After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Nous avons eu le séjour le plus merveilleux à l'hôtel Qixia Shanju. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Ces gestes pensants ont été si importants pour nous, surtout à l'éloignement de notre maison. L'hôtel lui-même est absolument beau. Great hotel in a stunning location on Jiulong Lake. We were upgraded to a suite for free upon arrival, the room was spacious with a bath that you could relax in and enjoy the view of the lake. Staff provide excellent customer service, with round the clock support available with a simple message on WeChat. My children loved the indoor soft play and feeding the peacocks, rabbits and geese. The outdoor pool with slides looks like it would be amazing for kids in the summer months. Zhoushan island with stunning beaches is 1hr 30mins drive away, fabulous day out if you are staying for a few days. Would happily stay again!

Lovely hotel built into a forestry mountain area. Views were stunning. The room was really nice, especially the massive round bathtub. Staff was super nice and helped us sort out a car when we couldn’t get a Didi driver. You can also have dinner there but you need to let them know the day before if you’re planning to eat there. All in all great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked the connecting suite at Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa for our family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel features breathtaking scenery and a serene Jiangnan-style environment. Although it was extremely crowded in peak holiday time, the service still maintained the top-tier Park Hyatt standard without any compromise. The room is beautifully decorated with pleasant Le Labo Santal 33 sandalwood fragrance everywhere. The in-room service was incredibly responsive and efficient. We accidentally left some clothes upon check-out, and the staff arranged shipment for us right away after being notified. Special sincere thanks go to staff May for her warm, patient and professional service throughout our stay. She made our family holiday trip extra comfortable and memorable. We absolutely love this hotel and will surely come back again soon.
