hôtel à proximité du centre-ville de Marina ******. Le personnel est utile et les chambres sont confortables. Les clients sont soit des affaires, soit des touristes. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L'accès à l'hôtel par voiture et parking est le seul problème (parking gratuit limité à 100 m de distance.

Confirmation with Best Western plus Larco, Pontou Street was made months before my arrival requested to put me in room opposite my friend's apartment. When I arrived the receptionist literally told me they are over booked i must go stay in a hotel 5min away for one night and I they will offer me lunch or dinner, like half board. I wanted to experience Larnaca eat in different restaurants everday Luckily I was with a friend who is a local, she immediately said No because the hotel for transfer was terrible, tried another and she said No terrible as well. Eventually I was booked in another hotel for one night called Leonardo Boutique Hotel, George checked me in, he was fantastic. I will stay here next time because location is great and hotel is very clean. My evening with friends was ruined, even the person driving to the new hotel wasn't happy. What upset me the most about Best Western plus Larco was being ordered to go stay in a different hotel without apology. The first thing to say is to apologies and explain the situation. Even the next day when I came back to check in, the lady at reception was so defensive agressive speach, she just said they are just receptionist they don't make decisions then I told her she never apologised and then she replied oh im sorry. That already spoilt my stay. I thought your employer gave you the job and you must take responsibility, sometimes by just apologising, you are the first point of contact and depending on how you speak can make a difference to someone's stay. It was my first time to stay with Best Western and I dont wish to stay with them again.

Après avoir visité un autre hôtel de ce groupe, j'étais très curieuse de venir à The Ciao Stelio, mais je me suis déçu de voir quelques révisions. Depuis le premier courriel, j'ai reçu une assistance rapide et généreuse sur tout ce que j'ai eu intérêt à faire (notamment grâce à Alexandros, Dimitris et Stella pour cela), mes demandes supplémentaires ont également été gentiment notées (et satisfaites à la fin). Merci beaucoup, vous êtes étonnants! Merci à Anna, la procédure d'entrée a été facile et rapide, et bien sûr, je l'ai aussi annoncé avec des tas de questions parce que je me suis tellement intriguée à propos de tout autour de moi. Après avoir venu à ma chambre spacieuse et belle, j'ai oublié le fait que j'avais commandé de faire du vin dans la chambre et que j'avais oublié le paiement, était prêt à revenir à la réception mais mes pensées étaient interrompues par le coup et quand j'ai ouvert la porte. J'ai vu un homme souriant qui m'accueillait et qui m'a dit qu'il était honoré de livrer mon vin complémentaire 😊 Nicos, vous êtes le meilleur! Un homme agréable remplir le verre de champagne dans ma chambre – un meilleur bienvenu est difficile à imaginer)))) Votre service au Gambino Bar plus tard pour le dîner était si rapide et professionnel – merci pour faire mon soir, vraiment. Le bar Gambino adoré pour les aliments jummi-jummi – est de qualité (s'il vous plaît faire des portions un peu plus grands), il y aura certainement une nouvelle fois pour un verre/un snack. Le seul moment décevant que j'avais eu est le changement de travail précoce et la nécessité de revenir à Pafos je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'apprécier le goût du petit déjeuner mais cette question peut facilement être sortie par la prochaine visite. La chambre peut être un peu petite, les quatre étoiles d'Europe ne désirent pas trop haut, une maison a été transformée dans un quartier ancien. L'environnement environnant n'est pas bon, c'est égal à la grande population de produits de qualité au niveau national. Ne pas être confondu par l'entrée initiale d'indigo au niveau national. Le petit-déjeuner est également un petit-déjeuner au restaurant européen, le repas est inondé, les installations de service sont très simples, mais la réception est très confortable et bon

We loved the Lounge access (as we stayed in an EXECUTIVE room) that treated us to snacks and beverages throughout the day. LOCATION: located in the heart of the city center and walkable from all key attractions & points of interest DINE + DRINK: The hotel’s signature restaurant serves fine Mediterranean cuisine and functions as the breakfast place too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 504, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape from the nice balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a decent workout.
