Hôtels près de Museo Geominero à Madrid

Please Avoid this place. It is cheap but nothing else! I stayed here checked into the receiption which is 24 hours after my working day. The place is near the metro cuatro caminos (a mainly poorer area of Madrid with lots of south american population). The area does have a 24 hour supermarket which was good as the hostal has no food/drink facilities. The room was a very small single bed as I was alone on an education course for my job. The room had a fan and tv and a small table. Once you switch off the light the fan goes off so you cannot sleep with the fan on at night with 39c heat. you cannot leave the window open as its not a safe place. The first moment I checked in, i quickly went outside to get air and get the metro outside. They checked in a drunk african man at 6pm in the evening who was walking up the stairs with a can of beer unable to walk or see anything (their is no lift to the rooms) you need to walk up around 50 stairs to the rooms. They take anyone from the streets if they pay the small charge to stay here. Second day, the two receiptionists or owners were fighting over money from the hotel they were shouting and getting agressive. Its was an uncomfortable situation to see. I left and came back after work for a shower and the room had not been cleaned. They said you didnt put a badge on the door saying clean my room. Couldnt they knock and say something? Very strange way of working? The next day I put the badge clean my room but NO nothing changed. It was an excuse.. Then I went and complained he didnt speak any English and didnt want to know he said the cleaners left and nothing he can do. I pulled off the bedsheets, but the bed protector was badly stained with blood and I also got a skin rash. I left the property 1 day early, it was disgusting. The toilets were not cleaned either and insects were crawling everywhere. This place should be closed down immediately. They dont take security or cleaning seriously, they dont want to know problems only take your money. I explained to Expedia about this place but the hotel denied everything. SHAME!!!

It is a really nice hotel; the rooms are great and very clean, the people attending at the bar and the reception. A very nice buffet breakfast with all you want. 1 point of attention is the coffee; this was really horrible ( following several people who stayed as well at the same time) After business was done the way to the center could be walked. And from either part of Madrid city center it takes about 7 euro to get back by cabify.

C'est un bel hôtel moderne. Il est facile de s'y rendre depuis le métro et l'aéroport. Le centre de Madrid n'est qu'à 30 minutes en métro de l'hôtel. La chambre était bien, le seul problème était que les oreillers étaient un peu fins et la fenêtre était difficile à garder ouverte à moins d'y coincer quelque chose, mais ce ne sont que des problèmes très mineurs et j'étais heureux de revenir ici.

L'hôtel est situé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, près d'une station de métro et dans une belle zone. Les chambres étaient modernes et propres, les douches sont superbes, et le bar et la piscine du toit étaient excellents, surtout quand il est 37 degrés! Si l'hôtel vous permet de payer une commission nominale, tant que vous avez dépensé une somme de X sur les boissons, cela semblerait plus juste.

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

La position géographique de l'hôtel est très bonne. La sortie est un grand nombre de restaurants et de points de vente en plein air. Mais l'hôtel dispose d'un type de chambre qui peut être séjourné pour trois personnes, que le couple porte un enfant ou deux enfants sur la face de ses parents, la réception applique strictement les règles de séjour des deux personnes. Trois personnes peuvent séjourner dans une autre chambre avec un lit de canapé. Cette information n'est pas fournie au moment de la réservation de Trip.com.

L'hôtel est très bon, moderne, dans une situation fantastique dans la ville. Le centre-ville (Sol) est situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied ou vous pouvez utiliser le métro avec un seul changement. Le lit était très confortable. Le WiFi fonctionnait très bien. Le con air était excellent. Tous les membres du personnel étaient extrêmement aimables et utiles. Nous reviendrons à cet hôtel.

Bon choix pour héberger**** une ou deux nuits et visiter Madrid pour tout événement (nous l'utilisons pour les matchs à Bernabéu). Très bonne position, près de boutiques, métro, restaurants... La chambre correcte, pour le prix que vous avez ne peut pas être demandé plus. Nous avons été 3 fois et nous répéterions.

Central, fonctionnel et personnel très professionnel Petit déjeuner correct. Bonne literie. Hôtel très calme. Du bruit (une seule nuit parmi les quatre passées) la veille d'un match de Champions league. Des supporters occupaient la chambre au dessus de la nôtre. Après signalement à l'accueil, le calme est revenu. L'hôtesse d'accueil et la personne en charge de la sécurité ont été très réactifs.

I have stayed in this hotel 4 nights with a great experience and this was my first time in Spain. Had a pleasant welcome with the reception and was very easy and welcome check in with a great smile from staff at front desk. Rooms are very nice with average size but you will be happy with the space Breakfast was good and food was extremely tasty with very good service from staff as well Very nice and easy check out with a smile of good bye
