Soggiorno di una notte tra sabato e domenica, camera pulita ma non so perché bagno attrezzato per persone con disabilità non richiesto e posta al secondo piano. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con l'aria condizionata risolto in fretta. Colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi,torte, brioche, pancake,.. tutto a buffet.Presente anche il salato. Cappuccino buono sebbene erogato dalle macchinette. Presente in loco in posizione sopraelevata piscina con lettini e ombrelloni. Zona abbastanza verde seppur vicino a Vicenza. Prezzo adeguato. Vi siete mai innamorati di un Hotel? Sicuramente sì, tanto più se si trova davanti ad un mare spettacolare, se davanti a voi si erge una incantevole montagna, se si trova in uno splendido parco naturale o sulle sponde di un lago. Ebbene qui non troverete tutto questo ma una cosa è certa: che un personale che vi farà innamorare della piacevole sensazione di essere non solo clienti ma sopratutto graditi ‘ospiti’ qui è garantito. Al nostro arrivo il parcheggio esterno con enormi oleandri bianchi ci ha fatto una ottima impressione, confermata quando all’accesso del parcheggio interno abbiamo notato che la struttura è di soli due piani per cui armoniosamente inserita nel contesto e molto curata esternamente. Poi il sorriso delle ragazze della reception che ci ha fatti sentire davvero benvenuti ed un rapido check-in con la genuina cordialità e disponibilità che è stata una costante di tutto il nostro soggiorno. La nostra suite ci ha pienamente soddisfatti: materasso, topper e cuscini ottimi: abbiamo dormito come a casa. La temperatura del climatizzatore perfetta al nostro arrivo, comodissima cabina armadio, bagno ampio finestrato con una splendida vasca/doccia idromassaggio e spugne molto buone, qualità dei prodotti da bagno elevata, spazi ampi, ottima illuminazione. La terrazza ben attrezzata al piano superiore con una vista incantevole sui colli. Pulizia della camera impeccabile. Passando alla ristorazione abbiamo cenato tre sere ed in tre ambienti diversi: nel giardino, nella piccola accogliente saletta con tavoli tondi, nella grande sala in cui si fa anche colazione. Belle tutte e tre le location. Decisamente molto buona la qualità delle materie prime, ottima la preparazione delle portate è molto gradevole la presentazione dei cibi. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio professionale ed attento della capo sala Carolina come di tutti i camerieri. La colazione è a buffet con una buona scelta di alimenti in grado di soddisfare indubbiamente tutte le esigenze ed il servizio attento è cordiale del signor Andrea lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Sono presenti una piscina esterna ed una spa di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire ma sicuramente ci saranno altre occasioni in futuro. In conclusione le nostre aspettative sono state decisamente soddisfatte, torneremo sicuramente.

We enjoyed every day in Roxy Plaza. The hotel staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Located just outside the city walls, with most locations, restaurant in walking distance the hotel is a great starting point for excursions. It's underground parking was convenient but a reservation might be helpful. A great hotel, we will come back

Avons passé un agréable séjour pour notre participation au festival de chants autour de Vérone. Établissement bien tenu, propre, personnels très compétent et très disponible. Piscine très appréciée après les journées très chaudes que nous avons subies. A recommander.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour travail, en particulier pour la célèbre Fiera de Or de Vicenza. L'hôtel est situé dans une position confortable pour tous les services et offre également un excellent parking privé. Bonne chambre et bon nettoyage de l'hôtel. Point fort du service de restauration! Pour ceux comme moi, ayant travaillé toute la journée, ne veulent pas se déplacer pour manger... à partir du petit déjeuner et finir avec le dîner.. L'hôtel offre un excellent service de restauration! Petit déjeuner fantastique avec le Chef directement dans la salle pour préparer des omelettes fantastiques salées. Déjeuner et dîner sublime avec une vaste sélection de menus entre la viande et le poisson mais surtout tout vraiment très bon! Merci d'avoir fait ce séjour, malgré le travail, une séjour spécial. Félicitations au Chef et à tout le personnel!

