Me and my boyfriend went to Midori to celebrate his birthday. The overall experience was good. The room was really spacious and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their food was great (even our pastry takeouts from their bakery). We got the chance to tryout their spa as well and it was very relaxing. Their ******, though small, is well-equipped. One thing we think needs improvement is their parking. Their parking is limited and It would be quite a walk to the hotel proper. Would definitely come back though, if the time permits :)

Il n'y a même pas 24 heures et mon séjour a été un peu décevant. Je suis ici pour notre rencontre de midier et j'ai été placé dans une chambre avec quelque chose qui s'échappe du toit (ce qui est triste, peut-être vient de la salle de bains au sol) ils nous ont transférés mais encore; avoir à répacker toutes nos choses ? ! Le petit déjeuner n'était pas grand, son php 1300 charge, mais une annonce sur le haut de la table dit qu'il était 999, à la demande; ils ont retiré tous les documents promotionnels disposant que le prix était erroné. Parlez de fausse publicité. J'espère que les choses vont mieux.

J'ai fêté l'anniversaire de mon mari avec mes beaux-parents et mes 2 enfants. Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour. La nourriture et le service sont excellents. Mes enfants ont apprécié la grande piscine et l'aire de jeux extérieure. Merci de nous avoir permis un départ tardif également.

It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Le personnel était très chaud et répond rapidement. C'est vrai le moment où nous avons atterri sur la voie. Contrôlez-vous rapidement; la chambre était propre et la nourriture était bonne. Nous aimons bien sûr le bar cos il a une piscine et les cocktails sont superbes! La location est également l'un de ses aces et nous allons certainement envisager notre prochaine visite.

We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Premièrement : Veuillez noter que notre séjour était Durant la pandémie de Covid, donc l'hôtel n'était pas à pleine capacité, certaines installations telles que la piscine et la salle de sport ont été fermées et ils n'ont offert qu'un menu de repas limité, de sorte que cela dit que c'est mon avis Réservation était assez facile, Le site de la salle de bains est très bien situé, mais il est très facile de trouver un accès à la salle de bains. La chambre était propre, la connexion d'air était cool dans la chambre et l'espace de séjour et la salle de bains . La vitesse de l'internet était bonne, mais nous avons eu des problèmes avec connexion de temps en temps. Ils fournissaient des toilettes et de l'eau bouteille. Il y a aussi une caisse dans le réservoir. La télévision offre une bonne quantité de canaux Petit déjeuner a été livré à la chambre. Il n'y avait pas de choix mais était décent. Ils ont eu un spa qui a ouvert à partir de 4hm chaque jour et un restaurant bbq qui était vraiment bon . Le parking est abondant et il est à l'intérieur. Il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants dans la région. La sécurité est grande, vous êtes sûr Grand séjour et je le recommande

Les installations dans la chambre étaient trop mauvaises, j'ai trouvé le prix un peu élevé, la douche n'était pas facile à utiliser, le type de douche directe, le verre est encore transparent, visible à l'extérieur de la salle de bain, la literie est ancienne, on se croirait un peu dans cet hôtel Mismatch ! Dans l'ensemble c'est moyen !

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Il y avait beaucoup de choses que les enfants peuvent faire à l'abri de nager.
