De grands arbres, je dirais plus de cent ans et une berge naturelle qui suit assez près de la rivière Guadalupe depuis la rivière Comal. . . recommanderais certainement cet endroit pour une retraite isolée avec une grande énergie !!!! Arbres nichés, rivière ensemencée de poissons chats, achigans et truites près de la saison d'automne à cause du climat... merci les gars d'avoir hébergé notre famille pendant notre séjour !!! Le personnel était sympathique, courtois et a mis en place les précautions appropriées pendant cette période difficile en raison de la pandémie de covid ...

Le lieu est surprenantment beau avec des contre-tops de granite, des salles de bains de granite et des inscriptions de granite dans les douches. Le tapis est beau et fluffy, les climatiseurs sont contrôlés de température. L'hôtel comprend des petits savons et des shampooings, des conditionnements et un sèche-cheveux. Il a l'air sterling quand je suis allé. Le lit est confortable et ferme, et sent le linge propre. La chambre dispose d'un petit frigo de taille moyenne pour les snacks et les sandwichs de métro. Le personnel du bureau semble répondre aux demandes à la demande. Remplacez-moi un hotel 4-star moins un Starbucks et des chambres de petit déjeuner. Pas beaucoup de frills, mais pour le prix vous ne pouvez absolument pas le battre.

La dame au téléphone était très gentille et nous disons qu'ils nous aimeraient apporter notre chien comme nous comprenons comment les chiens font partie de la famille. I was scared at first to what I might find after reading a few negative reviews but I am so happy I decided to give them a try. This hotel was great. Upon arriving on 12-23-22 the daytime front desk clerk was amazing. She was so welcoming. All staff I encountered while there was great. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Keep up the good Job.

De grands arbres, je dirais plus de cent ans et une berge naturelle qui suit assez près de la rivière Guadalupe depuis la rivière Comal. . . recommanderais certainement cet endroit pour une retraite isolée avec une grande énergie !!!! Arbres nichés, rivière ensemencée de poissons chats, achigans et truites près de la saison d'automne à cause du climat... merci les gars d'avoir hébergé notre famille pendant notre séjour !!! Le personnel était sympathique, courtois et a mis en place les précautions appropriées pendant cette période difficile en raison de la pandémie de covid ...

While this property is well located and looks good from the outside, once you get into the rooms you see another story. Our room, while clean, was in disrepair. Here is a list of the issue we found Kitchen The ice maker did not work Only one burner on the stove worked There was missing silverware Some silverware showed obvious damage Bathroom The light fixture in the bathroom was VERY rusty The towel hanger on the wall would fall off each time you hung a towel on it There were obvious repairs in the walls that were done shoddily The toilet was very difficult to flush Living Space Both beds appeard to have damaged mattress/box spring...one side of each bed was sunken in The air conditioner had difficulty cooling the room Bedside phone wouldnt' work...I needed to call the front desk and they couldn't hear me Other Someone on my floor was smoking tobacco and *********. The smell made it's way into our room. It was reported to the front desk and nothing was done. When you pay to stay at a smoke free property, that's exactly what you should expect to get....no smoke...of any kind. Staff The staff at this property are the sole saving grace. We found them to be pleasant and helpful (except for the smoking issue). Caviat Emptor.

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné à Red Roof Inn, New Braunfels en décembre. La dame au téléphone était très gentille et nous disons qu'ils nous aimeraient apporter notre chien comme nous comprenons comment les chiens font partie de la famille. Le bureau frontal a tout simplement su comment nous faire sentir bienvenus et était très ami et toujours souriant.

I was scared at first to what I might find after reading a few negative reviews but I am so happy I decided to give them a try. This hotel was great. Upon arriving on 12-23-22 the daytime front desk clerk was amazing. She was so welcoming. All staff I encountered while there was great. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Keep up the good Job.

L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de I-35 et est un bijoux caché. Le lieu est surprenantment beau avec des contre-tops de granite, des salles de bains de granite et des inscriptions de granite dans les douches.
