« 因工作需要住了十幾天，真是寶藏民宿小兒精緻，價格親民合理跨年元旦週末都沒漲價還給升級了房間，老闆老闆娘服務非常周到細緻有求必應，房間設施也很好馬桶🚽是我住過所有酒店使用感覺最好的。房間温度也很合適不會燥熱的不行，老闆還在房間貼心的放置了平價飲料，門口設定了外賣專用桌子，即防止閑雜人員進出民宿還保障了外賣的存放衞生👍。因突發狀況需要提前退房老闆娘也非常人性化的退了後面幾天的房費，真的是非常棒的一次住宿體驗。可惜沒有拍照。 »

« 住的時候是在寒假，價格實惠，出門就是地鐵口，走20米不到就是公交車站，交通很方便，前台大姐人很好，衹要好好説話合理的要求都能滿足，吹風機要跟前台要，冬天暖氣温度挺高，得開窗散散熱。總而言之就是，店家人好，價格實惠，交通便利，美中不足就是冬天有些悶熱。 »

UUtilisateur anonymeWe had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free.
They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience!
The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

CCeritalahWe stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring.
Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch.
The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

En tant qu'étranger voyageant à distance, j'étais un peu inquiétant de naviguer dans une nouvelle ville au milieu d'un froid (-10°C!).
La chambre était immaculée, avec des lits confortables, de nouvelles chaussures et une salle de bain sans spot.
Le personnel est très chaleureux, gentil et disposé à aller à la mer, ce qui la rend un vrai bijoux dans cette ville froide.

DDil888The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Le guide du chauffeur est un bébé qui aide à faire un voyage d'aménagement. Tout d'abord, vous savez que la chambre n'a pas de télévision et que la nuit est insolente. Comprenez que Bahaha peut dormir à la fin de la nuit. La famille du patron est enthousiaste et honnête. Il y a vraiment un sentiment de rentre chez lui. La joie de son jardin fait que les enfants jouent inconfortablement. Il y a aussi un meilleur jeu de traverser les montagnes de la terre et de jouer à la chaussure. Le patron a également pris notre profonde exploration de la neige et notre sens de l'expérience 💯 Il y a un petit tour de tour. Nous venons à la route du peuple pour laisser la carte d'identité dans la zone de service à mi-route. Le patron aide à contacter la recherche. Lorsque nous jouons à nouveau, nous avons donné une grande surprise. Mouvement ❤️ La première phrase de notre enfant après avoir déménagé à Harbin est que nous retournons encore à la vallée de la neige. 😂😂😂 Il est fortement recommandé Le prix est très élevé pour les familles de voyages parents et enfants. Vous pouvez passer à la carte de jeu de la ville de Snow. Le temps est plein de suggestions pour organiser un séjour ici pendant plusieurs jours. Le lieu de choix le plus satisfaisant de cette Voyage à Harbin est de retour !!!!🥰

許許瑋麟Je viens de Taïwan et j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel le 19 novembre. Je n'avais pas d'exigences particulières concernant la chambre ; elle avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le personnel était très agréable et accueillant. J'avais oublié de mentionner ma sortie de ski prévue ce jour-là, mais ils nous ont quand même emmenés skier, et le prix était même inférieur à celui affiché sur l'application ! Super abordable ! Nous avons même commandé à manger à l'hôtel ce soir-là et avons dégusté des spécialités du Nord-Est. Le ragoût en cocotte était absolument délicieux !
En tant que Taïwanaise de passage, j'ai été profondément touchée par la chaleur des habitants du Nord-Est 👍

2. La neige et la montagne se distinguent par une seule et unique aire. La porte est naturellement formée par des tramways de ski, les pistes de ski ne sont pas gratuitement fournies, les enfants jouent très amusant.
Le chauffage est assez chaud. Notre habitation est froide, même si elle se sent un peu froide avant de dormir à minuit, mais elle est couverte jusqu'à la nuit.
