Hôtels Thermaux à Taichung

Aime les équipements de l'hôtel comme le souper complimentaire, la baignoire de pieds, etc. Apprécie la proximité du marché de nuit de Feng Chia. Il est à environ 8 minutes à pied. Tout en général, il semble très nouveau. La chambre est bien conçue. Le parking est derrière l'hôtel, pour entrer dans une petite rue. La réception a réussi à nous placer à côté, même s'il n'y a pas de salle de connexion.

Had a splendid stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided a thorough explanation of our room. The nearby area is beautiful, making it a perfect location for a getaway. Our room featured an in-room hot spring, which was a fantastic addition, especially in such cold weather. The food offered a wide variety of options; however, it could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place, but I advise booking your transportation or the shuttle service in advance for a smoother experience.

Il a été dit de mettre à niveau le type de chambre lors de l'hébergement et je me sens bien. Si vous êtes dans l'hébergement, vous pouvez garer dans le parking intérieur, mais le défaut est que la position est moins bonne. Vous ne pouvez pas rentrer à dîner la nuit. Le parking intérieur n'est pas connecté à la cabine de contrôle, il faut passer par un autre bâtiment pour rester et sortir. L'ensemble peut évidemment être ressentie comme un hôtel âgé, certains détails doivent être renforcés, comme le sol devant le lavabo, avec un dernier hébergeur utilisé, le linge de cuir n'est pas nettoyé. Le petit-déjeuner est un modèle de bar de secours. Choisissez riche, le style occidental doit être le plus grand à la Chine, et manger très bien.

設施景觀5星：但大眾溫泉櫃子設計難開關，吹風機等級太低❌ 人員4星 : email管理部門無法有效掌握客人需求，一個問題確認3次還❌，但現場服務人員很👌🏻 價格2星 : 比起日本其他hoshinowa,谷關這家不但不含餐費，每樣都分開算，造成旅客麻煩，且美味程度和精緻度無法和價格劃上等號，有點被騙消費餐費的感覺，住宿收費在日本都起碼包括一泊二食了❌

I misread the description in Chinese so this was partly my fault for booking a rather shabby room! The staff were very helpful and friendly though, so that was really lovely. The location was great, and I could easily get around. The only thing was really the amenities inside the room for this room type was flabbergasting! In short, every item inside was just old and of bare quality. You can have old furniture but have the furniture well-maintained. To name a few, the slippers provided were torn, the inside of the fridge was rusty, and there was no shower curtain inside the bathroom! The price was within my budget during peak season and I didn’t want to spend more, plus all other rooms were full, so I didn’t have much to complain about my stay. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough. But objectively speaking for the price I was charged, it was definitely pricey given the quality of the room. All I can say is, the photos provided by the hotel were definitely adjusted heavily for lighting and colour. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay as the room fit my purpose for the stay. It was rather cozy. :)

這房間果然是放鬆身心的好地方！搖椅的舒適度讓人一坐下就捨不得起來，像是被溫柔地擁抱住。泡澡的時候，暖暖的水溫讓全身的疲憊都瞬間消散，搭配房內的氛圍燈光，整個人彷彿進入了專屬的私人溫泉會館。而且，床的柔軟度恰到好處，讓人一躺下就進入深層的睡眠，早上醒來精神飽滿，彷彿重新充滿了能量。 說到房內的活樹，一開始真的覺得有點浮誇，還以為是裝飾用的噱頭，但住久了才發現它其實為房間增添了不少自然感。特別是在清晨，陽光透過窗戶灑進來，照在樹葉上，讓人感覺像是住在森林裡一樣。邊泡澡邊看著這片綠意，再放些輕音樂，整個人都沉浸在一種愜意的幸福感中，彷彿時間都慢了下來。這樣的生活，真的讓人感到無比滿足！ 附圖是早餐

Excellent service. They offer free rides between hotel and the nearest bus terminal. We got a slightly early check in and a free upgrade to the latest renovated family room. Food was clearly stated as vegan/vegetarian or not, very vegan-friendly. Spas in the bathroom were very clean. Toilet flushed down well(which was a problem I was concerned whenever I stayed in Taiwan). Beds for two were king-sized beds. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The down side about the spa area is that there is not much to do there. Although it was a 1.5 hour bus trip from Feng Yuan, I think it worthed a night there if you are looking for doing nothing.

Ce jour-là, j'ai pris un bus public jusqu'au terminal de Guguan. Je ne connaissais pas la route, alors je suis allé au centre touristique pour vérifier l'emplacement de l'hôtel. De façon inattendue, le personnel du centre touristique m'a aidé à informer l'hôtel. Plus inattendu, l'hôtel a envoyé une voiture pour récupérer nos bagages. Après avoir tranquillement visité les environs, nous sommes retournés à l'hôtel pour nous enregistrer😁J'ai immédiatement ressenti l'hospitalité des Taïwanais.
