InvitéThank you so very much for your personalised hospitality and being so accommodating during our stay. What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. Thank you once again for doing your utmost and showing attention to care in all areas and that was evident even before we arrived.

Ahmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service.
The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.
My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.
Thank you for a wonderful experience.

InvitéThis hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

PaatBibeeModern Comfort with Exceptional Service.
We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes.
The ambience & Room:
The hotel features a clean and medern design.
My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained.
ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside.
-Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided.
Service:
The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free.
Location and Dining:
While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner.
A Small Note for Improvement:
The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect.
Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

MeldoeThe hotel is walking distance to susukino street, 3 min walks away to family mart and some local ramen shop. It’s nearby the clock tower as well. The only downside is if u took the limousine bus from airport, you have to drag ur luggage all the way to the hotel … it is nightmare if is winter time where the road is piled up with snow. Overall the hotel is great just the service is a bit slow and the hotel staff dint even bother to help us to carry the luggage back to the room even they saw us 2 ppl carrying 4 luggage and panting… when we arrive lobby.(or they don’t have the service I’m not sure, for a well known hotel should have). That’s the only downside side

Evelyn KowNous avons séjourné 4 nuits à ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, qui est un hôtel 4★ bien connu à Sapporo.
Très bonne position
• Proche de la station Sapporo (≈7 –10 min walk)
• Easy access to:
• JR trains
• Transfert aéroport
• Achats et restaurants
La chambre est propre, mais pas grande (très normale pour le Japon) et pratique très typique d'un établissement d'hôtel d'affaires. Il donne une vibe calme, minimaliste! À la fois fiable et sûre.

Initially very disappointed with the Japanese counter staff in hotel when we checked in. She insisted that we needed 2 rooms instead of 1, and quoted an exorbitant rate for the 2nd room for 1 guest. We could have booked another 2 rooms with that kind of rate. We were feeling really hopeless with the situation, and tried to seek help from another Japanese staff at nearby counter who could speak fluent English, unlike the 1st lady who was serving us. But she rejected, and told us that she didn't understand our situation and couldn't help, before we could tell her our story.
Luckily for us, the Japanese lady who served us called for her manager, a friendly ********* guy who helped us through the entire checkin process. We didn't need another room after all. Whew! Kudos to the manager for his very kind help, despite that it was his dinner break. Many thanks!

Solo traveller,SGOne of the best hotels in Sapporo, in my opinion! The self check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Having a FamilyMart inside the hotel and a Lawson right next door was incredibly convenient. Everything you need is just a few steps away, including shopping, dining, and transportation. The location is excellent, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo!
