This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too.
excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended.
the pools and spa pools are great
the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful.
a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful.

the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink
the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue
during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option.
I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel.
the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient.

The cabin area was quiet & tranquil, and the private hot spring is big & clean, it has a roof & thin curtains which is very helpful during the winter time. Although the room is a bit small, I especially loved the heated flooring. The staff were all courteous & wears a smile all the time, that’s the Howard Johnson brand. I was just surprised that food room service was over at 9pm, but the staff Xiong helped us order food from the outside enthusiastically! Five stars!!!

C'est la meilleure expérience que j'ai jamais vécue dans un hôtel ces dernières années. Le 1er mai, il y a des gâteaux de bienvenue, des fruits et un minibar, ainsi que des collations spéciales pour les collations de fin de soirée. Le petit-déjeuner comprend des aliments de base et un buffet. Le petit-déjeuner des enfants est livré directement. L'emplacement est également unique, plus proche du lac que de Cordis. Le matelas est également d'une fermeté modérée et j'ai bien dormi. Fortement recommandé!

L'hôtel Jun, qui a échoué, a finalement pris la couille de la vacance d'été et a emporté les enfants dans un petit état. L'art de l'hôtel est très élégant, le paysage intérieur est très arrogant, proche de la vieille rue Han Hui. Les installations et les fournitures de la chambre sont complètes et hautes. Après avoir séjourné, il y a des fruits, des aliments, des soupes de soda acide dans la chambre, et le froid est chaud. Le petit déjeuner de l'aube est encore délicieux, surtout surpris par un petit poisson jaune! Le gestionnaire de l'hôtel et la petite saison de la réception sont très jolies, l'expérience inoubliable de séjour et le soir de la salle de bains sur le lac de l'Est-Ost-Chang.

Peu d'hôtels me satisfont si peu, et ils ne peuvent pas faire de commentaires.
Le prix des logements est élevé, le prix de la maison est à 600 jours de vacances du Festival de Printemps.
La chambre 2 est assez grande, 50 mètres carrés.
Le petit-déjeuner est réglé.
Le service est très bon, il est livré à la chambre 2 boîtes de lait, un galets et des lunettes à vapeur chaque jour, et la sortie est accompagnée de la main.
Toutes les boissons douces et le chocolat dans un petit réfrigérateur sont gratuits.
Le restaurant chinois de l'hôtel a un goût bon et peu cher et les ménages ont des rabais (sauf un peu lentement pour manger).
L'assainissement propre, tous les canons sont en plastique et les canons de désintoxication sont équipés à côté du canon.
La piscine et les salles d' fitness sont très professionnelles.
9.2 Dans le parc de loisirs de Song, 118 yuan jouent toute la journée, il y a une super grande maison de loisirs.

IInvitéLe service a été très bien placé et le personnel a été très aimable, surtout Mona qui a parlé bien l'anglais et partagé son chat et nous a vérifié tous les jours pour s'assurer que notre séjour était agréable. Bon fireworks et les artifices de feu pour la nouvelle année chinoise ont été un bonus supplémentaire. Mona nous a également aidé à réserver une tente BBQ qui était une belle expérience par le lac. Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon avec le tarif habituel et un bon touche pour donner aux enfants un petit cadeau quand ils nettoient leurs plaques. Bien que l'hiver soit, la température était assez chaude et la chambre AC ne pouvait être utilisée que comme un chauffage qui a fait la chambre trop chaude, nous avons désactivé la cabine AC et laissé les fenêtres ouvertes. Le parking était en général plein pendant les vacances mais nous avons réussi à obtenir un slot pour charger la voiture électrique.

EExploringJummieJust a leisure two days trip.. The hotel was well located close to the Meishan beach Park, the port museum and the ice and snow world - walkable distance. The staffs (especially front desks) are quite nice, always willing to help, and ready to give a cookie on request (highlight of my trip).. They had a huge variety of tasty breakfast options for locals and international.. Only issue was the squeaky cupboards in the rooms.. Oh... They have a gym and swimming pool (in-use, which is great post-covid) ..

