Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, un restaurant où vous pouvez vous détendre et profiter de votre séjour. Je l'ai vu marcher avec plusieurs articles même dans sa bouche et elle a immédiatement vu et assisté sans effort. Elle se déplace toujours, je souhaite avoir son nom. Elle est également à la table de front, grâce à Jose, Lorealis et Laura. Très facilement à marcher personnel dans l'ensemble.

Bonjour. J'ai terminé le séjour. Seul l'ascenseur était un peu lent ou la demande était trop importante. Le service pour entrer dans la chambre était bon. J'ai trouvé des draps propres et des poubelles propres. Respect des objets personnels. Excellent lobby et nourriture et musique Hard Rock Cafe à l'exception de la piscine La suggestion devrait être pour les enfants, comme les balançoires, certaines chorreras avec animations seront le terrain de jeu idéal. Merci beaucoup, recommande.

Personnel très gentil et toutes les comodités: micro-ondes, réfrigérateur...

Restons factuels. Emplacement : top. Accueil : agréable et courtois. Il y a deux parties : une ancienne, sans doute bruyante et une aile « récente », qui donne sur les parkings en étage et sur les rues autour. Préférer les chambres du fond, qui donnent sur la rue arrière, plus calme. Isolation : correcte sur rue. L’hôtel etait désert. Dur de juger. Mais pas de double porte sur les parties communes. On voit le jour sous la porte. Climatisation : puissante. Télévision : taille moyenne, image passable. Wifi de l’hôtel bon : environ 15 Mb/s. 4G ATT correcte. Propreté : sol carrelé sale, taché, maculé dans les sanitaires, et avec pas mal de cheveux ou poils. (En temps de Covid…) On a le sentiment que le ménage n’est pas fait. Le problème semble récurrent depuis des années (voir autres avis). On n’a pas rencontré d’insectes rampants… Draps froissés (« au moins » non repassés, donc, mais sans odeur). Equipement : ultra minimaliste : pas de verres, une seule lampe de chevet, pas d’eau à boire (celle du robinet sent l’eau de javel), pas de café pour la cafetière, pas de crochet sans la salle de bains. Coffre fort moderne mais transportable. Fer à repasser et table du même nom. Eau chaude : bonne, pression correcte mais chaleur fluctuante. Linge de toilette propre et sans odeur. Quelques savons disponibles. Décoration : années 60, surannée, vieillissante. Eclairage absolument lugubre : néons bleutés, lampes basse consommation. Literie à ressorts fatigués, mais encore acceptable. Pas de petit déjeuner (Il est à prendre au café du rez de chaussée. Il est cher mais correct). Période covid : pas de piscine… normal ! Protection Covid : vu le ménage dans les chambres, on a des doutes, mais le personnel respecte les règles. Ne jamais oublier que Ponce a subi un ouragan, suivi d'un tremblement de terre, suivi d'une pandémie. Soyons donc tolérants.
