After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

La chambre est bien conçue ; le lavabo est séparé des toilettes et de la salle de bain, ce qui optimise considérablement l'espace dans les chambres familiales occupées par plusieurs personnes. L'eau potable est fournie en quantité généreuse, vous n'aurez donc aucun souci à vous faire. Au moment du départ, le réceptionniste, Xiao Zhang, nous a même offert des en-cas et de l'eau supplémentaire. L'hôtel est idéalement situé : juste en face de la place Tianyi, et à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro.

Our stay was elevated by the genuinely warm and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to provide insightful recommendations for exploring the area. Despite not having a car, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to embark on a delightful on-foot adventure. A scenic hike from the hotel unveiled a hidden gem—a breathtaking waterfall that added an extra layer of enchantment to our stay. Moreover, a leisurely walk down the mountain led us to a charming village nestled on the edge of a vast lake, creating the perfect setting for a tranquil sunset stroll. Our overall experience at this haven was nothing short of magical. The thoughtful details, combined with the friendly staff and natural wonders surrounding the hotel, made it a memorable retreat. We can genuinely say this place exceeded our expectations, and we're already planning our return. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Cet hôtel Manfei est idéalement situé à proximité des lignes de métro 3 et 8. Tout récent, il se trouve près de la rue de l'Eau et offre un cadre magnifique ! Un spectacle aquatique est proposé en soirée. Les chambres, propres et calmes, sont dotées d'équipements modernes. La chambre Tranquil King propose un choix d'oreillers pour vous garantir une nuit paisible. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux et d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix, est un vrai plus ! Un séjour des plus agréables.

Nous avons eu le séjour le plus merveilleux à l'hôtel Qixia Shanju. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Ces gestes pensants ont été si importants pour nous, surtout à l'éloignement de notre maison. L'hôtel lui-même est absolument beau. L'environnement est calme, propre et très calme parfait pour se détendre. Il est situé juste par les cours d'eau, ce qui rend l'atmosphère encore plus calme et spéciale. Il y a deux chambres. Qui est là? J'ai fait un tour de Bao 😭 dans l'ancienne ville de Ningbo Ce peuple, construit par le vieux palais en 1933, m'a vraiment fait vivre dans le vieux pays! 📍 La position est dépassée: juste à l'entrée de la zone de vue, calme-toi dans le trésor, la porte est le feu de feu de la ville antique, la fermeture de la porte est un côté du ciel et du sol. 🏡 Beauté environnementale: la route de la pierre verte, les fenêtres de fleurs de la tige, il y a des traces d'années partout. Les petits poissons de la maison sont en plein air et on peut aussi voir des poissons sauvages nager après-midi. Ils sont tous des peintures d'increment de Yunnan à la main. 👨👩👧 Le service est plein: la famille du patron est enthousiaste comme des amis vieux. Pour nous aider à planifier la marche, recommander la cuisine de la terrasse, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont pleins de goûts locaux. Plus surpris, l'host va parler avec patience de l'histoire de la souris, montrer les objets vieux, le sentiment d'atmosphère est plein directement! 🐾 Super ami: très ami à la famille et aux animaux de compagnie, la chambre avec un petit jardin au premier étage, avec les enfants et les enfants de la peau est super adéquat! 溪口·漫休谷民宿坐落於竹林環繞的山坳之中，因地制宜將每一處深林別墅隱藏在半山腰，別有一番洞天。住在山坳別墅冬能賞雪，春能看霧，夏可聽蟬，秋可觀葉，讓人感受一種曠野之息，你可以把自己想像一衹林中自由的鳥，也可以把自己想象遠古時代沒有約束的“野人”，遠離喧囂；晨起看朝陽，傍晚觀夕陽，閑來喝喝茶，夜來拿壺酒，雨天聽葉聲，朋友聊聊天，有情思戀人，無情觀星空。好不恰意！我隔年都來小住幾天，來時帶着疲憊，回家心氣舒緩。説説漫休谷別墅，風格不同，型狀各異，有哥特式尖頂上下二層樓，有巴洛克小巧精緻的木屋…每間房屋都透着一股木質清香，讓人安然入睡；大熱天還可暢遊清澈無邊泳池；再説説廚師的手藝那叫一個了得，色香味俱佳，不膩不油入口即能生津，價格合理，沒必要外出就餐；就服務理念住客為上，有求必應，上下打理直到滿意為止，藉此要特別感謝小宇姑娘，為不年輕的我們肩扛背包周到的安頓下來。以上嘮叨之多，是因為住得舒服稱心，因而推薦給大家不妨一住一試也！

Choisir le bon hôtel, ça simplifie vraiment le voyage ! L'ambiance générale est au top, les espaces communs sont calmes et stylés, et la chambre est super lumineuse, avec une attention aux détails vraiment appréciable. L'ensemble est propre et soigné, le confort est excellent. Je dois absolument féliciter Carle, son service a été impeccable du début à la fin, avec des réponses rapides et professionnelles, on s'est senti vraiment bien accueilli et chaleureux. L'expérience globale a dépassé nos attentes, l'environnement, la propreté et le service étaient irréprochables. Nous envisagerons cet hôtel en priorité pour nos prochains séjours et le recommandons vivement à nos amis qui prévoient de voyager.

We booked the connecting suite at Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa for our family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel features breathtaking scenery and a serene Jiangnan-style environment. Although it was extremely crowded in peak holiday time, the service still maintained the top-tier Park Hyatt standard without any compromise. The room is beautifully decorated with pleasant Le Labo Santal 33 sandalwood fragrance everywhere. The in-room service was incredibly responsive and efficient. We accidentally left some clothes upon check-out, and the staff arranged shipment for us right away after being notified. Special sincere thanks go to staff May for her warm, patient and professional service throughout our stay. She made our family holiday trip extra comfortable and memorable. We absolutely love this hotel and will surely come back again soon.

衞生間：可能是開的時間久了，維護稍差一些，我們住的那個房間也不知道到底算智能馬桶還是不是，反正手動沖水感覺馬桶要堵，要等一會兒智能馬桶不工作的狀態再受手動沖一次，才能算沖完馬桶（為了方便酒店改進，寫得過於詳細了） 房間：冰箱真的可有可無，因為實在太吵了。 其他設施都ok，可以接受。 酒店的晚餐菜味道還行，就是那個米飯啊，真的是不知道怎麼回事，特別不好吃。早飯蠻豐盛的，比較健康，建議多一點可以配白粥的小菜。 酒店的咖啡還蠻不錯的，熱拿鐵點贊👍，套餐送的下午茶沒來得及吃，還給打包了，特別好。酒店晚上還有小朋友的活動，也蠻好的。地理位置挺好的，這次來的時間也蠻好的，一點沒感覺到熱，酒店自帶小溪流，整體設計看得出當年是很有心思的，有一種偏安一隅的幽靜。
