Nous avons pu mettre à niveau une suite qui était magnifique. La salle de bain est très grande, mais très exposée (il a un mur de verre sur un côté, donc vous devez tourner un bouton pour l'obscurcir. Le contrôle climatique est intégré dans le dispositif de commutation de la lumière sur le mur, de sorte que cela a pris une certaine leçon. . Le lit et les rencontres de la chambre étaient très agréables. Il y a beaucoup de stations d'alimentation. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était vraiment bon, bien que le café-magasin ait besoin de quelques instructions sur la façon d'utiliser. La chambre était très calme, le personnel était particulièrement utile et nous devons féliciter Concierge Andy pour son aide.

We chose QWS because it is superbly located for the city and cultural quarter but without any road noise. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Really friendly staff who give you their time, nothing too much trouble and a very good breakfast choice. We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute of our stay. Being an apartment type hotel with residents meant that we were treated as guests not simply people passing through. We had a late flight back to London and Stephen kindly arranged for us to freshen up in a room before departing for the airport. To top it all we were upgraded to a lovely suite on the 8th floor without even asking. What a welcome. If only all accommodation providers could match the customer service we received holidays would always be great. Well done team QWS !!

Il est un ancien hôtel et nécessite une mise à niveau. La piscine est un désastre, timide et abominable. Décor très ancien. Hallway sombre et gloomy. La chambre était déshabillée. Le matériel de tête de lit venait séparé. Pas un hôtel 5 étoiles et certainement pas de valeur pour de l'argent. Il y a beaucoup plus de nouveaux hôtels plus chers à Melbourne avec de meilleurs équipements. Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux. La variété, le personnel merveilleux et l'atmosphère magnifique. La location de l'hôtel est aussi grande et confortable, il est proche de restaurants et bars incroyables. Les coussins étaient également confortables.

Gem of a hotel in Melbourne, with all the facilities you'd expect, pool, bar, food, access to parking next door, in the heart of the city without being too busy. The staff were exceptional and the nice touch's made our visit, just that little bit better. Complimentary drinks, chips, lollies, pretzels etc, was a welcome change. All in all, a memorable visit for my 60th birthday.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.

L'hôtel est très bien, si vous allez à Melbourne pour participer au marathon, c'est un très bon choix, 7h00 du matin, 6h00 ne sera pas nerveux, l'hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied du début et fin. L'hôtel est équipé d'un réfrigérateur, d'un lave-linge, d'un micro-ondes, d'une machine à pain, d'une bouilloire, ne convient pas à la nourriture de Melbourne, vous pouvez vous rendre au supermarché en face de la place de la Fédération (à environ 1000 mètres de l'hôtel) pour acheter des ingrédients pour préparer votre propre nourriture . A tous égards, cet hôtel est très bien, il y a un très grand et très beau parc devant l'hôtel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il ne faut que 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bâtiment Eureka, le musée d'art d'État et les jardins botaniques royaux. Ce n'est pas plus de 10 minutes. Nous avons choisi d'aller au bâtiment Eureka comme un hôtel pratique. Le seul défaut de l'expérience du soir est que le prix est légèrement plus élevé mais toujours acceptable.

1 nuit séjour Location parfaite 5min à pied à la cour de la gare de flinders. 7 sur la route. Holiday Inn express comme toujours très innovante. Salle de bain idéale avec toutes les installations dans les bouteilles de pompe de fourniture tellement abondante. Personnel amiable avec check-in rapide. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était étonnant de la céréale toast jus de latte écramé de sauce d'œufs à grains bruns. 10 sur 10

Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient, many sightseeing points and shops are at walking distance (10-15 min). Moreover, there is a plethora of restaurants around the hotel and China Town was also a 10 min away. Cleanliness: Although the room looks clean at first glance, without room service available, the room can get messy and dirty really quick. Moreover the toilet and cooking area are relatively small, which makes everything cramped together and drips everywhere. Another thing to note is that the shower place in the bathroom does not have proper enclosement which will cause water to splash all around when taking a shower to bath, especially the water closet which causes a lot of inconvenience. Service: The staffs at the counter are very helpful and friendly. Not only they were polite but they will help and make your stay as pleasant as possible by assisting you with your needs (extra amenities and beds). General Facilities and amenities: Even though you can always ask for extra amenities from staffs, the facilities ans other services in this hotel is completely lacking. As mentioned, there is no house cleaning service provided nor there are any other recreational facilities such as swimming pool or in house kitchen. Another point to note is that Mentra 100 is not a big hotel, they only provide 1 or 2 room selections. If you are travelling with 4 ppl or above it is best to keep this in mind as some people might need to sleep in the living room given the limited space.

La salle est grande et la ruelle est calme. Au premier étage, les mouches entreront lorsque les fenêtres seront ouvertes. Les draps n'ont pas été changés pendant trois jours. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont entièrement équipées pour cuisiner et faire votre propre lessive.
