We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

I chanced upon Yilaikezhan by chance after knowing the snow town was closed. So I searched for an alternative and after booking, the boss got in contact with me and helped me arranged transport to pick me up from airport to his place. It was a scenic drive and the driver was great and very helpful. We were hungry and he stopped by for us to grab some food before heading to the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super friendly and hospitable host. The room is neat and tidy, comfortable bed with a heater that i realised by chance. Although we arrived late in Mar and most of the places, the snow has melted, but magically there are some really nice snow scenery for photo taking. There is a really lovely river just infront of the guesthouse, where the view is really enchanting. The food served by the lady host is super delicious but it came it really huge portion that we felt bad not able to finish. We have small stomach to begin with. The next day, the boss drove us into the mountain to see some really nice snow, at least knee height. Really beautiful and along the way, we saw cows. Stopped again for photo taking. It was an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. The stay, the food the hospitality is top notch! This has been the highlight of our trip and would come here for another stay when we make another trip back to harbin.

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Le guide du chauffeur est un bébé qui aide à faire un voyage d'aménagement. Tout d'abord, vous savez que la chambre n'a pas de télévision et que la nuit est insolente. Comprenez que Bahaha peut dormir à la fin de la nuit. La famille du patron est enthousiaste et honnête. Il y a vraiment un sentiment de rentre chez lui. La joie de son jardin fait que les enfants jouent inconfortablement. Il y a aussi un meilleur jeu de traverser les montagnes de la terre et de jouer à la chaussure. Le patron a également pris notre profonde exploration de la neige et notre sens de l'expérience 💯 Il y a un petit tour de tour. Nous venons à la route du peuple pour laisser la carte d'identité dans la zone de service à mi-route. Le patron aide à contacter la recherche. Lorsque nous jouons à nouveau, nous avons donné une grande surprise. Mouvement ❤️ La première phrase de notre enfant après avoir déménagé à Harbin est que nous retournons encore à la vallée de la neige. 😂😂😂 Il est fortement recommandé Le prix est très élevé pour les familles de voyages parents et enfants. Vous pouvez passer à la carte de jeu de la ville de Snow. Le temps est plein de suggestions pour organiser un séjour ici pendant plusieurs jours. Le lieu de choix le plus satisfaisant de cette Voyage à Harbin est de retour !!!!🥰

This homestay is very close to the snow valley ski & play park. Free small breakfast. No shower room. No private toilet. Host is kindness with good suggestion.

This homestay is almost at the end of the snow valley street. The room was spacious, comfy and very clean 🤩 They have heated floors and bed which is really superb. And the food here was also affordable and delicious 😋. The bathroom was also no issue cause the shower was beside the toilet and we had bidet sprayer which can connect with the sink outside the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Just that it would have been great if they had prepared a proper bath towel in the room, we needed to ask for a towel in the reception and it was a tiny one. Other than that I just loved the hospitality there and the way they manage the hotel. I would highly recommend it!!!!

Les Thaïlandais. Nous sommes 4 : le père, la mère et les enfants de 5 et 7 ans. Globalement très bien, très pratique. L'hôtel dispose d'un service de navette privé. Si tu veux aller quelque part, dis-le-moi. Le ski est assuré avec un bon équipement. Il y a beaucoup de matériel, neuf et beau. La piste sur laquelle nous vous avons emmené devrait être une piste pour débutants, mais elle est très haute. Si vous ne savez pas comment jouer, je vous conseille de faire appel à un professeur. Ce sera amusant et vous obtiendrez de belles photos. La nourriture à l'hôtel est délicieuse. Le goût est similaire au nôtre. Très délicieux. On en prend beaucoup. L'assiette est grande. Si vous êtes 2, n'en commandez pas beaucoup. 😅😅 De retour des pistes de ski. L'hôtel a recommandé 100 yuans pour l'activité. C'est pas mal. Il y a un toboggan et un traîneau tiré par des chevaux. Le reste est à payer en supplément sur place. En attendant le train pour Harbin à 17h25, je me suis assis et allongé en attendant à Lockby. Quand il était temps d'aller à l'hôtel, nous sommes allés à la gare. Les bains ne sont pas loin. Au cas où quelqu'un voudrait se tremper dans l'eau chaude

The hotel is far, only need to use a taxi. When I arrived, I was very shocked because it was like a home, not a hotel. There was an auntie who spoke English but didn't speak Chinese. We communicated for a long time and then understood. Auntie opened the upstairs room for me because the first room she opened downstairs had a musty smell. If you want to stay, I recommend coming early in the morning because I arrived in the evening and before I could communicate with Auntie, the sky was dark and it was difficult to go out to eat. Breakfast is Chinese style porridge at Auntie's house in front. Auntie is kind. If there is anything missing, you can ask, but it will be difficult to communicate. The whole house has only one room for rent, like in the picture, but the soap is gone. At night, dogs bark very loudly because there is a dog cage in the back of the house next to the room. Overall, I don't recommend it because traveling is difficult. I recommend taking the train back to sleep in the city.
