Meilleurs hôtels d'affaires à Munich

Merci à Sandra et à son équipe pour avoir fait de ce séjour le séjour le plus mémorable de notre voyage de deux semaines en Europe ! Sandra est le personnel le plus amical et sympathique que j'ai rencontré. Nous avions 1 à 2 questions mais elle a tout mis en œuvre pour nous aider. Elle nous a même fait une petite surprise. L'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas de la gare centrale. Au retour, vous pourrez acheter de la nourriture chez Pommes Freunde qui n'est pas mauvaise. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un séjour agréable, je le recommanderai certainement à la famille et aux amis à la recherche d'un séjour à Munich.

When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

L'hôtel est très chaud. Nous sommes arrivés tard à cause des grèves ferroviaires, qui ont fait du transport à l'hôtel une douleur. Cependant, une fois que nous avons été check-in, nous étions juste en haut de la chambre qui était toasty (très toasty!). Le petit déjeuner était un style continental de buffet avec beaucoup de choses et certains des objets ont changé quotidiennement. Il a également un intérêt énergique pour le football et je voudrais aussi faire un cri à Philip et à son équipe à la réception, car ils ont été extrêmement utiles. Pour ceux qui lèvent les révisions et disent qu'ils ne peuvent pas parler anglais ou allemand, nous avons trouvé que cela n'était pas vrai. Nous aurions voulu revenir à Munich pour rester ici cette année, mais malheureusement, il faudra attendre l'année prochaine. Si vous voulez la metro, il est à 2 minutes à pied de la réception de l'hôtel (tournez à gauche de la porte, à gauche de nouveau, traversez aux lumières et vous y êtes).

Localisation : 5 min à pied de Miarienplaz et Englischer Garten. Hébergement : style design élégant. Propreté : parfait (nous sommes très désordonnés et il est quasi impossible de faire la chambre durant notre séjour. C’est notre faute. Mais la femme de chambre avec une patience infinie a réussi tous les jours!) Internet : très bon (Ping 45 et 1% loss) Accueil : souriant , réactif et disponible. Concierge : efficace et disponible. Restauration petits-déjeuners : copieux, dans la très belle salle à manger. Service présent, limite envahissant.

Stayed here with my family (2 sons, 11 and 13.) The hotel was very kid friendly- my kids were greeted and they had a play area (with a video game) and a few games for the room. The location was great- about a 5 min walk to the Deutsches Museum and about 15 walk to Marienplatz, but seemed to be off the beaten tourist path. The area felt very safe, and there was a small mall next door that had 2 grocery stores in it (great for simple meals!). It also had a subway stop (Rosenheimer Platz), where all the main lines stopped. The room itself was great. My kids enjoyed the free minibar (but I was told this was being discontinued.) The pool was nice- the kids loved it! It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was too cold for me. The bathroom was nice- the toilet is separate from the shower/sink/tub area. The sink area had the best lighting of any hotel bathroom I've ever stayed in. Plenty of hot water, and my kids were amused that there was a TV speaker in the shower area. If we return to Munich, we would definitely stay here again!

Le service était excellent, atterri tôt le matin après un vol de 14 h, a pu vérifier tôt et aussi vérifier tard. La location est excellente car vous vous promenez à quelques pas du centre même de tout comme Marienplatz, aussi près de l'hôtel est une station de gaz qui a un grand magasin si vous avez besoin de tout, y compris des prétzels frais. Il y a aussi un grand endroit de pizza autour du coin qui est ouvert tard et ils ont une fenêtre qui vend la pizza par la coupe si vous avez faim. La location de la ville est très bien située, mais la location est très bien située.

Nous avons séjourné en juillet 2023 L'hôtel est dans une zone charmant. Beaucoup de plats autour. Et une agréable marche de 20 minutes à pied à la Vieille ville. Notre chambre était assez spacieuse. Ne fais pas confiance aux trains SBahn. Nous avons attendu une heure pour un train pour nous emmener à l'aéroport. Il n'y a jamais eu de rencontre. Malgré l'écran d'affichage montrent constamment que le train était en train en quelques minutes. Nous avons dû enfin prendre un taxi et nous n'avons pas manqué notre vol.

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. L'hôtel est à l'opposé du train principal HBF mais dépend de l'entrée que vous sortiez. Nous avons accueilli le petit déjeuner Prosecco sur Sat & Sun avec un flux gratuit de 6-11am. Et bien sûr, une large diffusion du petit déjeuner, principalement du pain. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour
