Hôtel très bien placé, dans le centre de Castiglione et proche des plages. Petit déjeuner correct avec vue sur la mer. Cependant plusieurs ombres au tableau. Chambres mal insonorisées, vacarme incessant à partir de 7h du matin, balcon inexploitable (ultra son permanent pour éloigner les volatiles), chambres modestes ne justifiant pas selon moi les 4 étoiles de l'hôtel. De plus, il semblerait que certains membres du personnel aient besoin de vacances ou d'éducation. En effet, le jour de notre départ nous procédons au check out et nous apercevons d'une erreur sur la facture en notre défaveur. J'interroge l'employée de l'hôtel qui s'est occupée du paiement. Celle ci, faisant preuve d'une mauvaise foi surprenante, s'agace et me répond avec nervosité qu'il n'y a pas d'erreur. Après vérification, l'employée se rend compte qu'elle nous avait facturé des boissons que nous n'avions pas consommées. L'employée, en colère non pas de s'être trompée mais en colère contre nous, nous a alors jeté la différence en pièces sur le comptoir en lançant ”vous les voulez vos 4 euros, tenez je vais vous les rendre. Bon voyage.” Il n'etait pas nécessaire d'être aussi aggressive et irrespectueuse, il suffisait d'assumer ses erreurs. Nous sommes déçus d'autant plus que jusqu'alors l'ensemble des employés avaient fait preuve d'une très grande sympathie.
