小朋友生日提前給做了客房佈置，温馨舒適。
🌳環境：
毛嶴村整潔乾淨，綠樹成蔭，有500畝紅豆杉，空氣清新。酒店造型為現代式別墅，錯落有致，廚房，會客廳活動室，泳池健身房一應俱全。
酒店所在的村落非常安靜，適合喜歡躲避城市喧囂的人羣，夏天有户外泳池，冬天則有泡温泉湯池。
🏝周邊：
周邊有古登山步道，還有網紅項鍊浮橋，法治公園小瀑布。離毛力水庫很近還有采摘園等。
🏠房間設施：
房型多種，舒適大床房，精緻大床房，庭院房，床品柔軟適中。衞浴設施備品也不錯，他們家定製的一次性拖鞋好看好穿🩴用小網兜裝的清潔用品也很不錯。小童入住還有送小王子衞浴套裝。

LLing_sgMX Mansion has given me the best overall service experience. You can really feel that the hotel places strong emphasis on service quality.
Location:
Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city.
Staff:
Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service!
Amenities:
The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests.
Room:
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained.
Breakfast:
The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel.
Note:
During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Since it wasn’t peak season, I was allocated a room with a window panel that could be opened, which I appreciated.

酒店位于宁波市中心，位置非常便利，步行即可到达城隍庙夜市、步行街、购物中心以及多家人气餐厅，出行十分方便。
员工服务：
办理入住过程愉快顺利，前台员工亲切热情，还贴心地为我们提供周边导航信息。更难得的是，他们特地为我们的结婚周年做了小安排，让这次入住格外难忘。特别感谢吕小姐的用心服务！
设施：
自助洗衣房和健身房位于较角落的位置，既方便使用又不会影响客房安静。
房间：
房间宽敞、干净得无可挑剔，看得出酒店应该是近期翻新过，整体环境十分舒适。
早餐：
早餐种类不错，如果喜欢在酒店用餐，这里的早餐能满足基本需求。
小提醒：
冬季是中央空调统一供暖，房间会处于暖气模式。另外，酒店有带窗和无窗房型，可根据自己的需求选择。由于我入住时并非旺季，酒店为我安排了一间带可开启窗户的房间，非常贴心。

IInvitéI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

IInvitéIts good location nearby the main train station is worth the money when you want to visit nearby sightseeing stations. This is the 2nd time I chose to stay in Lingbo for leisure. The staff are friendly and facilities are just perfect with this price range. The fruits as a welcoming gift really gave us a home feel atmosphere. The responses from the front desks and menial staff are quick and helpful.

XxxwwmaLe lit et la literie sont très confortables, et la douche est également très bonne, éliminant la fatigue de la journée. Juste en face se trouve Hankyu, pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait satisfaisant, il y a à la fois des plats chinois et occidentaux, et il y a aussi des boulettes de riz gluant de Ningbo. Quand on vient à Ningbo, il faut manger un morceau. C'est complet.

YYubaibaiqianshuiC'était la première fois que je conduisais jusqu'à Ningbo, une ville que je ne connaissais absolument pas. Ne sachant pas où loger, j'ai opté pour le Marriott de Ningbo. J'ai appelé l'hôtel pour me renseigner, et Xiao Meng, du service d'assistance téléphonique, m'a répondu avec gentillesse et patience. Après avoir réservé via Ctrip, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Zhang Shuting, à la réception, nous a rapidement enregistrés et nous a offert des fruits de bienvenue. Les installations et les services du Marriott étaient toujours aussi excellents ; un ascenseur était même équipé de boutons en braille. La chambre, située au 35e étage, offrait une vue panoramique sur le pont Jiefang et la rivière Yuyao animée – un spectacle magnifique. La literie et les produits de toilette étaient de très bonne qualité. Comme je suis frileuse et que je ne voulais pas allumer la climatisation, j'ai appelé Xiao Wang du service d'assistance téléphonique en soirée. Elle a rapidement fait en sorte que le service d'étage m'apporte une couverture et deux bouteilles d'eau. La femme de chambre a également refait mon lit rapidement – une attention très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, et le personnel était poli, attentionné et souriant. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la dame qui préparait les nouilles ; elle était aimable et charmante.
Le Marriott est assurément un excellent choix pour Ningbo.

Stylish Ambiance: The hotel, though showing its age, exudes a certain elegance that sets it apart. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere.
Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.
