Местоположение удобное, до центра добираться 15 мин на машине. В номере чисто, есть мини бар (платный), телевизор, кондиционер. В номере не шумно, полотенца выдают. Есть вай фай. Отличный отель

La limpieza regular, habían pelos detrás de la puerta del baño, suciedad en el lavabo y el escritorio tenía trozos de plástico. Cuando reserve ponía que la botella de agua era gratis, pero no. La habitación es pequeña, pero suficiente para una sola persona. El desayuno esperaba algo más del bufete. Pero se estaba tranquilo porque había poca gente. La ubicación algo alejada del centro pero cerca de muy buenos comercios y parada de bus y metro, así que sin problemas para llegar a los sitios.

Muy limpio y cómodo

Muy buen hotel para ser un 2 estrellas. Algo alejado del centro pero bien comunicado por Metro y relativamente cerca del Bernabeu. Muy buen desayuno de bastante calidad con variedad normal, ni escaso ni tampoco en una cantidad exagerada de productos. Habitaciones sencillas y algo mejorables pero en general cómodas. Si se pilla un buen precio es bastante recomendable.

Zona muy tranquila. Hotel funcional para alojamiento.

Older hotel in a quiet corner of the Tetuan neighborhood. About a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was slightly dated, but comfortable. The toilet would run for 20 minutes after being flushed, that was slightly annoying. The AC worked but was noisy. There is a lovely Carrefour market 3 blocks away on the Calle Orense that is open early and late.

This place was "adequate". I was given an attic room with a very small window. Nothing like the bright and airy rooms advertised on their website. The wardrobe seemed to have been built for a child so anything longer than a shirt/top trailed on the floor. Only 5 coat hangers. The glass I had used was not cleaned/replaced. Breakfast was okay, inexpensive and set me up for the day.

The hotel was well located and I only spent 1 night there as I was in transit. Sadly I forgot my electric toothbrush and its casing, and when I realised and followed up the following day I was told there was nothing left in the room. I was quite saddened and disappointed as it's relatively new and a birthday gift :(

Excellent little hotel in a great area. Plenty to see and do nearby, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and transport links. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not fancy, but very good value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault anything really, apart from a few tatty bits here and there in the room; however, it was very clean.

I spent my last night in Spain at the Infanta Mercedes hotel and had a pleasant stay. A 5-minute walk from the Tetuan metro station, it makes it super easy to get to either the airport of the two train stations. Since I had a flight the following morning, this made it quite convenient to make my way to the airport. It was a bit expensive for a single room, but cheaper than most similar hotels in Madrid. The room was more spacious than expected for a single room, and came with A/C, a small tv, and a mini fridge. The bathroom showed some signs of age, but was clean and suited my needs. They offer a buffet breakfast for 7 euro in the morning, but I was leaving too early to try it. Though public transportation will take you anywhere, the Infanta Mercedes hotel might be considered a little far from the action for those wishing to explore Madrid. But for a short stay, it was exactly what I needed.
