My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.

I only stayed for one night with my husband and we both agreed that this was the best part of our 2.5 week trip in Japan, which was a pretty amazing trip regardless. But Zaborin just blew us away. They are the epitome of luxury hospitality. There is such a meticulous level of care they put into making their guests feel special, welcome and cared for. The staff members are truly exceptional. They are gracious and thoughtful and each one of them treats you with warmth. There is a quick tour of the accommodation as you check in. During our dinner, the general manager personally welcomed us and inquired about our stay, and when we left, a staff member personally escorted us to our car and waved us off. It The food is a showcase of Japanese cuisine at its best and one of the best dining experiences of my life. Just the meals itself (there's dinner and breakfast) is worth the price of the stay. The overall space, room, amenities, toiletries, bed - we booked a western style bed and it was the best sleep we had during our trip, the view(!) with both private indoor and outdoor baths! Everything was high quality so you can truly enjoy a relaxing stay with the luxury of privacy. Even the complimentary tea and coffee was of good quality. There is free parking for anyone driving. They also have a bar that I recommend getting a drink or two before or after dinner. My only regret is not staying longer to enjoy the additional experiences available. While not cheap, Zaborin must be experienced if given the opportunity. My husband and I found our stay to be more than worth the rate given the hospitality, services, the cuisine, and the amenities provided. Many thanks to the Zaborin staff. We look forward to returning.

Sansui was not yet opened when we make the decision to stay there for our honeymoon. No review was available before we made the booking for 3 nights at the Sansui’s Studio. We don’t know what exactly to expect. Thankfully, we are delightfully surprised. The hotel really delivered a wonderful experience for our first-time visiting Niseko. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionists. They were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. It is not large but it fits 2 unfolded 30-inch luggages. We have wonderful Mt. Yotei view. We registered private snowboarding lessons via hotel and rent gear in in-house rental shop. I would suggest visitors head down to the rental shop on B/F to complete the fitting process for your gears before the day of lesson. The staff will store your gears in corresponding locker. You will be able to put your gears the next day in no time. The “Ski in ski out” entrance is right next to the rental shop which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the shower and private Onsen after class. Our car was parked in front of the hotel during our stay since the basement park is already full. We had to move our car two times during our stay upon hotel staff’s request due to the limited parking spot. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff was very apologetic and understanding which I appreciated. I would suggest guests try to reserve a basement parking spot because there is only very few available. We didn’t use the bus service heading to supermarket/ restaurants this time, but we will try next time. We opt to cook for lunch and dinner since the produces and meats are such great value in Hokkaido and Sansui’s kitchen is very well equipped. Pros: Good location near beginner slope, private snowboarding lesson, private Onsen with Mt. Yotei, door camera, USB C power outlet, Germany made ROSENTHAL cups, ZOJIRUSHI kettle, well equipped kitchen with 1 pan 1 pot, dish soap, large HITACHI washer dryer with laundry detergent, Imabari towels, towel heater, ICOR skincare set, rental gears in good condition Cons: Small car park, body wash not suitable for dry/sensitive skin (probably whole Hokkaido), no body lotion I am not sure guests are able to see Mt. Yotei in every single rooms. There are no Mt. Yotei view for selection in official online reservation. I do hope Sansui could maintain the quality when we visit next time.

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

J'ai vécu en vacances continues en octobre. Lorsque vous entrez dans la salle, vous verrez une belle montagne de chaussures devant la salle de repos, ceci est un travail de maîtrise. C'est un petit hôtel avec 18 chambres. Il y a deux types de chambres, entre les montagnes et l'eau, cette fois, nous vivons entre l'eau. Il y a un bain, une salle de séjour et un bain de maïs à semi-ouverture. L'impression est que beaucoup de tiges sont larges 々. Mais, comme la chambre est située à la plus loin de l'immeuble principal, vous pouvez voir le paysage de la montagne de tige de la chambre parce qu'elle est située au niveau inférieur. Le bassin de la piscine à l'abri est aussi de 2～ 3 personnes, et est un luxe → qui provient directement de la source. Je suis impressionné par ce repas cette fois. Ces deux jours, j'ai mangé dans le panier de fer et dans le restaurant japonais (dans le panier japonais), mais je suis surpris d'avoir un panier de ２ dans un hôtel de cette taille. La fourrure de fer est aussi délicieuse, mais le niveau de soins japonais est très élevé et je peux profiter de repas difficiles à voir même dans la ville. En termes de force, je suis impressionnée par une faible quantité de petit déjeuner (peut-être parce qu'il y a beaucoup de clients âgés?). J'ai vécu dans le parc de Zatomolin Hyatt Niseko Ritz-Carlton Reserve Niseko et dans la région, mais c'est mon hôtel préféré dans cette région.

Yvonne et mes collègues étaient tous très heureux et toujours prêts à offrir leur aide. Très propre et très grand bouillon tout au sol et vérifier dans le lobby. L'équitation gratuite jusqu'à Gondola nous a économisé de l'énergie en montant tout le chemin. Le confort de la suite de chambre avec vue sur la ville est très apprécié. Comme première arrêt de notre voyage de lune de miel, ma femme et moi étions heureux et nous avons déjà manqué l'expérience de repos !
