JJn_foodieGreat themed hotel and with an amazing location right at Zhongyang street where you can see all the amazing ice sculptures without having to walk far in the -30 Degree weather. The staff was very polite and attentive, the best thing about it is of course the dress up session with the photographer. Highly recommended for a novelty stay.

AAED_khvWhen choosing a hotel, we paid attention to location and whether it was updated. This hotel was perfect in every way. The location is simply fabulous; we strolled along Arbat Street every day, both early in the day and in the evening. The hotel is clean, fresh, and beautiful! The beds in the room are very comfortable, including orthopedic pillows. The room amenities made for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Delicious coffee and tea were available in the lobby at any time! I'd especially like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness in resolving any issue! They responded very quickly to any request. We loved the breakfasts.

SsattryLe personnel était aimable et accueillant. Une jeune femme à lunettes nous a donné des indications sur les attractions touristiques et les restaurants de Harbin. Elle s'est montrée très proactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Elle a fait preuve d'une grande patience.
L'arrivée et le départ ont été rapides, le petit-déjeuner copieux et l'hôtel propre. C'est un bel hôtel du nord-est de la Chine.

DDiastirtaI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with great hospitality by all the staff.
On my first day at the restaurant, I mentioned that I am Muslim and avoid pork. What impressed me the most was that on the following days, the staff remembered my preference and proactively recommended which dishes were suitable for me. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.
The location of the hotel is also very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Lin and all the reception staff for taking such good care of me and my family. They were always helpful, responsive, and ensured that all our needs were met.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

SSoudsathit VandixayNous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Xana. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, mais cela n'a posé aucun problème : ils ont été très serviables et aux petits soins pour nous, tout en utilisant une application de traduction pour communiquer entre eux. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain et les toilettes impeccables, et un thé gratuit avec de délicieux biscuits et des fruits nous était offert dans le hall l'après-midi. L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face du parc Zhaolin, à seulement 1 minute à pied de la rue commerçante Zhongyang et à 5 minutes du parc de la rivière Songhua. Si vous utilisez DIDI TRAVEL sur l'application Alipay, l'hôtel doit être référencé comme « Xi'an Deluxe Hotel ».
En résumé, notre séjour à l'hôtel Xana a été une expérience formidable et nous le recommandons vivement à nos amis qui voyagent à Harbin.

IInvitéCinq jours de vacances longues ont été décidés à Harbin pour un séjour temporaire, car il y avait de bonnes expériences de vacances dans d'autres villes, et il a directement cherché quelques vacances dans Harbin. Je n'aime pas beaucoup les chaussures de la rue centrale, il a choisi des vacances de groupes tranquilles.
Installations: voir l'hôtel est décoré dans 21 magasins, l'ensemble des installations n'ont pas d'hôtels nouveaux ouverts, ils devraient en principe avoir de nouveaux. Trip.com a changé d'hébergement quatre heures plus tôt. L'hôtel sort de la metro de Dingzhen Park pourra être vu, à pied très proche.
Santé: la santé est acceptable, les aires de la cave des enfants sont polluées, les autres sont très bonnes.
Environnement: l'hôtel est très grand, la chambre est plus grande, il n'a pas vu le robot envoyer des repas, le vendeur envoie les repas sur le bureau du premier étage. La chambre est plus grande et séparée de la séparation sèche. Le paysage de la fenêtre est également très bon, le parking est très grand et gratuit. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de repas autour, le prix est plus cher.
Service: vous pouvez retarder la sortie, envoyer un petit-déjeuner aux enfants, les types de restaurant et les hôtels sont moins nombreux, mais il y a aussi tous les types. Il n'y a pas de moyens d'ajouter à temps au personnel de service. La dame et le personnel de service de la réception sont très bien. Il y a un petit endroit où les enfants de la région jouent. Il n'y a pas d'incidence sur les adultes. Il y a une fenêtre pour manger des noix de béton et des fils de riz, une petite quantité, peut être prise une fois.

TTL001Crowne Plaza is a great hotel located within a short walk to plenty of restaurants and Sunac Mall (it has the Guinness World Record for largest indoor skiing, with affordable skiing lessons for kids if you prefer to stay within Harbin area).
All staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and any issues are resolved within a few minutes. Roughly 20mins by car to the Harbin Ice & Snow world and 30mins to the city centre. Located in a quiet area so there wasn't any noise or traffic nearby at night time.
Room is spacious (fits our family of 4 with kids aged 6 & 8) and clean, housekeeping is very prompt. We had originally booked the themed room but change to the normal room to have a bathtub instead. Gym and pool facilities are decent and clean. (Note: Swimming cap is required, but you can buy it before swimming).
Pleasant experience overall.

🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech
The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money
!
The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process.
🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort
The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems.
📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day
The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious.
If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request.
⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient
Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy.
We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day.
If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

UUtilisateur anonymeI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

IInvitéL’hôtel était sympa. Mais assez cliché, pour mes yeux français. Un château en carton-pâte avec un pêlemêle de tableaux de styles sans rapports. Ça sent le faux. La chambre n’est pas luxueuse, elle manque de meubles, et de soin dans les détails. Mais ça n’enlève pas le fait que nous y avons passé un bon séjour, et que l’emplacement de l’hôtel, sur l’île, est absolument extraordinaire. La vue sur la rivière (gelée en Janvier) est magnifique. Le quartier résidentiel cossu est agréable à visiter à pied. Ice and Snow World est pas très loin.
Point négatif, mais comme partout apparemment lors de notre séjour, les gens fument partout dans l’hôtel.
