IInvitéBy far it has become my favorite hotel this year. From check in to check out, everything was just great! The staffs were so attentive, friendly and accommodating! The breakfast spread was great with tasty local specialties, the bar was really well appointed and the executive access provides happy hour drinks and snacks from 3PM (can't beat that!). I am thoroughly pampered and well fed and the bed was comfy. The only slight downside is that the AC only works on heating so the room cab easily get too warm which I was informed during check in to simply turn off the AC and then just open the window. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, and do get the executive room if you can.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe location is very strategic. Located just opposite the Odori Park, we were lucky to witness the Ice Festival preparation from our hotel room. Short walking distance to underground trains, shopping area and there are a few konbinis nearby. The room even have stable wifi and the TV can even use Prime Video and Netflix. The room size is pretty decent too.

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans ce nouveau hôtel 3 nuits et nous avons été profondément impressionnés.
L'atmosphère et la salle:
L'hôtel dispose d'un design propre et méditerranéen.
La chambre était de bonne taille, pas trop petite pour 2 personnes, et parfaitement entretenue.
ิิิิฺ-Les équipements modernes, dont une machine Nespresso et une télévision intelligente avec Netflix, ont fait notre séjour très confortable quand on neige dehors.

Les personnes qui sont ici sont les vraies étoiles. Ils sont vraiment amis, nous saluerons toujours avec un sourire. Ils sont allés au-delà en aidant à pré-réserver un taxi à taux fixe pour notre transfert aéroport, ce qui a fait notre départ matinal début sans stress.

IInvitéRéservez une navette🚌 : l'hôtel ne propose pas de navette depuis l'aéroport, mais il existe une navette Sapporo. Prenez le JR de l'aéroport à la gare de Sapporo, prenez le métro de la ligne Nord-Sud🚇, descendez à la gare d'Odori et. Montez jusqu'à la sortie n°1 du métro. Attendez le bus au bâtiment Showa. Il y a deux bus par jour, nous avons pris le bus à 14h30. Nous tenons à remercier la gouvernante de l'hôtel Ctrip qui nous a aidé. J'ai réservé la navette aller-retour et j'ai pris la peine de nous aider à le confirmer. Je tiens à leur donner un coup de pouce 👍.
Environnement hôtelier : L'environnement est de première classe👍
Le 2ème étage mène à la source chaude♨️Il y a une aire de repos, et des snacks et des boissons sont disponibles à partir de 9h. Le soir, vous pouvez boire du vin japonais, des gâteaux au matcha et des choux sont tous super délicieux😋.
L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner buffet et un menu pour le dîner, tous deux plutôt bons !
La source chaude dans la source chaude privée dans la chambre♨️ : C'est différent de l'approvisionnement en eau domestique. Le serveur nous a dit que la source chaude avait été installée pour nous le jour de notre entrée et qu'elle était pleine toute la journée. toute la nuit, l'eau était encore chaude😜
Dans l’ensemble, détendez-vous et profitez de la première classe !

TTek KooiNicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.
Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food!
I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.
I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

MMsBeh94We had a good overall stay at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Station. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for two adults, making it comfortable for our stay.
Basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the room. Additional items like toner, lotion and cleanser can be taken from the hotel lobby. A hair dryer is also available in the room. (I don’t recall seeing a fridge, so do check if that is important to you.) The hotel also provides shared facilities such as microwaves, vending machines, and washing and dryer machines located on different floors, which is convenient for longer stays.
Our stay included breakfast, served on Level 14. The buffet offers a decent variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. Do note that breakfast ends at 9am, so it’s best to go early.
The location is very convenient. The hotel is near the North Exit of Sapporo Station. The closest exit is Exit 9, but it involves three flights of stairs. If you are travelling with large suitcases, it is easier to walk about 200 metres to the main North Exit, which has better access. The walk is generally easy, though it can be slightly challenging in winter when snow covers the sidewalks.
Sapporo Station is connected to several malls and underground shopping areas, making it very convenient for dining and shopping close to the hotel.
The hotel offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out (we used it for same-day storage), which was very helpful. They also work with a third-party luggage delivery service that can send your suitcases to another location (eg, your next hotel) for a fee. Delivery usually requires at least one day, so you will need to plan your itinerary accordingly. This is a useful option if you prefer not to carry large suitcases while travelling between cities.
The hotel provides two types of pillows (one soft and one firm). If you are particular about pillow firmness, you may find them either too soft or too hard, so do take note.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient choice for staying near Sapporo Station.

RRach C88In good location and Family Mart just next to it, everything is good but the toilet a bit small and drainage in the toilet is smelly. Perhaps the smell from the bathtub drain. Nonetheless we enjoyed the Onsen on floor. Hotel did provide all amenities which very convenient and friendly use. We will come back again and will recommend to other 👍

IInvitéWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations.
After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only.
We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication.
In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy.
At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service.
We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. With this in mind, we wanted to gently share both our concern and our gratitude, and we would appreciate a brief reply so we can feel more at ease for the rest of our stay.

IInvitéThe room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.
