bonne chance avec cela en gardant la maison. Il n'y a pas de personnel qui s'occupe ou qui se fier de leur travail. La salle de bain n'avait pas de fan, alors quand la vapeur était utilisée, elle allait partout et la pression et la température de l'eau étaient terribles, elle n'était pas trop propre, donc elle ne pouvait pas utiliser la baignoire. La seule chose qui va pour cet hôtel est son emplacement, mais nous ne l'utiliserons pas encore, les chambres ont besoin d'une grande quantité de CLT et le personnel a besoin de formation supplémentaire pour la communication. Après avoir vérifié que nous n'avons pas été demandés, nous avons apprécié notre séjour car nous voulions nous inquiéter.

L'hôtel est propre et moderne et dispose de tout pour accueillir tous les clients. Le personnel était fantastique, depuis l'entrée aux arrangements de voyage et même la première aide pour les moments de la vie qui ne sont pas si grands. One of the friendliness hotel inns ever ! we stay often at this hotel as my husbands family live close by. The staff here can’t do enough for you and it’s nice to be recognised each visit gives it a personal touch nothing is to much trouble such a warm abs friendly atmosphere every time we go .Hotel is kept immaculate shops close by on site to a perfect location ! Hotel budget propre, bienvenue chaleureuse à l'arrivée, l9ads de parking. L'hôtel était propre et confortable.La chambre était sans spot propre. Nikki était grande au petit déjeuner et au checkout! Grand équipe et grand service pour un hôtel budget. Elle sera certainement de retour.
