After traveling extensively in China, returning to Spain highlighted some noticeable differences, particularly in Madrid. While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay. The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable. The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day. The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.

L'environnement sanitaire est bon, mais certains détails peuvent encore voir des traces historiques, comme si mes portes ne peuvent pas être fermées sans force (après avoir été fermées, l'écoute semble fermée, mais si vous voulez pousser, vous pouvez ouvrir la porte sans carte de verrouillage) et si la piscine est lentement déversée, C'est sûrement un truc. La position géographique peut aussi être, près de la station de métro Cuczo, il y a une famille de 7 x 24 Le Furt près Le service est pas bon, 7.28 a envoyé un paquet de bière pour le anniversaire, mais il n'y a pas d'eau de boisson gratuite, il y a un mini bar, mais tous les frais, y compris les eaux minières

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le menu buffet de petit déjeuner était le même pendant la période de séjour (3 nuits). We had our flight cancelled in the middle of the night, which means we couldn't get any hotels for the same day because the booking time is too late. Even though I booked the room for the next day, the staff accepted to change it to this very same night. The room is big, everything is great. But the mini fridge light is off and some of the furniture a bit broken.

Je réserve habituellement des chambres d'hôtel tous les week-ends et la réservation dans cet hôtel a été sans aucun doute la meilleure, le personnel de la réception est super sympa et courtois de l'hôtel, ils nous ont donné une suite que j'ai trouvée super. Il y avait un salon avec un canapé et une télévision, il y avait une petite table avec 4 chaises et un chauffe-eau au cas où vous voudriez vous faire un thé ou un café, le lit était assez confortable et nous avons très bien dormi car il s'agit d'une zone industrielle là-bas y a pas de bruit, qualité prix je le recommande. Services. No hay personal disponible que brinde apoyo con el equipaje. El proveer el carrito de transporte de equipaje ayuda, sin embargo esperaba ayuda de personas para cargar el equipaje. Traslado al aeropuerto. Servicio eficiente, sinembargo mismo problema. No hay quien ayude a subir el equipaje al bus que lleva a al aeropuerto. Cuarto de bano. Hay ina puerta transparente en la banera que NO evita la salida del agua de la banera , el piso termina totalmente mojado y con peligro de resvalarse.

Muy buena ubicación y buenas instalaciones las habitaciones muy pequeñas por lo menos las interiores y les falta más bombillas o más iluminación, por los demás genial

Me encantó este hotel. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff was absolutely nice. Joaquin, Paula, Ruben, and many others were very kind and helpful with our needs. There is a bus (146) that runs every 10 minutes and will pass through many attractions. At first I was concerned about the location of the hotel but it was just great. Great restaurants in a walking distance. I will definitely stay in the Melia AV America again. Thank you for your hospitality.
