Excellent stay at a truly unique historic hotel. Cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all outstanding. The hotel is very well maintained, with beautiful European-style interiors and a calm, elegant atmosphere. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient for sightseeing in Harbin, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. We received a gift a warm welcome upon our arriving and departure. Also they include you in WeChat group and if you have any questions or any requests they will provide and answer your question immediately. What makes this hotel special is its history, including the original 1903 elevator, which adds a memorable and authentic touch to the experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. ❤️

I stayed on the 8th floor (room 808) and found the hallway had the cigarette smell for the 3 days I stayed so probably there was a guest smoked in the room. Lucky that the smell did not come into my room. Despite this issue, this is a great hotel in which if I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again. All staff here including those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. What to be improved is perhaps adding the cloth hanging rack in the shower room as the one installed is too high.

Dès mon arrivée dans le hall, le personnel de la réception m'a accueilli chaleureusement et s'est montré très aimable, répondant patiemment à toutes mes demandes avec un grand professionnalisme ! De l'arrivée au départ, tout s'est déroulé sans accroc et l'expérience a été excellente. Cet hôtel sera sans aucun doute mon premier choix pour mes prochains voyages, et je lui souhaite une réussite continue ! Ici, il ne s'agit pas seulement d'un hébergement, mais d'une véritable immersion dans un havre de paix et de détente pour le corps et l'esprit. La chaleur et l'hospitalité de l'hôtel ont rendu ce séjour plein de surprises. La literie moelleuse m'a assuré une bonne nuit de sommeil et le petit-déjeuner copieux a contribué à un merveilleux début de journée ! Le souci du détail était omniprésent, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Cette expérience exceptionnelle m'a comblé de bonheur et j'ai hâte d'y retourner. Un grand merci à l'hôtel pour avoir créé de si beaux souvenirs de notre important voyage en famille ; les enfants ne voulaient plus partir.

C'était un hôtel charmant, idéalement situé près de Central Avenue. Mon conjoint avait demandé une chambre avec baignoire, et elle était tout simplement magnifique. Le lit était également très confortable. La décoration, de style européen harmonieux, était parfaite, ce qui a ravi mon conjoint. Le buffet de l'après-midi était excellent, avec de délicieux fruits et gâteaux. Le petit-déjeuner était également savoureux. Bien que nous n'ayons pas récupéré le cadeau de bienvenue à l'heure prévue, nous l'avons reçu au moment du départ. C'était un hôtel charmant où je reviendrais avec plaisir.

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional, 5-Star Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Qunli. Arriving in Harbin at 4:00 PM and catching a noon flight out, we found the hotel's location incredibly convenient—only about 35 minutes to the airport and a similar or shorter commute into the main town. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. The lobby was peaceful and check-in was a breeze. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, recommending great dinner spots and even proactively offering us an umbrella (for a small deposit) when the weather looked threatening. Our room and the corridor were remarkably spacious. The room layout was excellent, allowing us to fully open our massive luggage while still leaving plenty of comfortable living space. More importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the breakfast spread wasn't massive, everything was delicious and more than sufficient. What truly set it apart, however, was the outstanding service. I want to give a special compliment to waitresses 宫艳荣 and 宋丽梅, who kindly stepped in to help me juice carrots and heat up pastries when I was fumbling at the station. Chef 朱峰 was also fantastic, giving me custom options for my eggs while seamlessly juggling both the noodle and egg stations. I also had the pleasure of chatting with the restaurant manager, Michael Yu, who was incredibly friendly and shared fascinating insights about life in Harbin—the kind of local perspective you just can't find online, which truly enriched our holiday. I travel extensively and rarely experience this level of genuine hospitality, even in 5-star hotels. Kudos to the entire team! (Though I should note I went down for breakfast early, so it was pleasantly quiet). For leisure, we took a lovely 30-minute walk to the Qunli Waitan Ecology Wetland. It’s truly impressive how the government has preserved such beautiful greenery for residents and visitors to enjoy. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. It was a wonderful experience overall, and we will definitely be back!

J'ai séjourné dans différents hôtels Crowne Plaza en Chine. Ils étaient tous d'un niveau similaire. Celui-ci m'a déçu. La chambre était froide et il y avait un courant d'air à la fenêtre. Il faisait tellement froid que ma copine a décidé de dormir en peignoir. Le peignoir a été mis dans le panier à linge, mais il n'a pas été remplacé, il a simplement été plié. Nous sentions la fumée provenant des autres chambres de notre étage. Le petit-déjeuner était correct si l'on apprécie les céréales. Le café était instantané et les plats occidentaux, comme les haricots, les saucisses et le bacon, étaient froids. L'hôtel possède un bar, mais il est préférable de commander de la bière plutôt que du vin. Le vin n'avait pas bon goût. Nous avons été très déçus. Il était peut-être mal conservé. Le personnel était aimable, mais parlait très peu anglais. Nous semblions être les seuls Occidentaux dans cet hôtel. En résumé, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Xana. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, mais cela n'a posé aucun problème : ils ont été très serviables et aux petits soins pour nous, tout en utilisant une application de traduction pour communiquer entre eux. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain et les toilettes impeccables, et un thé gratuit avec de délicieux biscuits et des fruits nous était offert dans le hall l'après-midi. L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face du parc Zhaolin, à seulement 1 minute à pied de la rue commerçante Zhongyang et à 5 minutes du parc de la rivière Songhua. Si vous utilisez DIDI TRAVEL sur l'application Alipay, l'hôtel doit être référencé comme « Xi'an Deluxe Hotel ». En résumé, notre séjour à l'hôtel Xana a été une expérience formidable et nous le recommandons vivement à nos amis qui voyagent à Harbin.

🤩 Fantastic Stay in Harbin! Highly Recommended! 🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

L’hôtel était sympa. Mais assez cliché, pour mes yeux français. Un château en carton-pâte avec un pêlemêle de tableaux de styles sans rapports. Ça sent le faux. La chambre n’est pas luxueuse, elle manque de meubles, et de soin dans les détails. Mais ça n’enlève pas le fait que nous y avons passé un bon séjour, et que l’emplacement de l’hôtel, sur l’île, est absolument extraordinaire. La vue sur la rivière (gelée en Janvier) est magnifique. Le quartier résidentiel cossu est agréable à visiter à pied. Ice and Snow World est pas très loin. Point négatif, mais comme partout apparemment lors de notre séjour, les gens fument partout dans l’hôtel.
