Hôtel exceptionnel, personnel exceptionnel, serviable, d’une très grande gentillesse. L’hôtel m’a aussi plus par son emplacement en centre-ville qui permet de visiter Florence à pied, à deux pas de la galerie dés offices, ponte vecchio, place de la siniora,…bref pas besoin de transports, La déco est raffinée et de bon goût, magnifique. Un seul petit bémol, lors de mon départ j’ai regardé sous le lit pour voire si je n’avais rien laisser tomber et j’ai vu des moumoutes de poussières, pour un palace 5 étoiles ça ne se fait pas. Mais c’est vraiment le seul hic car le reste est très très très propre, drap changé, salle de bain impeccable, beaucoup de petite attention qui font plaisir. Petit déjeuner varié, généreux, produit frais et de qualité. Le bar est a tester, cocktail excellent et là barman est au petit soins. L’accueil est excellent, multilingue, n’hésitez pas à leur demander de réserver les billets pour les visites de musés. Pour conclure je suis vraiment ravie de mon séjour, un grand merci vous m’avez fait passer d’excellentes vacances .

Le nouveau hôtel 5 étoiles est magnifique. Le personnel était de première classe et était très concentré. Il n'est pas un grand hôtel, mais les chambres étaient bien équipées et les lins étaient très bons. Il y avait une bouteille froide de Prosecco dans notre chambre quand nous y sommes arrivés. Ils ont Paulo Airaudo, un chef Michelin dans la cuisine. Il y a une fenêtre regardant directement dans la cuisine pour vous permettre de voir Chef préparer des plats merveilleux! Il est situé très près du château de Medici. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel!

Very good and charismatic place right in the middle of everything in Florence: shops, museums and restaurants, you can get anywhere within few minutes of walking. The front desk in very limited time arranged for us a short (we stayed 4 nights only), but not easy to execute program including a day in Chianti with 2 private winery visits (wineries from my list) and provided us with plenty restaurant recommendations. Which truth be told turned out to be better than couple of restaurants we found ourselves searching and reading reviews. The minuses. We were staying in a suite on the 2nd floor, which in Vecchietti is actually quite high due to high ceilings on each floor. The windows were to a side street and upon arrival we were assured that the windows are soundproof. But every night we were woken-up several times first by various partygoers returning back to the hotels/apartments and next by communal services collecting the garbage. The shower is tiny, has stone tiles floor and a big window that saw better times, which is letting in plenty of air from the outside. Even sitting on the toilet, which is located next to the shower door, (excuse me for details) one can feel cold air blowing from the shower door, which can’t be closed completely. On top of that one of the maids always found it a good idea to leave that window open for the whole day after leaving the room doing the cleaning. This being in November already. So, going into that shower was an ordeal every time.

Location, location, location! Easy walk with luggage from the train station, and then you’re right in the heart of the action. With the air con not operating, the room was quite stuffy, but windows open so you can get fresh air. The lane way is quite loud at night, but again, you’re in the middle of the nightlife so it’s not a surprise. Simple, but lovely, breakfast buffet.

L'emplacement de la chambre est bon, en zone urbaine, la chambre peut être considérée comme un grand, très bel hôtel ! Le lobby de l'hôtel est très élégant. L'environnement de restauration du petit-déjeuner est également bon! L'aménagement de la chambre, une famille de trois ne sera pas encombrée lors du séjour ! Le lit de l'enfant est de l'autre côté de la pièce. Bon espace, trois valises ne se sentent pas trop encombrées! L'espace salle de bain n'est pas petit, la salle de douche est très intéressante, elle est modulable et escamotable ! L'air conditionné de l'hôtel est un peu chaud, et l'air conditionné est éteint, mais j'ai quand même un peu chaud ! Tout le reste va bien ! Hôtel très économique.

Nice hotel, near the bargello on via ghibillina. easy to get to, has a ramp to access with a wheelchair. staff were prompt and courteous. our room was the family suite and had 2 sets of stairs to access. we were told that the room was not accessible, but not why. we choose to keep it as it was easter weekend and did not want to be without a room. we made it work. the shower was quite nice and had 1 bed with 2 sleeper sofas. had a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, but no wine glasses? odd. has a rather nice included breakfast, and is quite easy to access various things in Florence. unfortunately, their bar is only open during special events, but there are plenty of places around to get a drink. I would definitely stay again, but would get a regular room. as for suggestions and improvements, I think they should include some wine glasses in the family suite and detail the stairs up to this room. as for people with accessibility issues, you can stay in any other room here quite easily and comfortably and I would recommend it.

