Travel with my elderly parents. Super convenient as they walk less and no need walk up/down stairs. Air Colditionining the room is good too, cold enough. Toilet and bathroom clean too. food wise is walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinking water can be refill easily. definitely will arrange to stay again in the future. Tatami style mattress is sleepy too.

En général, il s'agissait d'un séjour agréable à Melaka. La chambre était très propre, magnifiquement décorée et exactement comme il semble dans les photos. Il n'y a pas de parking désigné, mais les frais de parking RM15 par entrée, ce qui peut être très inconvenant, surtout si vous prévoyez de rentrer et de sortir fréquemment. Le processus d'entrée a également été retardé d'environ 45 minutes, car la garde de sécurité était très stricte et avait des difficultés à communiquer en anglais et en malaise. Malgré les problèmes de parking et de check-in, la chambre elle-même était excellente et fait le séjour agréable.

Very happy with the services, location, cleanliness, spacing & comfortable staying with family. Will recommend n tried to cime againt. Tqvm with the warm services.

Ne vous laissez pas rebuter par l'extérieur : la chambre est très propre et confortable, et le lit est excellent. Elle est entièrement équipée et son emplacement est extrêmement pratique. De plus, de nombreuses places de parking sont disponibles juste devant le logement, ce qui est un atout considérable. Je recommande vivement !

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

Il y a peu de notes à souligner : il n'y a que 2 parkings disponibles, le séjour est un shotlot Avant d'un terminal d'autobus et prêt à prendre l'escalier (mais il y a une handicap/aide aux personnes âgées sous forme de vie glissante qui doit être Les chambres sont propres avec des caractéristiques modernes et les hôtes sont également utiles n amicales

La situation est très confortable et proche de lieux célèbres. Il ya beaucoup de restaurants. Le service est super, ils nous ont vraiment accueillis quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Nous réserverons certainement cet hôtel quand nous reviendrons à Malacca. 🙂
