TTridib MisraAfter reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

LLibodihusimajiongJe suis très satisfait de cet hôtel. L'emplacement, les installations de l'hôtel, le service du personnel et l'expérience culinaire sont tous excellents. Je lui donne 15 points sur 10. Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est sur la place Tianyi. À proximité, à moins de 300 mètres loin, est l'église catholique, quel genre de canards et de chiens cylindriques, et divers cercles d'affaires assis près du quartier des affaires, l'emplacement est tellement supérieur, c'est le premier choix pour les voyages d'affaires, puis a déclaré sa maison L'établissement de service est un hôtel récemment ouvert, et la décoration est très satisfaisante. Ils sont tous de la même couleur que Murandi, et la couleur du restaurant est le bleu Tiffany, ce qui est très chaleureux. La taille de la chambre est également grande, et les installations sont élégantes et ont électricité. La fenêtre est ouverte, il y a des toilettes intelligentes et il y a aussi un robot pour livrer les repas. Enfin, le service est la chose la plus satisfaisante. Nous restons pendant la Fête du Printemps. Chaque personnel de service qui vous a rencontré était souriant et très apprécié La fille qui sert à la réception est très gentille, elle nous a aidés à surclasser le type de chambre gratuitement, et chaque soir, il y a une carte de bénédiction manuscrite, ainsi que des boulettes de riz au vin, un souper et des fruits, c'est vraiment devenu réalité, vous se sentir chez soi, je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui viennent à Ningbo.

IInvitéI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

IInvité陪女兒考研複試來的，就在寧大東校區門口，位置很好，很方便，後門穿過去就是校園，對面就是雲創小鎮，吃的喝的的地方太多了。前台服務很好，主動給升了房間，房間挺寬敞也很安靜，酒店早餐品類也挺多的，該有的都有，以後了寧大就訂這兒了。

XxxwwmaLe lit et la literie sont très confortables, et la douche est également très bonne, éliminant la fatigue de la journée. Juste en face se trouve Hankyu, pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait satisfaisant, il y a à la fois des plats chinois et occidentaux, et il y a aussi des boulettes de riz gluant de Ningbo. Quand on vient à Ningbo, il faut manger un morceau. C'est complet.

Stylish Ambiance: The hotel, though showing its age, exudes a certain elegance that sets it apart. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere.
Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.
