La chambre était belle et très spacieuse. Les salles de bains sont propres. Malheureusement, la piscine était en rénovation, nous n'avons pas pu l'expérimenter. La salle de sport est petite, mais le travail est fait. Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux et il y a un superbe livre-tête et un magasin de souvenirs à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Les services de la clientèle étaient un peu plus amusants : nous avons appelé quelques fois pour le lavage sans réponse, et nous avons eu deux problèmes avec notre facture de lavage. Nous resterions encore !

Il y a un marché Khan à proximité, il y a beaucoup de repas dedans, vous pouvez en avoir un certain nombre à Delhi, vous pouvez vous promener sans problème.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à 3 kilomètres du parc des expositions. L'hôtel est très pratique et sûr avec un taxi. Le buffet du petit déjeuner le matin est très copieux, vous pouvez ajouter un lit d'appoint, le lit de l'hôtel fait 3 mètres de large, et l'hygiène est très propre.

Je suis allée plusieurs fois au Lodhi notamment au SPA. Tout est fait pour que je revienne encore et encore : le personnel est ultra compétent, très à l'écoute et tellement agréable. Il se démène pour que mon expérience soit la meilleure à chaque fois. Ils sont extrêmement serviables ! Ils parlent tous très bien anglais et savent parfaitement répondre à mes attentes. Bravo à la team SPA !! <3 Le reste de l'hôtel a le même niveau : les restaurants sont top ! Le personnel très soucieux de mon bien être. Les chambres ... Là on est au dessus des nuages ! Propreté, design, confort ... Tout y est ! Bref, si on recherche un endroit propre, sympa, beau, et où on se fera traiter comme des VIP, c'est au Lodhi qu'il faut aller.

Adresse à ne pas ***quer lors d'un voyage à New-Dehli. Magnifique hôtel ! L'accueil est chaleureux et bienveillant. Le personnel se plie en quatre pour satisfaire toutes les de***des. Les chambres sont sublime avec les produits de beauté de la marque Kronokare qui sont d'excellentes qualités. La nourriture des différents restaurants est délicieuse avec des choix variés. Je recom***de vivement !

La location est assez bonne mais l'hôtel est un peu daté. La caisse n'était pas en service, mais à leur crédit, ils ont remplacé un le lendemain. La propreté est juste OK, mais peut être améliorée. La chambre est généralement OK, mais les draps n'ont pas été nettoyés correctement.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux, adapté à toutes sortes de voyages, parking gratuit, situation géographique unique, besoin d'un voyage affrété, rendez-vous téléphoniques préalables, bon sikh, 2500Rs / sponsorisé, moitié prix de l'hôtel, anglais courant, service de qualité avant tout ; Photo d'agrément en 2015 (la dernière photo était à l'hôtel Eros à Shangri-La, New Delhi). L'utilisation de la voiture était une excitation pour rencontrer de vieux amis. Les quatre jours de camaraderie ont été inoubliables ! Cela vaut la peine de me laisser le recommander pour être votre ami!

L'hôtel le plus économique de Chuo, l'environnement extérieur est moyen et les chambres ne sont pas grandes, mais le service et l'emplacement sont très bons, particulièrement calmes ; choisissez le petit-déjeuner à l'avance et livrez-le dans la chambre à votre heure le matin ; Je veux toujours vivre à l'arrière Complètement réservé, puis j'ai réservé un autre hôtel avec un prix similaire, je ne me sentais comme rien d'autre.

The hotel is located in the affluent area of Sundar Nagar. A gated community with security at each and every property. The hotel was very quiet during our stay - 5th November to 8th November. We stayed here for the CWC 2023. Room was clean -twin room. On arrival, Shweta was very amicable and advised places to eat, visit. Edward the Nightshift support this also attentive too. The TV was not working and took 2 phone calls and almost an hour for someone to action -not a good initial impression. We ate breakfast of aloo paratha - very nice.they also took note of how we wanted our tea, this was again perfect -well done La Sagarita team. On a negative, the hotel suffered a power failure that lasted for 45 mins. As guests we had no notification or info from the staff other than shrug of shoulders. We were informed the back up generator is faulty. Poor by the hotel to not maintain a back up generator. Once power was restored we discovered the hot water was not available. I was advised that the boiler was on but would take time to heat the water. In the morning the water was still cold and we had to take cold showers. At no stage did the hotel inform us. This is a poor effort. The hotel must be advising and keeping guests informed. The team is small in numbers but doesn't seem to be proactive. We requested an iron and ironing board that didn't arrive until we returned from a day out. When challenged, the member of staff stated he'd forgotten! The beds require an urgent mattress upgrade. Our mattresses were in a 'v' shape due to usage / age and very uncomfortable. I wouldn't state the hotel is boutique. Rather a 3* basic hotel in a very nice area of Delhi. Basic hotel that is acceptable.

The property is really mismanaged, instances to reflect it: Check in at the Hotel followed by the receptionist saying that they entered my details as without breakfast and cannot change it.... Some days at the breakfast buffet have to coordinate the communication between reception and them for the same Used towel is taken but no new towel placed.... Coffee sachets on next day not placed..... Toilet paper also has to be asked for when done Everyday at buffet idli and wada is placed without chutney and u have to tell the waiter there to get it which can take a lot of time If something gets over at the breakfast buffet it's not replaced until a customer asks for Also a lot of the interior work is not fully done... Been hidden using flashy stuff..... Kept rating as 2 because of the good overall management of the group.... Where they have an app which at least is prompt in answering customer complaints

We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment bon, entouré d'hôtels de luxe cinq étoiles, car il n'est pas loin de la célèbre Plaza Conte, de la porte de l'Inde, du musée d'histoire, du palais présidentiel, à quelques centaines de mètres se trouve la ligne de métro, et aussi de la Jama Masjid Seulement 4 arrêts. Manger en direct bar .. Bien que le prix ne soit pas bon marché par rapport aux hôtels de la chaîne économique, mais de l'emplacement, il est toujours bon par rapport aux grands hôtels environnants. L'hygiène ne peut pas être dit, propre, jaune vif et blanc sont les traits saillants de cet hôtel, propre, bon service sans aucune odeur. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et le restaurant a mangé 2 dîners. On peut dire que le goût est tout de même très bon, surtout que la nana de sa maison est servie avec du curry, ce qui n'est pas mal. L'hôtel est équipé d'un mini-bar, d'une variété de boissons, de collations et de tout ce que vous voulez. La prise est encore plus adaptée. Les Chinois peuvent simplement utiliser la prise sans la changer.

Very nice hotel, very nice place in the middle of everywhere, and very nice staff too.! You can go there without hesitation. The breakfast is good too, you can ask.what you want. The prices are ok, and it was nice to stay there.