We are travelling with a group of 14 Singaporeans on a pilgrimage of the Holy sites. This is our last stay for one nite in a hotel before embarking on our flite home. Stayed at the Best Western Hotel Tre Torri on 14th Oct 2023. Hotel is located within a small village or town off the main highway. This hotel is our half way stop to Milan after spending a day in Venice. We found that a kettle was provided but no complimentary bottles of water. It could be found in the mini bar, but chargeable. Lighting in the room was dim with only one wall light. Bedside lights did little to enhance the overall environment. Sensors are used for the vestibule of the room and bathroom. Experienced black outs in the bathroom several times. What an inconvenience. The shower stall is small and after a shower, water escaped to the outer floor, making it slippery and dangerous. Bathroom amenities was limited to just a small bar of soap and two shower caps. Only shower gel was provided in the shower stall. Otherwise, the room and bathroom was clean. Can't say much for the pillows and mattress. Just uncomfortable. Breakfast items offered is typical of all the hotels we stayed in except at this hotel where back bacon was offered on the buffet, instead of bacon rashers. The scrambled eggs was the best in all the hotels we stayed in. What made the breakfast experience wonderful was delivered by a waitress, Ms MILLI, a Ghanaian. Her lovely smile, politeness and her happiness to serve made our time in Italy memorable. Thank you Ms MILLI once again. You are a great Ambassador of the brand. We love you and keep smiling as you deliver happiness to all that you serve. Love All Serve All. Your hotel should be so proud to have such an employee like you. La réception est rénovée, le lobby, le bar et l'extérieur sont très belles.Cependant, tout a changé quand nous sommes arrivés à nos chambres. A côté de ma sœur, il y avait des fils coupés qui semblaient (et probablement très dangereux). Sur la même note, nous sommes allés aux autres chambres des personnes de notre groupe et dans certaines chambres il y avait des panneaux électriques tapis avec scotch (a côté de la piège). En outre, il y avait quelques groupes d'hommes ivres qui nous regardaient très bizarres seulement pour entendre de nos amis qu'ils se réveillent à 11 heures environ avec des coups de mains et des coups de fouet sur leurs portes, en raison du fait qu'ils devaient changer leurs chambres, Le service de l'hôtel est un service de restauration et de gestion du personnel. Je vais écrire ceci parce que je veux sensibiliser les gens qui dirigent cet hôtel pour que les autres ne devront pas passer par ce que nous avons fait. Ce réexamen n'a pas été écrit avec aucune intention malveillante, mais seulement avec le souhait que cela soit pris en considération et modifié si elles veulent conserver leurs « quatre étoiles ».

Si vous êtes sur une voiture de deux jours en Europe avec 40c de chaleur autour de vous - qu'est-ce qui vous fait passer une nuit ? - Un endroit propre et prêt à dormir, sans vous inquiéter de votre voiture - Personnel qui ne complique pas les choses Vous trouverez à cet hôtel adorable. Il est un hôtel de la rue typique, situé aux côtés des villes d'affaires et de tourisme italiennes de taille moyenne. La chambre était lumineuse, sans spots propre, confortable, grande salle de bains, bonne air-condition et plein d'espace pour déballer. Il a contribué à ce que Tiziano a fait à la réception - il est là pour me rencontrer le soir et pour me voir aussi le matin. Même si je lui ai dit que je me suis juste passé la nuit, il m'a donné une très belle chambre (je suppose que toutes les chambres sont vraiment bonnes). Et ne compliqué pas les choses - ”nous sortons le paiement et tout demain matin, obtenir un repos maintenant” Le petit déjeuner était superbe et abondant, tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter, spécialités régionales et tout le monde. La meilleure chose est que vous êtes accueillie et soignée d'une vraie ”nonne” italienne : ”Assieds-toi, je vais faire un peu de bacon et d'œufs pour vous, vous devez manger bien quand vous conduisez si longtemps ! ”. Elle était belle, bienvenue et délicieuse. Avant même de profiter de tout, je suis retourné sur l'autoroute, bien reposé et nourri. Mon voiture était en sécurité toute la nuit, le parking fait partie de l'hôtel. Comme d'habitude, le personnel a fait la différence, merci à Tiziano et à la ”nonne” : Le prix est très bon, mais aussi les chambres et tout est très bon.
