Hôtels à Taichung avec parking

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

L'hôtel que j'ai choisi à Taichung était décevant. J'avais opté pour le New Inn Taipei en raison d'une bonne impression lors d'un précédent séjour. Cependant, l'hôtel de Taichung était nettement inférieur à celui de Taipei. Le personnel était très serviable et aimable, notamment lorsque j'ai changé de chambre à cause d'une odeur de renfermé. Leur attitude a été très appréciable. Toutefois, une ventilation adéquate pour éliminer cette odeur est indispensable. Le quartier est pratique, mais le stationnement est peu pratique ; il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre l'hôtel. Si vous venez en voiture, je vous conseille de décharger vos bagages à l'hôtel avant de vous garer. De plus, l'hôtel est situé à un carrefour, ce qui complique le stationnement ; il n'y a qu'une seule place de stationnement temporaire.

I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Hotel Taichung! This is truly a 5-star experience from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. As soon as my taxi pulled up, the bellboy came over right away and helped with my luggage—even sending it directly to my room without me needing to handle anything. Such thoughtful service! The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. I especially loved the little touches, like the Nespresso coffee machine for a nice cup of coffee anytime. The biggest surprise was the complimentary mini bar—there were four bottles of soft drinks provided for free, which was such a nice bonus! The bathroom was also impressively large, clean, and well-designed, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend Millennium Hotel Taichung if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again! 😊

Globalement, j'ai été déçue. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel n'a pas trouvé les informations de ma réservation et m'a même demandé mon nom de famille en anglais, le nombre de personnes et leur sexe. Le coin salon du hall, y compris l'installation artistique, était poussiéreux et l'espace extérieur jonché de feuilles mortes. Je m'en suis aperçue car j'ai attendu très longtemps mes bagages dans le hall. Pendant que je préparais des activités manuelles pour mes enfants et ma famille, ils avaient déjà emporté mes bagages dans ma chambre. Lorsque j'ai réalisé que j'avais besoin de mon sac, le personnel m'a dit qu'il allait le chercher dans ma chambre (nous ne pouvions pas encore y accéder). Or, j'avais un sac cabine contenant les produits de toilette de mon enfant, et celui-ci avait besoin d'aller aux toilettes. Nous avons donc attendu le sac dans le hall pendant près de 20 minutes. Quant aux autres prestations, le thé de bienvenue était très sommaire et la vitre de ma chambre présentait de grandes traces d'humidité (j'ai d'abord cru à de la buée). Une partie de la vue en contrebas des chambres était envahie par les mauvaises herbes et une mousse visiblement négligée. On aurait dit que le jardin était le point fort de l'hôtel ; je ne comprends pas l'utilité de cet endroit. Le contraste est saisissant. Étant donné que tous les repas sont facturés séparément, le prix est vraiment excessif. La nourriture est pourtant plutôt bonne. Le service de blanchisserie est un plus. Le personnel était très aimable. Si le prix des chambres baisse, j'envisagerai d'y retourner. Mais si le prix et les prestations restent inchangés, je n'y retournerai pas.

Very beautiful hotel. Staff were courteous. There is a KFC next to the hotel and a family mart nearby. Outside the hotel ,you can bus no.5 to taichung station. Overall I am very satified with my stay there.

La chambre est juste au niveau 2 près du lobby. La toilette était froide avec 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes séparées. Le personnel était amiable et utile. Il y a 5 bunks en total suffisants pour un total de 12 personnes. Nous aimerons en particulier la sélection gratuite des boissons disponibles dans la zone de lobby. Il n'y a que des lavabos gratuits avec sèche-linge pour TWD 10 pour 20 minutes (qui est beaucoup moins cher que Taipei). Un très bon soulagement pour rester :)

Hotel is great overall, but beds are really hard surface type. The hotel feels like was last renovated / built some 20 or so years ago, which makes everything looks dated. However, in terms of cleanliness, service and location it is an excellent hotel (if you are ok sleeping on a hard bed). Staff is very helpful. We didn’t try spa or dining so cannot comment here. Location is good: it is not too far from central district yet if you’re driving (we did) you don’t have to drive through the most congested areas. There are a few excellent coffee places nearby. Many places around to eat.

Stayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away. The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream. Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery. Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

Families avec enfants et personnes âgées 2 lits doubles quadruples. La chambre est propre, lit is.comfortable. les enfants sont heureux avec le jacuzzi. La location n'est pas confortable mais.they.fournir des services de navette au marché de la nuit Feng Jia et à partir de. En général, c'est un bon séjour.

Ce que j'ai apprécié : 1. Même dans un hôtel moderne en ville, la cour intérieure et la verdure omniprésente donnaient une impression d'espace. 2. La chambre économique était spacieuse ; on pouvait y ouvrir les valises et le prix était très raisonnable. 3. L'enregistrement était à 16 h 00, je suis arrivé à 16 h 30 et, comme le lit n'avait pas encore été fait, on m'a accordé une heure supplémentaire pour le départ. Le service aimable, rapide et attentionné m'a mis à l'aise. 4. Vin rouge et blanc, service de bar : servi de 17 h 00 à 22 h 00, une longue durée, ce qui était appréciable. 5. Le salon commun au premier étage est ouvert toute la journée ; il suffit de ne pas déranger les autres clients tard le soir. 6. La salle de bain dispose de nombreuses étagères, très pratiques pour ranger ses affaires. Ce qui me préoccupe : Il y a beaucoup d'établissements aux couleurs sombres à proximité ; Il est plus sûr de rentrer à l'hôtel en groupe la nuit. Petits inconvénients : 1. L'insonorisation était un peu faible. 2. La salle de bain ne disposait pas de douche et de toilettes séparées. 3. Le sol était recouvert de moquette.