IInvitéTop en termes de location, installations, amicalement personnel et normes de chambre. Zero stars pour la qualité de l'expérience de manger, je crains. Médiocre plats locaux sans espoir trop chers et de manière inférieure à la moyenne par les normes Ningbonese. Il aurait pu aller à Hanling village en bas de la route ou un peu plus loin à Yinzhou pour les mêmes plats ou des plats similaires à un dixième du prix (et une meilleure qualité). Nous avons senti qu'il était assez insultant et si ce n'était pas assez tard et que nous n'avions pas été en faim, nous aurions été de nouveau en train de nous remettre en Didi. Mon cantine de travail offre des plats locaux similaires à moins de 10 kuai/dish (OK, pas une comparaison valable, je dois admettre, mais même les restaurants locaux les plus coûteux ne chargent pas plus de 50 kuai et fournissent des portions plus grandes et des goûts). Les portions étaient petites et les débutants étaient en moyenne à 100+ kuai, tandis que les principales, la taille des débutants, étaient en moyenne à 220+ kuai. Le vin blanc n'avait pas été réfrigéré (ce qui se passe tout le temps mais une bonne chose inattendue si vous payez 4000 kuai par nuit pour un séjour dans l'un des principaux sites de Ningbo) et il était un bouteille bon marché à près de 80 kuai par verre. Nous avons été très bien pris en charge depuis des années dans un éventail de sites de luxe sur le lac Zhejiang, et c'était pour moi la plus mauvaise valeur pour l'expérience de la nourriture en Chine tout mon temps. Nous aimé notre suite, les installations de fitness ainsi que l'architecture de l'ensemble du complexe. Le service était assez professionnel et ami, même si peu de gens parlent anglais, ce qui est surprenant, étant donné que ce lieu est régulièrement fréquenté par des orateurs non chinois des zones locales voisines (et nous avons vu beaucoup de gens pour le déjeuner). En comparaison avec des propriétés similaires dans Ningbo et Zhejiang, le petit déjeuner était aussi le pire. Ne vous en souviens pas des brises de style continental et anglais (parfois difficiles à trouver, nous le voyons), même les plats chinois étaient médiocres (comme les soupes, les produits frits, etc.) qui étaient surprenants. Si nous rentrons (nous habitons pratiquement en bas de la route), nous ne dépenserons pas un seul pénis sur la nourriture ici.

Une mise à niveau gratuite! Parce que j'ai réservé par @trip.com. Les avantages d'être membre 😃😀Notre séjour n'était rien de moins d'une amaaaaaazing temps. L'hôtel est proche de la plage, belle vue sur la mer, le soleil est respirant et la brise de la mer est une chérie au sommet. Le personnel est très bienvenu, doux, patient et très utile. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses 😍 et ont vraiment les meilleures vues qui vous rendent très difficile de prendre vos yeux. Je me suis senti très confortable dans la chambre, le canapé et le lit sont doux et confortables, je dois également mentionner la marche spacieuse dans le garde-robe, si vous êtes un super-packer comme moi, vous êtes certainement couvert 😂. Je me suis senti à la maison loin de chez moi, et c'est le genre de confort que j'avais besoin et j'ai 😉. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, il y a tellement d'options à choisir dans le restaurant occidental. Nous avons aussi dîner et dîner, qui était aussi délicieux. Je recommande absolument cet hôtel, ma expérience avec la Plaza Crowne est toujours le plus haut niveau dans chaque ville 👌🥂

NNgaire323We went to this lovely hotel in the ‘Cloud Forest’ directly after National Holiday with our family of 4 (2 toddlers) and my parents. We had two Songyuan rooms which were totally amazing. Stunning view of the trees and river and extremely spacious and thought out.
In fact the entire resort is beautiful and our kids LOVED the golf cart rides to dinner.
We got very unlucky with weather as it poured the two days we were there but we still managed the walk to Chiang Kai-sheks villa and water feature - which was beautiful and interesting.
On a slightly different note, with a western perspective there were a couple areas for improvement.
Ideally the restaurant menus could be translated to English and left in the rooms (it’s a nightmare trying to translate a menu, pick what to order with 2 hungry kids at a restaurant).
Also, the playroom wasn’t a playroom while we were there which was a big disappointment since it was raining. Not as advertised - just carpet in a room (which the kids did still have fun running around on).
Finally, a good hiking map of the area in the room would have been appreciated too.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Mes séjours 2-night ont été une expérience très agréable: confortable lit et coussins, personnel courtois et utile, chambre propre et généreuse de taille, plus service professionnel, efficacité et tranquillité pour les voyages d'affaires.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand
