IInvitéWe stayed for a night and this property exceeded expectations. It is spotless and you dont need to leave at all. It is so well run and the service is so personalized, from which bus you are taking back into town to what allergies you have, all staff members take note of your preferences. Especially want to thank ***** for making this stay so memorable! Food is also very wholesome and seasonal. Could not fault this place if you tried!

IInvitéI had a really wonderful stay at Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hokkaido.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel already stood out with its beautifully designed entrance and lobby. The entire space feels like a curated designer showroom, every corner is thoughtfully styled and incredibly aesthetic, with plenty of Instagram-worthy spots.
The room itself was very cosy and comfortable. You can tell that a lot of attention has been put into the details, from the furnishings to the amenities. Even the smaller touches, like the toiletries and hair dryer, felt premium and well-designed, which really elevated the overall experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was the service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and hospitable, making us feel welcomed right from check-in. Their attentiveness definitely added to the comfort of the stay.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 9.5/10 and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

CCHIA SIEW KIMWe stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights.
The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly.
We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small.
Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity.

We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes.
The ambience & Room:
The hotel features a clean and medern design.
My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained.
ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside.
-Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided.
Service:
The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free.
Location and Dining:
While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner.
A Small Note for Improvement:
The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect.
Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

UUtilisateur anonymeInitially very disappointed with the Japanese counter staff in hotel when we checked in. She insisted that we needed 2 rooms instead of 1, and quoted an exorbitant rate for the 2nd room for 1 guest. We could have booked another 2 rooms with that kind of rate. We were feeling really hopeless with the situation, and tried to seek help from another Japanese staff at nearby counter who could speak fluent English, unlike the 1st lady who was serving us. But she rejected, and told us that she didn't understand our situation and couldn't help, before we could tell her our story.
Luckily for us, the Japanese lady who served us called for her manager, a friendly ********* guy who helped us through the entire checkin process. We didn't need another room after all. Whew! Kudos to the manager for his very kind help, despite that it was his dinner break. Many thanks!

La taille de la chambre est très petite, vous devez garder les bagages sous le lit, il y a une salle de bain chaude dans le toit de l'hôtel, en mesure de profiter de la plongée dans une salle de bain chaude sous froid, mais vous devez apporter votre propre serviette de la chambre. Essayez d'éviter le pic, j'ai été à 6+7 est assez vide, cependant après le dîner 9+10 est très crowded.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas aussi bon que les photos qui sont affichées sur le site web de l'hôtel, mais il reste de bonnes variétés à choisir.
Capable de louer différents types d'installations, par exemple humidifier l'air, curler les cheveux, etc.

SStella_LLLThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's a slightly awkward distance — a bit too close for a taxi but not ideal when carrying luggage.
It is also located in the opposite direction from popular attractions such as APIA and Odori Park.
The room was generally clean & tidy, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa and rooftop observation area. I enjoyed the view from the higher floor. Housekeeping was also good. However, there seemed to be dust in the air, which caused frequent sneezing and a runny nose for one of my family members with allergies. One small suggestion would be to provide two complimentary bottles of water daily rather than replacing toothbrushes every day. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only three machines available, so waiting times could be long.
A special mention goes to the FamilyMart G/F, which was very convenient. The staff there were also exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Despite language barriers, they always made every effort to communicate and assist us with our requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and excellent service.
