Checking in Everyone seems to be busy for nothing or as they pretend to be for such a small boutique property. The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery

L'hospitalité, l'amabilité et l'excellente attention des employés de l'hôtel nous ont permis de profiter de notre séjour à Mandalay. Dans l'ensemble, les gens sont très agréables, simples et souriants. Les chambres et l'hôtel tout entier, est très organisé et propre. C'est très recommandé.

L'hôtel est nouveau et propre, le lit est très confortable, le personnel est très ami et heureux d'aider. Le petit déjeuner est un peu commun. En général, je pense qu'il s'agit d'un excellent hôtel. Le personnel fera tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour offrir un service de qualité afin de pouvoir avoir une expérience agréable de logement à Mandel. Il y aura sûrement de nouveau. Oui, il y a aussi de la nourriture à la mosquée :)

L'hôtel est moderne, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables, et une magnifique piscine infinie sur le plus haut étage avec vue sur la ville, où vous pourrez prendre un verre, dîner et profiter de jolies plongées de soleil. Tout le personnel est très gentil et agréable, toujours prêt à aider et faire de votre séjour un beau spectacle. Ils vous font sentir mieux que chez vous! Nous avons répété notre séjour à l'hôtel pendant notre voyage. Il est un bon référentiel à Mandalay, et très bien situé pour visiter les principaux points d'intérêt : Mandalay Hill, Kuthodau pagoda, Palacio Real, etc...

La première chose que nous avons vu quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel était qu'ils ont écrit mon nom sur un planque qu'ils nous attendent :) Nous voyageons beaucoup et il a été agréable de voir cela ! :) La deuxième chose est que nous sommes sur notre lune de miel au moment et ils ont fait notre chambre Super nice :))) J'ai toujours beaucoup de questions et ils m'ont aidé à répondre à tout cela! Je veux dire ... Les gars, merci pour la bonne première impression du Myanmar! C'est très important :) Au fait, la nourriture était aussi bonne! L'hôtel a été utilisé pour un long voyage d'affaires. L'hôtel dispose d'un sky bar où vous pourrez déguster une bière tout en regardant le coucher de soleil. Il y a beaucoup de touristes chinois à court terme le week-end, donc le petit-déjeuner est distrayant et compliqué, mais le personnel amical s'est occupé de moi pour manger sans aucun inconvénient. L'emplacement est un peu loin de la ville mais pas mal. J'y suis resté pendant toute la durée de mon voyage d'affaires, plus longtemps que prévu. Hôtel recommandé.
