J'ai satié à DoubleTree Instagram pendant une nuit, c'est la pire expérience d'hôtel que j'ai jamais eue! Les chambres étaient 708 & 710 sur 13/7/2022 conformation no est 3266790803. À partir du début, l'hôtel a été de réduire le coût à partir des lumières dans le lobby était hors tout le temps ! Alors quand on a vérifié dans les chambres était si chaud comme la sauna ! L'AC était hors d'usage et ils m'ont dit qu'il deviendrait plus froid, après une heure sans changement, ils envoient une technique et il a dit directement sous l'AC qu'il est froid! L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon. Il est déjà à 17 h ! ! quand je lui ai dit que je voulais un remboursement et que je vais aller à un autre hôtel respecté, il a changé la chambre pour améliorer une et il agit comme il fait un service pour moi avec un visage instamment! ! À 11 h, j'ai commandé un dîner de la chambre pour moi et mes enfants, jusqu'à 12 h 30, quand j'ai appelé à demander de nourriture, ils m'ont dit que mon commandement était en place parce qu'ils ne savent pas que ma chambre n'est pas !! Ils peuvent surveiller la température de la chambre depuis le système mais ils ne peuvent pas le savoir! Je crois qu'ils l'ont fait à la purpura! Mes enfants sont allés au lit cette nuit sans avoir de nourriture! et ne me laissez pas commencer avec le petit-déjeuner buffet! C'était un shsme!! Il y avait un technicien ( je l'ai vu de son uniforme ) il est venu de l'intérieur de la cuisine et il donne des ordres à un employé de cuisine ! Mon séjour était un cauchemar !
