Superbe semaine passée en famille ! Hôtel propre et le personnel très sympathique. L'équipe ''mini club'' est super agréable avec les enfants. Merci Emma ! 😊 . Plusieurs animations tout les soirs ! Merci a mondial tourisme pour leur équipe cela fait plaisir d'avoir des personnes qui parle français et des animations, excursions en français également. Large choix de buffet a volonté. Chambre très propre ! Piscine intérieure et extérieure impeccable avec une piscine extérieure seulement pour les adultes si besoin. Beaucoup de place pour les transats et juste a côté de la mer même pas 5 mettre les pieds dans l'eau ! Personnel du Spa très agréable et professionnel ! Le Grand Bazar est a 12min a pied ! Je recommande pour vos prochaines vacances en Turquie

Je vais écrire cette évaluation, seulement parce que par trip.com, mauvaises évaluations. Je voudrais remercier l'entreprise pour une grande fête, notre chic, offert champagne, au lieu de la salle d'économie a donné un luxe avec vue sur la mer et la piscine, je ne sais pas pourquoi mauvaises évaluations, mais, je dirai le contraire, Dans ma expérience, le voyage a passé excellent 🙏 Je vais certainement réserver des hôtels et à plusieurs reprises par ce site. The worst hotel and service I've ever been to, you pay extra for everything, wi-fi, safe, even ice cream, even though it's a 5-star hotel, I've stayed in better 3-star hotels. There was a problem with the room from the beginning, the entire bathroom was flooded, 2nd room and the water drain in the shower was incredibly stinking. We take 3room, during the rain all the water from the terrace flowed into the bedroom, such drama. Only the reception speaks English. The food is disgusting and always cold. Holel quide and the tour seller lies about the program. Never take an evening City tour with return by jeeps. Very rude driver and translator, Quote: ”If you're late, it's your problem, if you get lost, I don't care.” Cars are overloaded, you're crammed in all the way. Beach, very small and full of stones, next to highway, so all the time you hearing thousands of cars just above your head. STAY AWAY.

So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

Super rooftop pool and deck area. Great superking double bed. Clean beach and pool towels available for free everyday. Buffet breakfast with Turkish theme, no full English here but perfectly fine for our taste. Staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms cleaned everyday with bed linen change every other day. Aircon fast and efficient. Konakli is about 10kms from Alanya. We hired a car, hotel transport, taxis, excursion buses available but we prefer independence of our own transport. Very happy to recommend hotel.
