I recently stayed at Mercure Sapporo, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

Très satisfait. Je ne sais pas si elle a été surclassée, mais j'ai été affectée au 14ème étage, l'étage le plus élevé. Best location in Sapporo. The room was sooo big and had a good view, yummy breakfast. It’s next to a subway station by walking. We stayed there when there was a snow festival which was next to the hotel. Also, it is so easy to get to the Airport. The airport bus stop is just behind the hotel. It’s so convenient.

The hotel is around 8 minutes walk from Sapporo station, it’s very convenient and good location. 7E is just opposite of the hotel. The room is quite big for 3 person to stay in and amenities are provided as well as towels. It is clean as well. However, downside is even though this is a 4 star hotel, there is a smoking area near the lobby and the toilet which is smelly when we are near it.. And the hotel do not have a coin laundry room which other smaller hotel chains have. So we have to walk 10 - 15 minutes to the nearest coin laundry to do our clothes washing.

Hotel location is very close to JR staion with 5-6 mins subway walk.

We booked two rooms. A room at the corner was arranged to us. It was smaller than another room so we asked the staff to arrange use another room. And they agreed. The hotel was new and clean with a public bath but its not a natural onzen. Very crowded. The location is convenient though it is not near the sapporo station but close to another train station. Convenient for shopping and dinner. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide range of food, especially sashimi and crab legs. The sink was next to the bed but not in the bathroom.

On the last night of our trip, we returned to the hotel where we felt the most comfortable and convenient. If you prefer a taxi, it only takes about 5-6 minutes and costs around 870 yen—an incredibly reasonable fare. Most drivers are familiar with the hotel by name, so you won’t need to fuss with a map. This time, we opted for a king-bed room, which turned out to be smaller than the twin-bed room we had previously seen. After taking a look at both options, we now know exactly which room to book on our next stay. Once again, the staff impressed us with their warmth and attentiveness. Fluent in English, they went above and beyond to assist us, even helping arrange a taxi to the airport. The check-out process was lightning-fast, making our departure seamless. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo!
