I have 3 daughters all under 8. We stay here long term and we love it here. We’re comfortable and the place is clean. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. Shelly is amazing behind the desk and Symone makes sure the place is always clean and under control. The pool gets cleaned regularly too! Highly recommend staying here with family.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights during a family visit to the city. It really met our expectations. The hotel may be a bit outdated in terms of interior, but it was clean and fresh and there was nothing to complain about regarding the cleanliness. The staff was very accommodating on all levels. The pool is small, but clean and nice to visit. It is sheltered so when the sun is roasting it gets hot there. Sunbeds and towels can be borrowed free of charge. Free safe at reception. We never tried the breakfast, so it's unclear what it was like. You could buy snacks and fast food in the foyer. Microwaves and coffee makers are available in the rooms. Coffee capsules, three a day are usually available, but it was just to ask the cleaning ladies for more, when it ran out. Free parking. On the street, which is long, there are several good restaurants. The street (192) also leads to downtown (which was not much to see) and the bridge (one of them) leading out to Melbourne's beaches. About 15 min drive from The Hotel. The Hotel has a small but ok gym.

L'hôtel était super. J'ai adoré la vue sur l'océan, surtout plus haut. M. Joe à la réception était très courtois et très serviable. Le restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hôtel était super. Brian qui loue le parasol et les chaises (arrivez tôt pour louer pour toute la journée 40 $) était également très respectueux et décontracté. Le seul problème que j'ai est de payer pour le stationnement à 9,95 $ par jour. Il s'agit d'un coût caché qui, si une personne est en difficulté, pourrait rencontrer des problèmes à la fin de son séjour. Oh, depuis COVID, vous devez demander le ménage à l'avance si vous voulez que votre chambre soit nettoyée. Dans l'ensemble, j'adore mon séjour et j'espère y retourner bientôt.

Les chambres de cet hôtel sont toutes des chambres avec vue sur la mer invincible, les chambres sont grandes, le personnel de la réception est très chaleureux, il y a deux grands supermarchés comme Walmart et Winx de l'autre côté de l'hôtel !

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff was nice. It was clean. It was ready by the time we got there and everybody was very helpful and the food was delicious.
