Avant même d'arriver à l'entrée, le personnel s'est occupé de nos bagages. Le hall n'était pas grand, mais la décoration était très élégante et la température très agréable. On nous a même offert des boissons chaudes aux fruits en guise de bienvenue, un vrai délice ! On nous a également laissé choisir une adorable figurine de sapin de Noël derrière le comptoir, en guise de cadeau de bienvenue ! Nos bagages étaient déjà dans notre chambre à notre arrivée le soir même. Comme c'était l'anniversaire de ma femme, l'hôtel nous avait prévenus par e-mail et avait préparé une petite décoration, une attention très appréciable. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était à la hauteur de ses standards cinq étoiles et notre séjour a été des plus agréables. Le grand magasin Sapporo Factory se trouve juste en face, ce qui est magnifique ! Le seul inconvénient est qu'il faut prendre le bus ou marcher 5 à 10 minutes jusqu'à la station de métro pour s'y rendre, ce qui est un peu fatigant. Sinon, rien à redire !

Quasiment parfait. C'était sans doute le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné au Japon. La décoration n'était pas luxueuse, mais le confort était absolu, et les équipements, sans être sophistiqués, étaient très fonctionnels. La chambre était spacieuse (40 mètres carrés) et disposait d'une grande fenêtre donnant sur la rivière Toyohira, offrant une vue imprenable. L'agencement était idéal, avec des couleurs harmonieuses et des matériaux élégants pour le carrelage, le mobilier et les murs, contribuant à un confort optimal. Quant aux équipements de la chambre, ils étaient incroyablement bien pensés, pratiques et faciles d'utilisation. Mettre le chauffe-eau en marche se faisait d'une simple pression sur un bouton, un vrai gain de temps. Il y avait une baignoire et le système d'eau chaude et froide était également très simple d'utilisation. Le sèche-cheveux était suffisamment puissant pour sécher les cheveux rapidement. Mon séjour de trois jours et deux nuits a été très agréable. Cependant, au moment de quitter l'hôtel le matin, je devais prendre un bus longue distance et j'ai demandé au personnel s'il était possible d'accélérer la procédure, mais comme d'habitude, ils m'ont ignoré et n'ont pas répondu. C'est peut-être tout simplement la nature paisible des Japonais.

This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service. We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes. The ambience & Room: The hotel features a clean and medern design. My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained. ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside. -Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided. Service: The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free. Location and Dining: While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner. A Small Note for Improvement: The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect. Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Hotel near Sapporo station around 500 meter from hotel. Room is bigger than average hotel in Japan 3 big luggages can put in the room without any problems . Breakfast was excellent with lot of choices.

The hotel has a very convenient location, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and provided good service throughout the stay. The room size was not very large, but it was still acceptable and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing, as the variety and overall quality were not particularly impressive. Overall, it is still a good option for travelers who prioritize location and convenience.

I stayed here for four nights during the Snow Festival. The location is near the main street of Susukino and very convenient. However, I found the hotel's operations lacking, as the reception was often unattended in the mornings. The twin room was quite cramped for two people, making it difficult to pack and unpack. With only three laundry machines (one of which was broken), the facilities felt insufficient for the size of the hotel. While the breakfast had a good variety and didn't get boring, don't set your expectations too high for the 'signature' seafood bowls

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's a slightly awkward distance — a bit too close for a taxi but not ideal when carrying luggage. It is also located in the opposite direction from popular attractions such as APIA and Odori Park. The room was generally clean & tidy, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa and rooftop observation area. I enjoyed the view from the higher floor. Housekeeping was also good. However, there seemed to be dust in the air, which caused frequent sneezing and a runny nose for one of my family members with allergies. One small suggestion would be to provide two complimentary bottles of water daily rather than replacing toothbrushes every day. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only three machines available, so waiting times could be long. A special mention goes to the FamilyMart G/F, which was very convenient. The staff there were also exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Despite language barriers, they always made every effort to communicate and assist us with our requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and excellent service.

La station JR a un transfert gratuit de bus à la gare, 1300 heures de service, 1345 à l'hôtel, le personnel m'a demandé un CI précocement, la vérité est bonne, il y a un parc d'eau, de grandes installations chaudes, le buffet est bon matin et soir, bien que le style soit trop élégant, mais le niveau de nourriture est stable, la neige chatère est vraiment bon! Il y a un groupe japonais, un groupe de Hong Kong, un groupe de Taiwan, un groupe de écoles japonaises, bien qu'il y ait beaucoup de personnes, mais l'hôtel est vaste et le repas buffet est rapide demain et demain. L'hôtel a un sens historique, mais il est bien entretenu dans tous les aspects. Le climat froid le plus traditionnel est prévu pour 25 degrés. La fenêtre ne peut pas être ouverte, et le climat de la maison est chaud ⋯
