Alte Villa schön renoviert sehr ruhig gelegen. Zimmer sind klein mit dem notwendigen Mobilar. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Bad ist neu gefliest aber die Sanitärkeramik, Armaturen, Duschkabine ist total abgenutzt teilweise defekt. Bushaltestelle ca. 150 m vom Haus entfernt, gute Anbindung anch Florenz (alle 15 bis 20 min.) Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Brötchen trocken und alt, eine Sorte Käsescheiben und drei Wurstsorten, hartgekochte Eier, einiges Obst alles andere nur süß. Kaffee sehr gut, Säfte reines Zuckerwasser. Personal beim Frühstück schlecht, Tische wurden ewig nicht abgeräumt, einmal gab es keine Brötchen, kein Toastbrot, keinen Käse und keine Wurst und das um 8:30 morgens.

Villa le Fontanelle is a breathtaking property. We chose this as primary lodging for a honeymoon visit to Florence and Tuscany. We would both recommend it to anyone...but particularly to honeymooners, or folks looking for an intimate destination wedding. The grounds and gardens are spectacular, and the area boasts one of the better panoramas of Florence. Personally, I think Fiesole has the loveliest view of the city, but this offers a sweeping vista--and the birds adore the area around VLF, which makes for a lovely and memorable beginning to the day. We stayed in La Torre and the Limonaia. The view from the tower (and, OK, having one's own private tower) is the stuff of E.M. Forster, particularly by night when the city is aglow. The grounds, the chapel and the staff make this a very special property. We were treated with kindness and grace all throughout the stay. If you book here, you probably do know what you're signing up for. This is a slightly out of the way property, so it's logistically trickier to get into the center of Florence, if you intend to hit the older city centre. We had to phone for taxis a handful of times, because of some very early morning commitments. The staff were incredible about helping us to coordinate with the local taxi services (which can be a real art unto itself) and making sure that we had any and all logistics completely squared away. For the two of us, Citrarium was also a huge part of what made our stay feel so magical. The food is slow and superb. We so enjoyed coming back to the Villa at the end of our days in Florence to linger over the multi-course meals and some of the staff's suggested wine and amaro pairings. We're forever indebted to the waiter who introduced us to a dazzling super-botanical southern amaro...since returning, we've shared it with many of our friends and family. We hope to return, but thank Villa le Fontanelle for the incredible hospitality and the beautiful memories!

Hotel propre à environ 20/25 mn du centre a pieds. Si le bruit de la rue ne vous derange cet hotel est bon pour vous, tres mal insonorisé,hotel donnant sur une rue avec trafics importants jour et nuit bcp d'ambulance car sur la route de l'hôpital. .impossible de dormir sans boule quies... Du lundi au mercredi bcp de collégiens/lycéens dans l'hôtel, le personnel ne fait pas respecter le silence même la nuit.. Le jour du départ nous avions le petit déjeuner de payé d'avance, mais petit déjeuner à partir de 7h30 du matin si nous voulions emporter une boxe car départ pour aéroport 7h il faut rajouter 2.50 euros...par personne...une honte je n'ai jamais vu ça de payer en plus....!!!! du coup pas de boxe ni petit déjeuner et pas moyen de se faire rembourser..🤑 Quand aux personnels parle italien très peu anglais et ne fait pas d'effort...bref le prix oui mais ne s'occupe pas des clients dommage je ne le conseil pas

Excellent établissement à taille humaine décoré avec goût et élégance. La situation géographique est parfaite à 20 minutes à pied du Duomo, mais toujours dans la partie de Florence où vous pouvez stationner en voiture, si vous vous rendez à l'hôtel avec une voiture de location. Un parking est proposé, à réserver à l'agence, moyennant 12 euros la journée et la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité, la connexion Wi-fi est bonne et le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant. N'hésitez pas à dîner au restaurant semi-gastronomique, partenaire de l'hôtel : Pour 30 euros par personne, hors vin, vous passerez une excellente soirée gustative ! Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai !

Très bon service. Nous n'avons pas pu trouver de parking dans les environs car ils étaient tous payants et réservés aux résidents, mais l'hôtel nous a fourni une clé pour laisser la voiture dans leur garage. L'hôtel est à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre de Florence. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est le petit-déjeuner américain classique et buffet avec divers œufs et charcuterie. Ne manquez pas les crêpes et gaufres fraîches et chaudes. La chambre réservée est une Supérieure avec un lit double et le Wifi gratuit. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un super hôtel, je le recommande si vous voulez passer quelques jours à Florence.
