Il est un hôtel magnifique, à côté d'un centre commercial pour toutes vos besoins. Il dispose d'une variété de petit déjeuner, adapté aux voyageurs d'affaires. Juste une note, il n'est pas situé au centre-ville.

A service that you wouldn’t be able to imagine. This apartment would be the last resort you would want to choose in Kuching. If it wasn’t because of imperial hotel that was fully book during my time of stay i wouldn’t be choosing this apartment ever and also because due to my lack of research of other hotels as well I was actually looking for a hotel with swimming pool for kids to enjoy and spend their time with. Other hotel was way too expensive for only 2 nights stay.. However, this complaint is truly just on their service provided. Not on the facilities.. It is fully because they have the worst real estate agent to manage these service apartments. LUCO VISION SDN BHD (agent name: Lily).. First asking for RM200 deposit which I totally understand but later ask for RM30.80 “Service Charged” even after I fully paid my fee through Agoda. When I ask for explanation on what kind of service charged is charge, but they couldn’t explain further none other than just mentioning “this is management T&C”. Thereafter I call Agoda for further explanation on this service charged and it come to my surprised that even Agoda were not aware of such servicing fee being charged on client. How funny is that? Later then the agent say i must pay no matter what if i wish to continue my stay, i mean i have already fully paid to Agoda on my stay of RM494.60. And so called service fee that is chargeable, they can’t even explain it. By the way if you are curious why m i so furious on this service charged is because they can’t even give a brief explanation to what service charge m i paying, everything here is self check in and they have laundry machine in the apartment but it was lock because i have to pay extra to use it and worst still there’s no drinking water provided. Least of it, when i complaint to them through WhatsApp and demanded to have a number to call, agent refused to give a number. Stating that i can only contact them through WhatsApp. What kind of service is that?? I can’t even ask for a number or have a person to talk about on this issue?? So yeah, not to even mention when i ask for early check in of 30 minutes and they say it is also chargeable at an amount of RM150.00.. in addition to that there’s literally no front desk at the lobby and we can’t even go anywhere else because our luggage would eventually be unattended.. everything here is charges charges charges.. I really don’t like wasting my time giving complaint through online platform but this kind of service from these real estate agent or so called properties agent really giving me difficult sleeping time and future guest should deserve to know this kind of service from these people. I am not the only person giving complaint on Imperial Apartment already. I have live apartment at Penang and other places, their services was way more better than i could better explain in words.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité pour 3d2n, imho rm35 par nuit total pour rm110 est bon pour l'argent. Les chambres sont petites et les appareils sonores sont très mauvaises, littéralement si vous prévoyez de faire sexe ici, juste fugit. Parce que la chambre à proximité a des enfants autour et l'autre voisin est en train de gosser et nous pouvons l'entendre, mais tout le reste est pardonné compte tenu du prix est CHEAP et ohyeah bon aliment est partout,ne vous inquiétez pas qu'ils ont 101 restaurants et Siang2 coin

5 minutes à l'aéroport. Un nouvel hôtel avec beaucoup de parking à proximité. Restez là pendant 5 jours , mais pas de service de garde-fous à moins de descendre à la réception pour les appeler à faire le service de nettoyage. La carte de chambre ne peut pas être utilisée pendant 5 jours, finir jusqu'à descendre à la réception pour réinitialiser la carte chaque fois que vous retournez à la chambre et le récepteur ne peut pas me donner une raison. La propreté peut être améliorée.

Mon deuxième séjour ici. Hôtel propre et nouveau. Bright, pas comme certains hôtels ont très dim & pas beaucoup de lumières. Le prix est également abordable. Le parking a besoin de coupon, il faut continuer à changer. Je n'ai pas réservé de chambre à fenêtre mieux que celle qui a un vent parce qu'elle est bruyante et peut voguer de fumer à partir des magasins de café en bas.