Les sites incontournables sont à 10 mn à pied. Notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière, aucun bruit, d'autres donnent sur une rue étroite qui nous a semblé peu passante. Notre hôte a été très attentif à la qualité de notre séjour: surclassement, conseils pour les restaurants, réservation de taxi. La situation, l'accueil, le confort, la décoration et la propreté irréprochable de cet établissement nous ont ravis. Nous sommes heureux de partager cette adresse.

Le palais Aqa est un petit b&b (un peu de chambres) dans un magnifique bâtiment dans une rue tranquille, idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied à la plupart des lieux d'intérêt de Florence (Duomo, Galeries Uffizi), avec beaucoup de restaurants et bars dans la région. La chambre (numéro 5) a une vaste terrasse privée avec vue, elle était grande, propre, confortable, avait tout ce que nous aurions pu demander. Rosi était le meilleur hôte, aide et dédié, elle nous a fait sentir spécial et était disponible chaque fois que nous avions besoin de elle, tout en étant discret quand nous n'avons pas fait. Notre séjour à Florence, donc ils l'ont pris et l'ont ramené quand nous sommes partis, convenable! Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon. Il y a un spectacle de voyages qui nous permettra de faire un tour de voyages.

The hotel is located very close to Florence’s sights but not on a main tourist route and with some great restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean with modern bathrooms and USB power points. The staff were friendly and the buffet-style breakfast included scrambled eggs along with fresh bread, cold meats, cheese, pastries, cereals, etc. The spa (pool and sauna) is small but atmospheric and is limited to six people, so must booked at reception in advance. There are no towels in the spa but I was told I can take them from my room, just wish I’d know that before I changed. Our shower didn’t appear to have hot water so we had to switch-on the taps in both the shower and sink for the water to heat. Once we'd been told this it wasn’t a problem, but we had to wait for an hour on our first night before maintenance arrived and explained. Perhaps the receptionist will be told or it will be fixed for other guests? There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the maid often forgot to leave any replacement tea/coffee or cream. I know that’s a minor issue but when you have to queue at reception on multiple days to ask for more tea it becomes a little annoying. When we return to Florence Casual Rinascimento will be our first-choice hotel, but I’ll pop some teabags in my case next time.

Super séjour en famille du 11 au 15 octobre 2022, dans cet hôtel très bien placé car en plein cœur du centre historique de Florence ! Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais fonctionnelles, avec du rangement, une bonne literie.. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec d'excellentes viennoiseries italiennes. L'accueil avec un verre de bienvenue (jus de fruits), la bonne humeur, le sourire, les conseils et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel, ont été apprécié (Mario et ses 2 collèges). Nous étions venus en voiture et avions pris l'option ”parking” : celle-ci a été prise en charge devant l'hôtel à notre arrivée et ramenée le jour de notre départ à l'heure convenue la veille. Nos bagages ont été montés dans nos chambres et descendus le dernier jour, avec le sourire malgré les 3 étages ! Et sans oublier nos échanges franco/anglais/italien ! En résumé très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel pour visiter l’élégante Florence berceau de la Renaissance italienne ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

L'hôtel Bavière, dans le centre de la vieille ville de Florence, est une très bonne adresse ! Il y a deux conditions pour faire face à cette situation si agréable : premièrement, soyez conscients que vous devez monter les escaliers de trois étages hauts pour y arriver. Le petit déjeuner est très bon pour nous, mais nous avons fondé des endroits intelligents et très agréables, à seulement trois minutes à pied, pour avoir de bons petits déjeuners (pas si cher). Le centre de Florence est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable, même très agréable, tant que nous avons dormi dans une très grande chambre (au sommet de l'hôtel) avec une salle de bains avec belle veuve sur la Dome (cathédrale) de Florence. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est très bon pour vous .
