QUELQUES ASPECTS A AMÉLIORER… MAIS EXCELLENT RAPPORT SITUATION/PRIX !!! Il se trouve que l'année dernière pour des raisons de santé nous n'avions pas pu penser aux vacances à temps, et en plus j'avais voulu essayer d'organiser quelques jours en Ligurie (notre Région) en dépensant le moins possible, en utilisant deux boîtiers Smartbox acheté des mois auparavant... Incroyablement, malgré une réservation tardive (fin juin, pour fin juillet !), j'ai pu trouver une chambre pour deux nuits dans cette structure à Sarzana, qui figurait parmi les possibilités offertes par un des coffrets relatifs aux plus beaux villages d'Italie (que je recommande). Vous lirez toutes les couleurs dans les autres avis sur cette petite résidence, mais je la recommande personnellement, car avec mon mari je l'ai trouvé tout à fait correct (même si nous y sommes restés peu de temps) et nous pensons que ses points forts sont l'emplacement ( avec un parking gratuit disponible sur la place publique, ce qui est rare en Ligurie en ville…), très pratique pour aller dîner à pied dans le centre, ainsi que le prix (particulièrement pratique avec la Smartbox prise avec un code de réduction, mais également avec réservation directe ou sur réservation ça vaut vraiment le coup). En ce qui me concerne, j'ai trouvé le propriétaire disponible par mail lors de l'organisation du voyage, car il avait répondu tôt pour informer le voyagiste du Borghi de la disponibilité de la chambre pour les jours que nous recherchions, alors qu'au départ il m'avait fait dire qu'il n'y avait pas de place ; donc il l'a corrigé ! Bien sûr, dès notre arrivée, cependant, il y avait un petit air d'abandon… Le propriétaire n'avait fait qu'un seul délit de fuite le deuxième jour… Les serveuses désolées s'activaient, appelant à plusieurs reprises M. Filippo (un jeune homme qui a hérité de la structure des autres et ne semble pas s'en occuper beaucoup…) en lui demandant d'envoyer quelqu'un pour faire des réparations urgentes, et voilà enfin quelque chose avait bougé ! Dans notre chambre double au sous-sol (je suis d'accord avec d'autres clients qui en ont parlé sur TA, avec un peu d'odeur de moisi et un peu de bruit des sanitaires à l'étage, mais rien de grave), très grande (une chambre triple en deux !) silencieuse (fenêtres excellentes !), avec un lit très confortable et où nous avons bien dormi, la clim split (pas indispensable quand même, chambre orientée ouest et pas très chaude même en été) le lendemain fonctionnait bien réglé à 24h degrés (nous avions dû le régler à 19 à notre arrivée), et l'une des ampoules grillées au-dessus de l'armoire avait été remplacée. Quant au porte-rouleau qui pendait et à la porte de douche manquante (car elle était cassée depuis un certain temps...) c'était le moins, les femmes de chambre nous avaient donné un tapis supplémentaire mais nous avions pris soin de pointer le jet d'eau vers le mur. Des prises électriques largement suffisantes, mais si je veux être pointilleux je conseille des ampoules plus lumineuses (il y a plus de lumière dans le couloir à l'entrée de la chambre et dans la salle de bain que du lit
