Wir suchten ein Hotel mit Wellness. Der Empfang war in Ordnung. Anfangs mußten wir feststellen, das Wellness und Frühstück extra berechnet werden. Unterschiede gibt es zwischen Radisson Blu Park Hotel und Cityhotel. Bei der Buchung fanden wir keine Möglichkeit im Hotel anzurufen um näheres zu erfahren. Auf den Zimmern waren wir dann etwas ernüchtert. Die Zimmer wirkten altbacken und ungepflegt. Die Betten knarrten, die Tische und Bords wiesen reichlich Wasserflecken auf. Die Sofas sind durchgesessen und inzwischen unbequem. Die Zahnputzbecher waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksangebot war vielfältig. Die KellnerInnen sehr freundlich und bemüht uns das Frühstück angenehm zu machen. Danke dafür. Der Wellnessbereich gefiel uns gut und war sauber. Zwei mal konnten wir nicht ins Hamam (Sauna), weil Einzelbehandlungen stattfanden. Kurzfristige Massage konnten wir nicht buchen. Wie gesagt, wir wollten Wellness.

Les deux personnes ont fait une réservation erronée, l'attitude du serveur est très bonne pour nous aider à résoudre le problème, le séjour est bon, la chambre est très propre, l'équipement est complet, il y a une bonne fourniture de petit déjeuner

Communication with reception workers as a English speaking person not quite good. There is need to have an English speaking reception worker. No shower caps in the shower, little interaction with guests..... Rude reception lady (short one) when spoken to in English- her respone was like - ”i cant undestand what you are saying” in a rude manner. The tall lady and gentleman were very polite and hospitable. when i was finally leaving, just past five minutes after check out time, some worker at the door checking on me yet i was just about to get out, already packed. He told me the same reception lady had sent him. That was rude... Give a guest like 15min to leave as you have the whole afternoon before the room is occupied again. on saying bye to the reception lady she didn't respond. could be racism as i am from Africa i guess. Poor lady receptionist..... I was just a traveller not a resident and nothing to lose from her attitude.... I would not recommend the hotel again knowing she's still there. need for extra training i guess or ouright racism. no dinnner made even for purchase outside booking terms, quite low in that.... not good for traveller with kids due to that..... The room was good though, clean and serene, breakfast excellent, excellent service at breakfast time by staff in the kitchen

L'hôtel est à environ 5-10 minutes à pied de la gare. Ce n'est pas le quartier le plus beau, mais c'est bien parce que nous étions juste là pour dormir près de la gare. Le personnel est très amiable. Ils nous ont offert des boissons fraîches à l'arrivée. Les chambres sont très belles et très propres (nous avons une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes). La salle de bains était aussi belle. Les chambres ont toutes les équipements nécessaires. Généralement très satisfaites. Seuls en bas : il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre.

L'emplacement est bon. Pas loin de la gare, mais le quartier est calme. Il y a des épiceries et des magasins de boissons à proximité (choisissez ogroohomny). Il est bon d'aller aux attractions, mais vous pouvez aussi vous promener. Chambre propre, tout y est. Comme d'habitude, un lit au lieu d'un lit double-deux ont été transférés.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es wird ein sehr gute, reichliches und vielfältiges Frühstück am Tisch serviert. Die Chefin gibt sehr gute Ausflugstipps, eine kleine feine Pension, die ruhig liegt, aber günstig, um Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung zu machen.
