Hôtels Starway à Harbin

The location is very convenient, it’s super close to the subway, bus stops, and the train station, which made getting around very easy. The service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even assisted us with cutting and heating up sausages we brought from outside, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay overall. The only downside was that the heater is centralised, and the room felt a bit too warm. The only way to adjust the temperature was by opening the window. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely choose it again if we come to Harbin in the future👍

We had an amazing stay. The room was incredible, always clean, and the location was perfect. Shout out to the cleaning lady and the chef who took great care of us! It would be nice if the reception staff could speak English to accommodate international travelers.

Location is superb. Hotel looks new and clean. Services are great from receiptionist gals. There were few sizes of room with same price paid. We were offered a smaller room initially but they allowed room switch to slightly bigger one when we complaint about it. Only problem is daily cleaning not so thorough. The floors are not vacuum during our stays. Bathroom drainage were clogged due to hair not being cleared. Overall it was a comfortable stay and value added.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by your courteous and welcoming staff, who made me feel instantly at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and elegance of the surroundings. Throughout my stay, the level of service provided by your team exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the prompt room service, the helpful concierge recommendations, or the warm smiles from your housekeeping staff, every interaction left a positive impression.
