Merci TownePlace J'ai aimé mon séjour. J'étais en ville pour un funérail et j'ai eu l'occasion de se détendre. Le petit déjeuner était 4-5 mais était encore refroidissant. Mon séjour global était accueillant 🙂

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La chambre est réfrigérée en réglant le thermostat à 65 degrés F. Le lit était confortable et j'ai mis une alarme téléphonique pour 7 h. Portes de lampadaires jusqu'à minuit et puis il a commencé à 5 h. Je suis allé au petit déjeuner à 7 h, des fruits frais ont été débarrassés et j'ai pris une bouteille de lait écrémé Sealtest individuellement hors du petit réfrigérateur. J'ai pris mon médicament avec du lait. J'ai pris un bourreau et j'ai pris le bébé pour le faire écouter. J'ai tourné et réuni mes biens et je suis sorti ASAP. C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cette Springhill Suites et c'est mon dernier séjour. Mon premier séjour a également eu des problèmes au petit déjeuner. Après avoir vérifié, j'ai dit au gentleman amical au bureau sur le lait éclaté. Il s'est excusé. La location est décente, mais je suis également membre du Hilton Diamond.

We stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton over Christmas 2022. We stayed at a Hyatt property in 2021 just across the street from this hotel and, because it was a Hilton brand, we expected pretty much the same level of hotel. WRONG on our part! Hilton may be the parent company, but this is about as far from a Hilton as you could get. We could barely get a ”hello” out of any of the staff while we were there. Very unfriendly. They weren't mean-spirited...they were just very stand-offish and lacked any kind of hospitality you'd expect from a Hilton brand or from most any company in the South. No one ever said, ”Happy Holidays,” or ”Merry Christmas,” the entire time we were there. On one occasion, we came down around 8am and no one was at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. Other guests came and went with no help either. We eventually gave up and went back to our room. One positive note about this hotel is that they have a great breakfast. The downside is that you never really know WHEN it's going to be served. We were told that on the weekend, it was open from 7-9am and from 6-9am on the weekdays. It was pretty standard that the opening was usually around 8 to 830 each day but they did close service
