The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of the old town and just under 10 mins walking distance. The check in service is top notch and reception speaks perfect English. The room was not ready until 3pm. I booked the hotel in advance through trip.com but end up paying a higher price as the hotel was at a reduced price one day before my arrival. Price match was not granted for me. The room is clean and nice but the simple request of having double bed instead of two single beds were not met even when I reserved in advance. And there is no view at all. Basic amenities and breakfast was nice.

Véritable saut dans le temps à l'hôtel Ruze : on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans un château ! Certes les chambres sont peut-être un peu sombres, mais la décoration gothique crée un vrai dépaysement et la literie est spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais c'est surtout la terrasse qui vaut le détour, avec la vue sur la Vltava. Enfin, nous sommes arrivés assez tard, en pleine nuit, mais le jeune homme qui était en service (Renan) nous a très gentiment accueillis et a même surclassé notre chambre suite à notre demande vu les disponibilités liées au covid. Tout le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Le chauffeur a dit que le nom de l'hôtel signifie Krumlov est une histoire fée, et je pense que le nom suit cet endroit! Il était charmant et la chambre était absolument merveilleuse! Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, mais la vue de notre chambre de haut niveau était certainement la valeur de l'ascenseur. Nous sommes arrivés environ quatre heures avant de nous rendre, mais le propriétaire nous a pu entrer dans notre chambre presque immédiatement.

Très mignon pension, nous avons eu une très petite chambre confortable avec réfrigérateur et salle de bain propre. Rapport qualité-prix excellent. Le propriétaire/exploitant est très efforté et très sympa. Il y a aussi de petits snacks, café et boissons à un petit prix à la réception.

All My wife and I stayed here for three nights in mid-September, ‘22. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it highly. It is a classic old hotel set right on the river, just across from the picturesque castle. One of the town bridges is just in front of the hotel, and the street leads to the castle in one direction and to the main part of the old town in the other. We found the location to be very convenient. A short distance away is another bridge with a walkway that leads to one of the town parking areas. It would be possible to reach the hotel with a small amount of luggage, but we opted to park and walk to the hotel before obtaining a town pass to drive to the front of the hotel with our luggage. If you then choose one of the hotel’s private parking options, which we did, someone from the hotel will guide you in another vehicle to your parking area and bring you back to the hotel. Be aware that even with a town pass you can’t drive in town from 10 am to 3 pm, which can complicate departure as well as arrival. We arranged for a taxi to pick us up with our luggage and take us to our car when we checked out to get around this. Our room (401) was on the corner of the top floor and likely an upgrade from our castle-view room. It was a very large suite with a bedroom area, a sitting area, a separate room with closet and storage area, and a huge tiled-bathroom with an enclosed alcove for the toilet. We had terrific views of the town, the river, and the castle from every room. The sleeping area had a comfortable king bed, a desk, sofa, tv cabinet, small round table with two chairs, nicely decorated a classical style. There was a single cup coffee maker that was very good. The closet wqs large, but had only and few hangers and the safe wasn’t operable. The bathroom had a pedestal sink with adequate counter space, and a shower/tub combo. Our only complaint about the room was that there were no heat controls and it was unseasonably chilly during our visit. Breakfast was a very good buffet with lots of fruit, cereals, baked goods, eggs, breakfast meats, etc. All in all, we highly recommend the Dvorak for comfort, location, and character.

L'hôtel est rénové et dispose de belles chambres communes. Notre chambre pour 3 nuits, 111, a été sandwiche entre deux suites vraiment belles. La chambre était ok avec des meubles en bois lourds. La fenêtre était haute au mur si incapable d'ouvrir. La salle de bain est ultra moderne mais nous n'avons qu'un bain profond avec une tête de douche maintenue. L'eau a été partout parce qu'il n'y avait pas de cortina ni d'écran. Le sol de la salle de bain et le rack de toile étaient chauffés. Les suites ont reçu un service de café mais notre chambre double n'avait pas de chambre. Nous avons demandé notre guide pour un chauffeur et des tasses de thé que nous avons reçus, mais le garde-fous n'a jamais apporté plus après la première nuit. La chambre est très petite et offre des options limitées. La machine à café n'a fait que l'espresso ou le cappuccino. La location était pratique pour explorer la ville. Si vous avez le choix lors de la réservation, allez prendre une suite.

Pension goûtée au centre avec des équipements précieux. Les hôtes aimables qui ont donné de bonnes conseils. Tout est propre par la foudre. Les chambres sont toutes les plus rénovées et très confortables. Le petit déjeuner peut être réservé pour 10 - p.P. Je suis ravi de le réintégrer.

L'hôtel est dans un bon environnement, la chambre est grande et le jardin est très riche, et le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Il y a un parking gratuit. C'est très calme avec un petit pont qui traverse la ville. pouces vers le haut. Le service est général, le service tchèque global ne peut être comparé au service national. Maintenant, la sensibilisation au service de la Chine est la meilleure.
