Un bon hôtel familial, à la profondeur de Pompano. Je n'ai pas aimé : petit déjeuner unique, petits endroits pour atterrir au petit déjeuner, seulement dans le lobby; une petite piscine et un cool-vo situé près de la piscine; le fonds de la chambre est vieux et simple; nettoyé dans les chambres mal; aucune voiture n'importe où, près d'aucun magasin de produits;

Been here every February for a week over the last four years. Always had been a nice quiet place to enjoy a break with family, peaceful and restful. I will say the food and food service has really improved. However, the beach service has really changed. I am an early riser and head for morning beach and to set up for the day. New rule is that umbrellas are no longer included and are rented for $25 a day. Ok, I have skin cancer so I will pay. So when chairs we set up I tipped $30 for the beach attendant to help me chairs and asked for him to remember me when it was time for umbrellas. But I couldn’t get an umbrella and ended up having to chase him around the beach while he was in his ATV to plead to lay for one, ok.- said nothing but thank you. Then they brought out jet skis and placed them right in front of my chairs and the beach view. So I asked to move (I mean I didn’t fly to FL for a week for a view and gas’s smell coming off those jet skis). and got a lot of attitude. So $30 of tips and $25 umbrella. This is my view….(see pic). So later decide to go to pool cause disappointed with beach view ….and there are plates of food lying all over the pool deck, tables, chairs. Not to mention flies etc. we were there for three hours and no one cleared anything.

L'hôtel est luxueux et représentatif, mais si vous allez parker dans le parking, vous devez simplement savoir que vous devez utiliser votre carte de chambre pour entrer et sortir du parking. Nous avons donné de nombreuses marches à pied pour obtenir notre billet de stationnement timbre pour sortir du lot de stationnement. Le service de la chambre est très confortable. L'hôtel est bon et tout mais la technologie et le retour et le départ ne mérite pas.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet hôtel avec ma petite amie et nos deux filles adolescentes. Nous avions réservé via British Airways vacances et avions 2 chambres 802 et 708. 1 était plus grande et était une double avec lits queen et un petit coin cuisine. L'autre un roi. Les deux avaient des balcons et toutes les chambres donnant sur la piscine et la marina. Les chambres étaient très défraîchies et avaient besoin d'être rénovées, ce qui semble être en cours à l'hôtel. Des travaux de construction étaient en cours mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment affectés. Tapis vraiment très vieux et tachés. Cependant, cet hôtel est un 3 étoiles, donc nous ne nous attendions pas à un hôtel de luxe. Le personnel que nous avons trouvé génial tout le monde était sympathique et professionnel. Anastasia à la réception était particulièrement utile avec des recommandations pour les endroits à visiter à proximité. Le parking ici est valet seulement ce qui semble un peu bizarre dans un hôtel 3 étoiles et nous cher. Heureusement, nous avions réservé lorsque le parking était gratuit et le responsable était assez bon pour honorer cela. Un petit déjeuner buffet est servi gratuitement à partir de 7h00. Bagels et muffins excellents et un café décent. Nous avons dîné à l'hôtel sur la terrasse et c'était très bien. Il y avait de la musique en direct trois soirs, ce qui n’était pas mauvais. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un bon séjour et tant que vous n’avez pas d’attentes élevées, vous ne serez probablement pas déçu.
