Dodatkowo bliskość kolei i odgłos przejeżdżających pociągów (dla nas nie był problemem)

La station de chemin de fer est située à quelques centaines de mètres de l'hôtel, ce qui permet d'atteindre très facilement Sopot, Gdynia ou Gdaska. Il n'y a pas besoin de déplacer votre propre transport et de dépenser de l'argent sur le parking. L'hôtel lui-même est un très bon endroit. HOTEL - hotel niewątpliwie wymaga małego liftingu, wystrój sprzed wielu, wielu lat, jest jednak czysto, a to było dla mnie główne kryterium. W pokojach brak lodówek i czajnika do kawy, ale o tym byłam uprzedzona. W łazience jest suszarka, miniatury kosmetyków, reszta wszystko to co potrzebne. OBSŁUGA - niesamowicie miła obsługa od recepcji, po pracowników kuchni i panie sprzątające. AQUAPARK- dość mały, ale jest tam basen (do 1,50m), jest jaccuzi, zjeżdzalnia, sauny, a przede wszystkim jest pan ratownik KOMFORT -niestety jego usytuowanie niesie za sobą konsekwencję w postaci hałasu (kolej miejska, a z drugiej strony dzwon kościoła). Przed pobytem naczytałam się krytycznych opinii co do hałasu również ze względu na odbywające się tam w weekendy wesela. I właśnie były tam dwa wesela. I drodzy Państwo, nie było żadnego problemu. Mój pokój usytuowany był na 3 piętrze i akurat wesele nie było przeszkodą. Kiepskie jest to, że winda dociera do IIp, na IIIp trzeba było wejść schodami WYŻYWIENIE -smaczne i bardzo wartościowe obiadokolację. To było coś naprawdę pysznego. Niestety inaczej ze śniadaniami. Po pierwsze dość skromne (choć muszę uczciwie przyznać, że wszystko również świeże i w wystarczającej ilości), natomiast mam ogromne zastrzeżenia co do organizacji śniadań; przede wszystkim śniadanie było w formie szwedzkiego stołu, niestety nie można sobie było samemu nałożyć, wszystko serwowała obsługa. Absurd polegał na tym, że przy bufecie robiły się metrowe kolejki, a młode kelnerki nie nadażały. Jeśli chodzi o sobotę 29.08 br to mogę uczciwe przyznać ,że w kolejce ludzie po nas stali ok. 20 minut, to trochę przesada. Wyznaczono dwie osoby do obsługi, jeśli rodzina była kilkuosobowa to zanim podano wszystkie kawy i herbaty lub soki, to jedzenie (np.jajecznica) zdążyły wystygnąć. Niejednokrotnie jedna z pań latała na zaplecze po pieczywo, kolejną jajecznicę , a druga uginała się pod naporem oczekiwań klientów. Ja rozumiem „coronawirus” ,ale po pierwsze – dwa razy tyle osób do obsługi powinno być lub chociaż pozwólcie Państwo samemu sobie parzyć herbatę/kawę! Takiej groteski to jeszcze nie widziałam. Poza tym brakowało na stołach soli/pieprzu, na moją interwencję dot. Prośby o sól do pomidora, pani mówi, że CHWILOWO NIE MA!!!!! Jak hotel może nie mieć soli? Po odczekaniu 20 minut, pomogła interwencja w recepcji , gdzie oszołomiona recepcjonistka wykonała tylko jeden telefon i wyniesiono zaraz kilka solniczek! Drodzy Państwo- tak nie można! To nie obóz, to nie kolonia, pewien standard musi być. Podsumuwując- śniadania to chaos i stres dla gościa hotelowego. Rozumiem, że może to czasowe ze względu na „epidemię”, ale był to główny minus pobytu. Co do młodych pań, które serwowały śniadania- szalenie miłe i kulturalne, ale żwawiej, żwawiej; rozumiem, że się uczą, ale to trzeba być energicznym! PODSUMOWANIE- polecam ten hotel dla osób nie wymagających; z głównych jego atutów wskazałabym na przemiłą obsługę, pyszne obiady i czystość; na lokalizację ni
