L'intercontinental de Santo Domingo a offert non seulement le meilleur emplacement pour les affaires, le plaisir et les achats, mais le service client est tout simplement exceptionnel. Le restaurant a une belle vue sur la ville, les chambres insuffisantes et le meilleur bar de sushi. Merci spécial aux employés du bureau qui m'ont aidé et qui ont quitté la route quand j'ai perdu mon chargeur portable (très professionnel) et au chauffeur de limousine utile M. Norberto. J'ai séjourné à l'Intercontinental de São Paulo et de San Pedro Sula et ils sont également excellents. L'expérience de Santo Domingo était la meilleure.

Il y a plus de 5 ans depuis ma dernière visite et il reviendra à présent à l'hôtel, et il y aura des services excellents. Dès le moment où j'avais besoin de chatter pendant que je suis en retard et j'avais besoin de services urgents avant l'entrée, jusqu'à mon entrée de 1 h, services de chambre, dîner avec mes collègues locaux, services d'essai de coudes pré-excursion, Tout ce que je voulais et que je voulais était disponible et avec un sourire. Tout le monde est si agréable et courtois. Amour le personnel et les services ici - les chambres étaient très propres et confortables, bien sûr. J'ai laissé quelque chose dans ma chambre que j'ai réalisé après mon retour et qu'il a été trouvé par garde-house et envoyé à ma maison !

Hotel très bien placé pour faire la visite de la capital à pied..personnel très agréable, et au petits soins. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié. Chambre avec vue mer, possibilité de boire un verre sur la terrasse piscine..Un petit effort pour la langue française serait le petit plus !!!

Nada puede gustar en este hotel, en el que no puedes dormir y no te dan nada de comer. No debería de estar considerado un hotel. Seguramente en el coche se duerma mejor. Por no hablar de que la persona que esté a cargo de la dirección es muy poco profesional. No sé ni como explicar lo mal que me lo han hecho pasar en este hotel. Primero lo increíblemente molesto que es tener que soportar el ruido de su discoteca en la planta 9 y no dormir, después que te reubiquen a la planta 2 (nivel muy inferior de habitación) cobrando el mismo precio, no poder dormir nuevamente porque la puerta sea casi inexistente, y después que mientan en cuando hice el check out para cobrarme una noche más. Vergüenza.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars were it not for its restaurant menu. It seriously needs an overhaul - it is all over the place (asian, mexican, hamburgers etc..). Choices for room service are the same as the restaurant with no real ”sandwich” or snack option (everyone does not eat hamburger and fries). I don't want to eat with a fork and knife on the bed. Grill cheese and a soup would have been a nice offering. We don't all eat meat. Breakfast was typical buffet style with an egg station. Pricey for the offerings, not amazing. However, the staff, location, cleanliness and rooms were excellent!! My daughter and I felt very safe. The small pool area is lovely. The gym and sauna were also very clean - wish I had more time to use all of the offerings. We were here for a family reunion and getting to meet ups was so easy and fast. Uber is so cheap and they come quickly with no hassles. Malls and restaurants are all around this location. So many upscale as well small Cafe type restaurants within walking distance. I really enjoyed my short stay at this Holiday Inn.
