Cependant, la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre et la climatisation était en panne, ce qui la rendait vite insupportable, surtout la nuit. Communication and service from staff is really great. I had problem for losing my mainlandhome return permit and she find out the location of immigration department for asking to assist to entry and exit from mainland. That is really helpful for me. « I was afraid with the previous review as it was a permitted smoking room. However, the room was very wide and very good than I expected! The location was a bit hard to find as it was behind the Hampton hotel building, it was super cold that night, we kept asking people around there and they told us with all different directions, plus hotel did not accept our call. Until we walk to other direction and turn around, at that moment we saw the hotel sign which was very big, but have to be seen from far away🥲. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality provided by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Booked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable. I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station. To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax. Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

At first, i only booked for one night. I requested a ski package that included ski lessons from the hotel operator. He also provided a pick up service for hotel guests from the train station. Upon arriving at the hotel, i was given early check in and went straight skiing. He also suggested that i visit snow town the following day. In the end, i extended my stay one more day. He personally drove me there and took very good care of me throughout the snow town trip, even though i was the only one joining the package. Excellent service was provided by the hotel operator. In the future, if i want to go skiing in yabuli again, i will definitely choose this hotel.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Cet hôtel est également connu sous le nom de James Joyce Coffeetel. Il est situé à côté de la rue pédicure qui est très confortable. Il est un petit hôtel boutique où il y a un ascenseur disponible. La chambre est assez petite avec peu d'espace pour votre bagage. Il y a un petit balcon dans la chambre que j'ai séjournée. La chambre et le lin étaient très propres, bien que la madrague était un peu dur et la cuillère trop douce. Bien que ce soit un petit hôtel, les équipements fournis sont équivalents à un hôtel 5 étoiles.
