UUtilisateur anonymePros: 1. Very friendly and helpful host. She can speak English as well. Ready to assist anytime. We loved the attitude! 😍 2. Host helped to store our luggages at her house for 5 days during our road trip with charges but cheap. 3. Apartment is spacious with 2 super queen bed, clean and worth the price. There was aunty clean the apartment everyday. 4. There is washing machine (without dryer), so if you plan to wash the clothes, bring extra hanger and portable clothes line to dry the clothes. 5. Modern toilet bowl with bidet. Bath tub so big and nice but located outside of the bathroom at the dry and open area. So, a bit scared to use it in case we will wet the house. 6. There is aircond/heater in the house. The floor heated as well made the house it warm and so comfortable to walk around. We slept soundly, didn't even realize when it was snowing outside the building. Cons: 1. The building looks old and ran down. Inside the building was dirty and messy, not taken care of, not like inside the apartment. 2. People smoking inside the building and apartment next door. So the smells of the smokes travelled around, into our apartment. So annoying and suffocating. So we always kept the door closed and put something underneath the door to avoid the smell coming inside. Plus point: 1. There are few stalls opened in front of the building selling snacks - tanghulu, street foods and limited winter wear. 2. Baroque street 800m from the building, but too cold to walk there. So we just admired from afar 🥹 3. Zhongyang street only 1.5km from the apartment, we used Didi to avoid the cold weather. 3. Train station not far from the apartment but we never try as we used didi to move around. 4. There is halal restaurant not far from the apartment. Didn't get chance to try either, as we always back late and usually already ate. Fully recommended considering the kindness of the host and the apartment itself.

DDil888The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

IInvitéHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

IInvitéLes chefs sont très aimables et amenés à nous envoyer de la gare Yabulix. À l'arrivée au séjour, la dame patronne gratuitement mise à niveau dans une belle chambre plus grande pour nous! J'ai communiqué avec la dame patron via WeChat xyxms999 avant l'arrivée et elle nous a aidé à planifier le 5 jours et 4 nuits de route complète, y compris pour cheval, neige, ski et xuexiang! Ils nous conduisent littéralement à travers le chauffeur. Nous avons commandé la tuberculose et ils nous aident à récupérer nos affaires aussi. Ils servent le petit déjeuner quotidien. La chambre est très nouvelle et est exactement comme par les photos et le maintien de la maison est magnifique Les chefs possèdent un restaurant à côté de la porte et servent un super cool authentique dong bei nourriture que nous avons eu notre dîner là chaque nuit! Et ils sont si gentils de nous donner un rabais de nourriture... Bien que ce soit un séjour à la maison, nous pensons que le service qu'ils offrent était beaucoup mieux que l'hôtel. NNatDiscoversAsiaI recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be. The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every  check  in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening. Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable. For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

IInvitéIl s'agit d'une auberge de coin tranquille bénéficiant d'un excellent emplacement. Quand je suis entré, un chef de la police des chats noirs m'a accueilli et la dame bénévole m'a enregistré de manière ordonnée. OOlesia eye surgeonWe are family of 2 adults and two kids 10 and 15 years old stayed for two nights. Actually we have arrived at late night at 00:30 and just called to the reception by number which was provided by trip com. The front desk guy went downstairs and gave us the access to our room. The front desk is located at 4 floor 412 room block E . The room was convenient, very clean, the two double beds are big and comfortable. The window view to the west railway station. We went by walk about 16 minutes from the hotel to railway. The wanda plaza needs to take a taxi to get in and it’s about 10 minutes by car. The room is warm, the windows are good closed, has refrigerator but doesn’t have any dishwear. If you want to eat and cook some simple meal at the room then will need to bring your own tableware. Also we stored our luggage for free at the front desk for few hours. My family have enjoyed the stay. Appreciate for the good accommodation!
