The location is great. It’s near KLCC and KL Tower. There’s Bukit Nanas monorail station just 300m away. Downstairs has mini market and a cafe which serves very good croffles. The building security and facilities are good, too. We love the glass swimming pool and pool table. The host is very attentive and helpful. They arranged a unit with washing machine + dryer when I asked. And I know they tried their best to assist my requests during my stay (in-house slippers and light bulbs change). However, due to the high floor, the unit is very humid, especially on rainy days. The floor is usually wet, sticky and the bathroom has odor.

Pros: - Very convenient location to stay at, 2 min walk to Monorail - Very spacious rooms - Convenience stores at lobby - Variety of food options nearby - View of KL Tower and Merdeka 118 Cons: - Check in and check out took forever - There is no reception or anything - The security guards at the lobby are also very rude and unhelpful - Lack of any room cleaning being done over the stay
